We have been waterbed owners for over 40 yrs and when we decided to try something new from innomax, we got our minds changed! Mindi from the Denver warehouse told us things about our waterbed that we had never heard before! She was do informative and helpful in explaining things to us! I have had a bad back most of my life and I am a stomach sleeper, I know, bad combination...This bed allows me to sleep on my stomach without hurting my back. My husband is a side sleeper and has a bad shoulder. Again, allows him to sleep without hurting his shoulder. I wish I would have went to InnoMax before we spent tons of $ on other mattresses.

The staff at InnoMax in Loveland and Denver are beyond the best. They spend time and also were more the helpful when the massage units didn't work. They are the best! Love the bed too

Excellent product. Excellent customer support. I caused a problem with my air bed system by not tightening the hose connection to the pump properly. Customer support worked with me and insured that I corrected the problem properly.

Pretty painless order process. Good quality product. Easy to work with and get information. There is a bit of price negotiation that takes place rather than just listing the price for the items. Also, over a month after initial delivery I am still waiting for the replacement sheets from the original order since they sent the wrong size. I do not understand the delay. Glad it was not an important component (although I did have to immediately go out and purchase sheets for the bed).

I have a 20 plus year old air mattress which is in good condition except that the two air chambers both developed leaks. I also sleep in between a couple of children and that meant sagging between the two chambers. Purchased a single queen air chamber and pump from InnoMax. Both seem to be good quality and I prefer the single chamber/ The bed is much more stable and doesn't sag in the middle. Their basic pump is pretty quiet compared to my previous pump but takes a lot longer to inflate the bed. Not an issue once fully inflated.

On the 2 or 3 occasions when I have had to call the store to speak to someone about an issue or question I had, I've always come away extremely pleased with the interaction. Recently I had accidentally broken a part on my air pump and I spoke with Mr Force about a replacement. He knew exactly what I was talking about, sent me the parts I needed with very clear instructions in how to install them, and at a very fair price.
I am extremely pleased with my bed purchase and the subsequent dealings with these folks reinforces in my mind that I made a very wise decision in buying my bed from Innomax!

We are long time and satisfied customers of Innomax (Denver) and recently replaced our old mattress with a similar version of the original only to discover it was defective after months of use. They graciously offered a replacement or better yet - full credit to an upgraded mattress. This also involved a difficult delivery to our house which is in a rural mountainous area of Colorado. New mattress, another delivery and we are sleeping in great comfort. Innomax couldn't have been more helpful and showed us how well they treat their customers. We highly recommend them.

From the time we entered the store to the point where everything was completed, the group that I worked with was excellent. Time was scheduled and truck showed up on time. We had a little issue with one of the mattresses not feeling the same. Within a few days, a replacement was delivered and all issues resolved.
Very happy with my purchase and this group.

My husband and I purchased our bed in 2013. Nice bed, came in a timely manner. In 2014 I contacted Innomax in regards to the pillowtop losing its fluffiness and leaving a noticeable "dip" in the bed where we sleep. After several emails, I was offered to buy a new pillowtop. I declined that offer and then (again after several more emails) I was offered to be sent a new pillowtop without as much cushion (at my shipping cost) and I had to pay the shipping to send back my original pillowtop. Not being happy - I decided to just let it be and deal with it chalking up to a crappy company. For the record this issue has not changed to this date. Now... fast forward to the past week where we had an air chamber not wanting to keep air. I once again emailed and they offered to send a new one at the cost of $265 (a prorated charge per the rep). I asked how much a new one is, was given the price of $365. Asked about the "20 year limited warranty) and come to find out that it is a 3 year warranty with a 17 year prorated warranty. I am dissatisfied completely with the customer service constantly trying to fix my issues by upselling me! Can't you just fix the issue and own up to the customer service that you suggest you have? I will never again be a customer!

I have been a customer with Innomax for over 20 years and have used their sleep systems and purchased all my bedroom furnishing for me and the kids rooms from them. Went from water to air and now to another awesome product where my hubby and I can have our own setup on each side. Love them! Always amazing service, very awesome salesmen and never pushy. I highly recommend you get your sleep system and furnishings here. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great experience and we even brought our 3 year old. They took him under their wings so that we could try out beds with no distractions. We absolutely love our bed but unfortunately one of the pillow we bought is very uncomfortable. Both pillows were supposed to be the same but one is obviously different. We never called to ask for a refund because we were told up front it was against policy. Other than that we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We had a great time when we bought our bed at innomax. The saleswoman was informative and patient. There was no pressure to buy and the price was great. It's been 3 months since we bought our bed and we LOVE it! We don't regret a single thing about our experience with Innomax. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

I requested information and ordered parts via a chat session. The session started out well enough, after a bit the person kept providing " I'll be with you in a minute" responses. He then noted that he was "multitasking and not doing it very well". The interruptions became rather annoying, but I was finally able to complete my order. The parts were received in a timely manner and seem to have fixed my problem.
My advice to the chat room folks: Remember the true definition of multitasking - "doing several things poorly at the same time". They should complete tasks in the order they are received and move to the next task or your company needs more chat room personnel.
