The food was delivered quickly (within 30 mins) and every thing was fresh except the mushrooms which were a little old

Constant contact throughout their shopping progress. Great communication on items not available or substituted for. An absolutely necessary service for us elderly shoppers. Our driver, Boun, was very courteous and helpful. This is our third time using Instacart and the service gets better every time!

Order was placed at noon. I received a text that the shopper started my list. She kept me informed of any necessary changes and out of stock items. She arrived at the house about 3pm , unloaded the goods, checked my license because of the wine and was on her way. Very friendly, the whole process was was uneventful and stress free.

I consider Instacart as one of our nation's first responders. I've used Instacart for almost 7 years and never had an issue. They are consistently on time and the quality of groceries I receive are excellent. Recently with the Coronavirus pandemic, Instacart has been stretched to their limit, yet I still get my orders delivered in a reasonable time and they provide good replacements for items that are not available. I love you Instacart! I'm your forever Fan!!! Keep up the GREAT work!

During Covid 19 and have autoimmune disorders I was fearful of shopping.Thanks to Instacart I placed my order online thru the app Thursday evening. My order arrived perfectly by 6pm Friday. Thank you Lisa from Coldwater for shopping for me and delivering my item right to my door. I was immediately refunded for a couple items that weren't in stock and my grapefruit they were out of were replaced with oranges. Perfect. I'll be using this app often.

First all I would just like to say thank you to instacart!! during these hard times, ( coronavirus) you guys help me and my family out so much and just by doing instacart it helped me pay my rent, PG&e ,car payment, and to all those people out there that are just spreading all that negativity and complaining about instacart, if you don't like it because it doesn't meet up to your standards or work condition don't do it then quit your crying and stop your complaining and grow up.

I used Instacart for the first time yesterday as we are self-isolating for the corona virus. My personal shopper kept in touch with me by text, letting me know what items were out of stock and asking for approval for substitutes. He was pleasant and articulate and communication was excellent. The food was delivered to our front porch, and I was very pleased with everything. This service kept me and my husband from having to go out and possibly being exposed to the virus. I could not be happier.

I shopped Aldi via Instacart for 1st time during this stay-at-home period. It worked great. I was able to order abt 95% of what I wanted, and abt 98% of that was available and got delivered within 24 hrs. My 1st 3 orders have no delivery fee, so between the tip, a small service fee and a slight increase in some food prices, I don't think I spent more than an extra $10 for this invaluable service provided at a time when I don't want to go into any stores what-so-ever. The shopper picked great produce and it was packed well. I am grateful.

I am in complete amazballs over this delivery service! I ordered a $#*! ton of groceries, like enough to feed 10 Honey Boo Boos! $250 dollars later online, I completed the order. I got a play by play real time txt messages from the shopper Gal. I mean she had better communication skills than all of my ex boyfriends combined! My groceries quickly arrived shortly after with a knock on my door. This girl doesn't mess around you could tell she was one of those "try to get all the grocery bags outta the car in one trip or quit" kinda Gal. She dropped off with a smile, said that completes the order, I thanked her and she left quicker than any of my one night stands. Superb!!!

I have used Instacart three times now and have never had a problem with it. The shoppers I have had have been great; very friendly. Each time I've ordered I have been contagious with the flu and ammonia so I tell them that and they keep away a little bit which is fine withMe because I would do the same thing. Everything shows up, it has been delivered when it says it has, and I have never had a problem with expiration dates or anything.

I called the customer service number because I forgot the information to a second account that I had. They were extremely helpful, the deleted that account and refunded the $99 fee for the express service. so now I have one account with FB and will sign up for the express service. It's gonna get cold her in MN this year! thank you instacart.

I wanted to help out a young girl in need. She lives cities away and was in desperate need of food for her daughter.
I was able to order food from more than one store at a time. There was a good selection of stores to choose from and the produce was the best of the best.
The order was delivered with no problems. It got there a little early too.

I absolutely love using instacart for my grocery shopping. Don't have to wait in long lines when its busy and gives me more time to spend with the kids. Saves me the pain of my kids throwing a temper tantrum when i don't buy them everything in the store. Not to mention a life saver when i have no car and taking large bulky items on the public transit is not my idea of fun. Yes it can be pricey but it does help me out to have the service there. They have to raise prices a little to compesate your shopper for their time, labor and gas which i understand and is reasonable. I didn't have a bad experience yet fingers crossed. Even when it rains my bags come tied up so nothing gets damaged especially when it comes from in store shopper service which i wanted to share on here. The shoppers club card has not always been remember but everything is made right once i call instacart they issue a credit towards my next order whi ch is easily fixed in 2 minutes. Other than that its been a life saver for me and my family.

