We started using InPay.pl for collecting crypto payments in our webshop.
After creating an account, we verified it by a bank transfer. We contacted their support (by the live chat on their website and by email). Every time, we had an instant reply and awesome help. Quickly, we had our InPay account verified and was ready to take crypto payments.
A week or so later, we had our first customer paying using our new crypto payment option. The amount was equal to 500 US dollars and paid in BTC.
Now, 72 hours later, we still haven't received any money into our account. For the past 2 days, we have tried contacting InPay.pl's support but with no luck. The lady answering the live chat can only tell us to send an email, which we get no replies to. The first email was send Wednesday (48 hours ago) and we still have not received any reply.
Today, Friday, I have tried calling the phone number appearing on their website and Facebook as well. But nobody picks up.
This is in complete contrast to the quick replies and help we got, when we signed up for their service and had our account verified. So my best guess is that we are being ignored.
To me, InPay.pl appears to either have some of the industry's poorest customer service (which I hope is the case) or being a scam. Nevertheless, it seems really odd when I compare the customer service we had in the beginning (before we lost our money) to the non-existent customer service we receive now.
If InPay.pl suddenly replies to our support threads or if the money suddenly appear in our account, I'll be sure to update this review with new details. Until then, I am afraid that InPay.pl is not to be trusted.
