DO NOT CHOOSE this place unless you don't have a choice.
The WORST shared workspaces I have been in Toronto.
The rules are super super stupid. This is no space for people to make private phone calls. There are four meeting rooms which are empty 95% of the time. And people are not allowed to make phone calls there. The staffs always keep their eyes on that. And you are not allowed to make phone calls in the lounge as well.
The vibe is bad. Despite the stupid phone call rules, the workspace allows some business that make big strange acoustic noise in their units which is super annoying when you are next door.
The kitchen is very small.
The lease is not flexible at all.
Last but not least, the staffs working there are not professional, arrogant and rude. They do not respect customers' feedback at all.

Unprofessional and unavailable. I have had multiple pieces of mail go missing (or never delivered?) from my mailbox from reliable senders, including the Colorado Supreme Court. I was told that my contract was with a former employee and not the business, so the business would not honor the contract and had to fight with them to do so. I was overcharged for services rendered and regularly did not receive return calls on time. I highly suggest another service if you want reliability and trustworthiness.

I used them for a couple of months for several meetings while I was in town. What I found good was the comfort, quiet and peaceful environment and the elegant space to carry on your work. It is a good space to have meetings or more at a very convenient location in Fairfax and that helps too.

The initial signing up experience was smooth, but with the change up of staff, I got notices that I'm late paying even though I'm on autopay, mail returned addressed to my FBN even though I had given notice, and assessed fees that were previously undisclosed, which was eventually credited. I hope that the customer experience will improve from here on out.

My past year as a tenant there has been great. The staff has a friendly, and professional demeanor that is impeccable. The office support service products and services offered by Intelligent Office are affordable, innovative, and efficient. In short, they're the best I have seen.

I was uncertain if I wanted to spend money for space and phone services, but let me tell you, they are worth every dime! I looked at four different places before making a decision and Intelligent Office was by far the friendliest, most professional, most accommodating and cleanest. They make you feel like part of their family vs. just a client. Tom (owner) is a wonderful, down to earth guy who knows how to treat people right. The staff (Angela, Cynthia and Paige, which are who I deal with) are the most professional, friendly people you will meet, who truly love their job. Seriously, if you are even considering space, just go in to talk to Tom to weigh your options. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff and owners at Intelligent Office are wonderful. Friendly, smart and helpful. As my business has grown, so have my needs for office space, conference rooms and miscellaneous projects. They are always happy to help and genuinely care about doing everything right. Highly recommend!

great staff. The staff that answers the phone is very professional and kind. I have received very nice compliments from my customers about the "front desk". It would be a 5 star if I would receive more qualified information about a customer when the call was transferred and also if there weren't surprise charges for things we didn't know about at the end of the month. Other than that, we are quite pleased.

I have been with The Intelligent office for approximately 17 years. From the first day forward, I have never had any complaints about the office or the staff. Actually, the IO keeps improving every year. I especially appreciate all the wonderful staff who always have a positive cheerful outlook toward everyone who walks up to the front desk. Also, my clients have been very complimentary toward the staff over the years, as well. Thanks for all you do!

Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Dallas Intelligent Offices have been fantastic! They are reasonable, polite, and efficient. I would recommend small businesses to only these locations that I have experienced nothing but good things with. Keep it up!

The team is hand selected by Sylvia and they are so friendly and ready to serve to make things workout.

The Boulder location of Intelligent Office is very good. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the facilities are nice and well maintained, and the location is perfect.
IO fit our needs for conference room rental and mail forwarding as we transitioned to virtual operations.