Love the service I get from the shoppers and the drivers. If you have an issue with a forgotten item, a replacement or a mistake with your order, forget getting it resolved. A hard-to-understand Indian kid did nothing but repeat himself over and over after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he dismissed me until I got angry and demanded I speak to a supervisor. The little, snot chick who claimed to be a supervisor, was even less help. I'm done with this company. They don't care about your business. They rob you blind with service charges and delivery charges. The drivers aren't always friendly either. Great concept if they actually cared about their customers.

Sad to see all the negative reviews, but I've had nothing but good experiences (knock on wood, right!?!). Delivery is here when they say, shoppers have been interactive, shoppers and delivery has been considerate and professional, and the one time I was charged for the higher count item, but received the same count with a lower quantity, Instacart reimbursed me the item I was charged for with no hassle. This is a great service when I'm otherwise busy, sick, or stuck home for whatever reason and can't get to the store.

First and foremost, DO NOT ORDER THROUGH PRIME NOW!!! The delivery people do not care what condition your groceries are in when they get to you....how do I know this, I'm not only an Instacart Shopper but a Prime Now shopper at whole foods. The only reason Instacart will no longer be offering Whole Foods delivery on their platform is because AMAZON now owns Whole Foods...no other reason at all!!!
If you chose to go the Prime Now delivery route after May 15, dont say you werent warned.
Maybe I am the last of a dying breed that TRULY believes in providing the UTMOST in customer service, even when I'm shopping for my customer's groceries. I take pride in knowing that I shop for them EXACTLY as I shop for my family.
It's is not a professional that was chosen, it was born out of needing to help provide for my family. After a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver, I can no longer pursue my CAREER as a Paramedic. 16 years lost in the blink of an eye :(
There are DEFINITELY things Instacart needs to change in order for customer's to receive the best service possible.....definitely screening individuals more is an ABSOLUTE must.....it is all about their profit making ability so dont expect too much...my pay for an almost $450 order, b4 markup was a $17.00 batch total!!!! Definitely take advantage of shoppers while reeping the rewards!!!

I ordered groceries through Instacart. I chose a delivery window between 11-12. I got notified that my delivery was running late due to waiting for an item, and they wanted to know what they could do to make this right for me. They were very apologetic. I appreciated them notifying me and i waited for my grocery's. The surprise blessing came in my bank account a day later when I realized they had refunded me for my full grocery amount because they had felt bad that my order was an hour late. I can't express how thankful and blessed I feel. This blessing could not have come at a better time. I'm a single mom, trying to climb the ladder to build a strong financial future fir me and my kids and sometimes it falls short. God always has a hand in every situation and this is one if the many!! Thank you !!

I love instacart. If your items are on sale at wegmans they will give u the difference of the sale price as a credit on your next instacart order. If your shopper forgets to scan your shoppers club all you have to do is call instacart and they will apply the credit to your account for your next order. Many many times especially in bad weather instacart has been a life saver especially saves me from taking the little ones out in freezing weather.

I am in California and Instacart is all I use really. I hate grocery stores. Really dependable site- with excellent customer service via email. If something goes wrong, or a product is damage or like him my case, the shopped picked out tomatoes that did not ripen for 10 days... I was refunded. Shopper are communicative. Prices are of course higher than in store and the selection can be a little wonky.. but you have to really take your time while ordering and it is totally do able. The nutrition of each product is not pictured on the site so I have to search online for ingredients a lot of the time. That does need to be fixed. I look in the coupon section every time I shop and try to save to it off sets the higher cost. My grocery bags show up on time on my front porch, each and every time. I always waive their " service fee" and add it to the tip of the driver. I also am very specific about subs. You have to be. I am really impressed and am a regular user of the site.

I had my order set for today at 7. 7 came & went, I checked my account online & my order had been moved to 8:30. I was pretty annoyed that I wasn't contacted- no email or text- NOTHING. So it's 8:45, still nothing & I call Instacart. All they said was if there isn't enough shoppers in the area that orders get bumped. Uhhhh thanks a lot for telling me! Then- don't worry I'll get my money back that bought nothing in 3-5 days. What a crock of $#*!. I CANCELLED INSTACART & will try to leave every bad review I can as well as tell everyone I know what a $#*!ty company they are! Get your $#*! together for Christ's sake!

1. Shoppers work very hard under stricht time limits to complete your orders.
2. There's so many out of stocks at a high volume store everyday, but it's worse on Sunday and Monday.
3. We give you a replacement with something very similiar, ie customer ordered Snapple Peach Tea, which was out. I replaced it with Sweet Leaf Peach tea, she wanted a refund instead. This is utterly lame.
4. As I mentioned, there will usually be some replacements, it's the best to add in your 2nd choice, especially on frequently out of stock items.
5. When we are shopping, we're given a minute per item, including check out and bagging, in a crowded store with long lines and out of stocks. Stop just handing out the poor service complaints just because.
6. If you hate replacements, just let us know. Always a good idea to pay attention to your phone to answer questions. We may be done shopping in 5 minutes, if you didn't respond we have to check out anyway.
7.If you love to complain and tip badly, don't like any replacements, then you should probably shop yourself.
