They don't write any personal auto lines at my area (Atlanta, GA), no commercial auto, and took a week to response to a renters quote, Please stay away from this company it is a legit scam.

I signed up for a membership. My office does bussiness in metairie and new olrleans louisiana area. I was told that the company wrote bussiness for personal lines in that area. After i signed up for membership i found out none of the companies write in that area. They will not give me a refund. This company is a complete scam stay away from them .

I have had a membership with Insirance Noodle for two years and have finally decided to let them go. The underwriters are very unfriendly and unhelpful and their application and quoting process is the longest and slowest of any company I've dealt with in the industry. They have zero personal lines market in my area, except for Safeco. The problem is the rates they quote through Safeco are twice what direct appointed agents are quoting, so they are not at all competitive.
After two years and dozens and dozens of quotes I've only placed one client through them. They are not easy to do business with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your money.

Worst service ever, super rude, turn around times are the worst in the industry, and very unprofessional. Stay away from these guys, they are worthless.

I'm a commercial insurance agent with 30 years of experience. We use Insurance Noodle to provide us access to several insurance markets we don't represent. In my experience the Noodle underwriters are generally helpful but sorely lacking technical knowledge and skills regarding commercial insurance. They are not willing or able to go to bat as an advocate on submissions that don't quite fit and as a result get kicked out of the automated underwriting systems, but may have a vaild reason why they dont fit and might be writeable if discussed with a carrier underwriter. You can never seem to get them on the phone. Requesting anything out of the box in terms of coverage, endorsements, etc. probably won't happen. They used to refer us directly to the carrier for certificates (which was a big help with specialized certs) but now the carriers wont talk to us because we are a subproducer. It can take a week or two to get back custom certificates requested thru Noodle. Accounting is a joke, no direct deposit, and checks are mailed separately from statements with a delay.

As I have a problem of commission with this company, I emailed and called the company several times for several months. Nobody cared about that. Even leaving voice message, no return calls or email.
I will terminate the relationship. Do not join the membership.

Over a month ago I emailed Insurance Noodle to let them know that I moved from a Sole-Proprietorship to an LLC, and I sent them all of the documentation necessary to update their systems. I promptly followed all directions, and despite my following up multiple times the update still hasn't been made.

Was Exremely Upset with time it took to get a quote as well as ti bind coverage. Took 3 weeks time! Need drastic improvement!!!!!

My concern is that when I receive a quote, review it with my client and request that coverage be bound I don't know for several days if the coverage was bound or not. The carrier can come back and decline the business after I have told my client that I am requesting coverage to be bound. It puts me in a very awkward position.

I have tried to place more business with Ins Noodle but at times have been unable to. They seem to have a narrow window of risk appetite. When I need to call they are always quick & professional, Miquel almost always can help find a solution if they have the market.

I like being able to quote insurance with several companies at one time. Rates are good for general liability insurance , a little expensive on homeowner. I do not like that most of the time I can not get a quote the same day. It has taken up to 3 days to receive a quote.

I have been very pleased so far with my experience with quoting through the Noodle. The only issue I have is that you need to follow-up immediately have you send in for the quote to the Underwriter to make sure the quote doesn't get buried. I found that by contacting my Underwriter she gets right to it. I've placed 2 houses and 4 cars so far and very happy with the results and especially the rates through Safeco. I would prefer we didn't even get a quote from Hartford as their rates are 2-3 times higher.

The service from Insurance Noodle has been very poor. I have had a terrible time getting anything done. It seems that every tiny transaction is made more complicated than it should and I feel sick just thinking about it. As a result, I'm not quoting anymore with Insurance Noodle.
