After getting the run around by various agents and landlords. I contacted instant offices and Lily Stearman took care of the rest. Lily arranged viewings of various offices in the local area at times convenient for me. Some office areas I had not even considered. Found perfect office for the business and at a rate I would not though possible in the area. Had paperwork signed within the week. Can't thank Lily enough for her help and professionalism. Leigh has been an excellent help from start to finish helping us through the process of finding a new office in Manchester. We received absolutely everything we asked for in regards to specifications. We saw a number of different offices with Leigh knowing exactly the one we would pick!
Leigh successfully negotiated us an amazing deal with Clippers house and I am thoroughly pleased with the service.
If we are growing anywhere in the future I will definitely be asking for Leigh and him only to deal with!

Brian Childers was recommended to my by a college to find a temp space for my new office.
He got right on it and was able to give me 3 choices within 48 hrs.
He set up a time slot(with my last minute changes) and was accommodating and flexible for the changes.
His selections met my need and we moved forward.

Site is misleading where it tricks you with the wording “instant quote” after taking my valuable
time to fill in the necessary details for the “instant” quote and price I was merely redirected to a web page thanking me for my enquiry and that someone would call me and be in contact. If I wanted to speak to
someone first I would of called!

Brian Childers - absolutely a 5 Star all by himself. Professional, smart, creative, knowledgeable, patient and most of all delightful to work with.
