Waste of time and effort. They will disable your account asking you to verify proof that you are a part of the business, I provided a bank statement, photo ID, articles of incorporation, everything we have that legally proves I own the company. Yet, these government issued documents were not accepted. This company is a joke.
I spoke with your customer support 3 times, they told me the only thing that will work is an electric or water bill which I have neither.

I run a local recruitment company and have been using Indeed for 2 years, paying circa £400 a month on sponsored ads (I never use the free service)!
Upon coming into work this week our account has been disabled with no explanation. We appealed the decision and only got a basic response saying this is upheld and is a final answer!
We have no option to call anyone and now have no way to serve our candidates or clients!
In addition to this our business is now at risk and potentially 12 people at risk of redundancy as we have no way of advertising and attracting candidates on this platform.
The fact that Indeed haven’t even called me despite us being a loyal customer over the last 18 months is absolutely disgusting.

Hi Indeed, your job application process is really unhelpful. No confirmation pop up or email to say you have applied for a job successfully. I made several attempts and nothing - so I may even have applied to that company more than once which looks so unprofessional. This is such a basic part of customer journey. I contacted your help email twice and got no reply. Not a great experience. Can you help sort this out for me now?

A great experience indeed! So easy to apply once you've got a resume on file. I started getting calls for jobs quickly!

We are incredibly disappointment with the lack of customer care that we received.
1. We had interviews scheduled that were cancelled and we did not find out until the time of the interview.
2. Interview times were changed through Indeed and we were not notified.
3. We were charged for sponsored job postings that we did not agree to or set up. When we called to dispute the charges, the representative, Sean kept telling us that we did sign up for it and the conversation was completely distorted.

Thanks to Indeed, I was able to get a good stable job on the road. I recommend it 100%.

I am truly disappointed from an Employer standpoint of their process. I religiously make comments on applicants that are never reviewed or ignored by Indeed. Employers are paying the bills, yet Indeed continues to allow applicants over and over again apply to my Agency after being rejected costing me $$ every time! I have spoken to my rep on numerous occasions and have asked them to either police my comments/feedback as the Employer or even charge 50 cents for each applicant to apply which I would hope would make the applicants more mindful of what jobs they are applying to. I am ignored. I spend in excess of $1,000 per month and continue to see the same applicants that no call/no showed to interviews, were rejected due to lack of experience, etc. I continue to pay for these over and over again!

I have registered with indeed for a long time and it is annoying now, when you search for a job in your location the search comes back with sponsored jobs before real jobs that day or two days have been listed. Sponsored jobs are 30 days old and above so even the delinquent job seeker can see that the job has been taken. So to the next page yip the jobs are the same all sponsored with five or six in the middle and then more sponsored jobs, wasteful time sifting through sh!t in the alligator swamp. Amazon jobs all the time listed in Neath, Port Talbot but it is in fact in Swansea, you really need to pay attention Indeed you are a dreadful company by letting false advertising pass every day by agencies.

Absolutely terrible experience! Disabled my accounts with zero warning and told me I could never repost with them unless I paid a fee. They claim my job postings weren’t of “good quality” simply because I listed the pay as contract rather than commissions. Trust me take your business elsewhere their policies and customer service is absolutely awful!

Indeed are happy to take your money but will then shut down your adverts without warning. Without reason and without cause. I would suggest if you wish to recruit that you look elsewhere. The customer service standard is shocking.
Many thanks for the reply. Having spoken to members of the indeed team we have since discovered that due to a change in indeed policy some of our adverts would no longer fit within the remit indeed would like to work to. Neither will the adverts of many similar companies such as Rico and TNT and DPD to name but a few. Instead of telling companies this, indeed have decided to ban the entire organisation from ever posting again.

I absolutely love it. I have got my last two jobs threw this app I have recommended it to fellow employees friends and teenagers looking for a job. If you have never done a resume it also helps you to do that. As well as track who you have applied to and status of if they looked at your resume and so on. Love love love it

Their site is broken at the moment and I can't upload or build a resume. So I will not be going with Indeed until this is fixed.

As with other reviews I have had very poor and misleading experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with a telesales person who was either male or female works for indeed based in Ireland. Who is dishonest and decided to handle my complaint even though the complaint was directed at him due to his lies.
This is my personal experience with one individual that works for Indeed.
Surely a company this size would have a complaints procedure that they would provide on request......Not in Ireland, you would think all calls are recorded.......Not in Ireland. Apparently complaints are handled by the person you are complaining about......only at Indeed in Ireland
*Trust pilot asked me to amend original post
My job was posted for 5 days when i put it on hold due to the lack of interest/lack of experience in the advertised position. Then I receive a call from a male/female claiming to want to help me in the process, what this has resulted in was have £155 ilegally taken from my account, the account is my personal account and not linked to the business where i work. I have challenged this.
Clearly a con, indeed (sorry the individual indeed telesales male/female) also claims that calls are not recorded which is a shame as it would prove the lies coming from indeed employee. I have requested a complaints policy on three occasions now which has not been provided. I have all emails to back this up.
Also asked to pass my complaint to a different employee to which the person who has caused this has refused to do. Good luck with your £155 I really hope that it keeps your business afloat for a short period of time. Last time I ever use this company.
For the record the indeed employee from Ireland has happy enough to credit the indeed account but not my bank account. So if he's happy to credit the account why not credit my bank account where the money was taken from?????
For the record if someone from indeed calls you from a London based number but is actually based in Ireland I would advise hanging up and proceed through your account to prevent money being taken from your account without your permission or knowledge. I didnt ask for this phone call but clearly got charged for the service the person on the other end of the phone advised me on how to get more from my original post by advertising it in other areas. The thing that puzzles me is that I wasted two hours of my time on this targeting 8 other postcodes in the surrounding areas. With no one showing interest, not one CV was attached. I believe this phone call was made to squeeze more cash from me which I clearly highlighted that I would not agree to paying out more money. A £50 voucher was supposed to be added to the account and this is what I believed was going to pay for the post.
It's not about £155 It's about the indeed employee making false claims and refusing to escalate my complaint to someone else within the company.
I want to fully close my account, Indeed do not make this easy as other reviews have highlighted.
Poor show Indeed

Awful experience posting a job I am a registered limited company but I my business is based in East Sussex I am recruiting in Kent for that reason they cannot verify my business.
I can't understand the logic surely I'm allowed to work away from my office millions of people do it every day
DONT WAST YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH INDEED
They have made finding employees impossible

Unless you a employer you cannot speak to anyone at indeed which for some people is a big problem depending on what is causing the problem. Apparently my time is not important enough for Indeed to take my call, leaving me only the option of online correspondence. The message I get when I apply is: All apps associated with this action have been turned off, blocked or are not installed. I took my phone into the carrier and was told everything is turned on. I guess I will have to find another service that will respect my time as well as the employers. I have used Indeed in the past without a problem and recommended it to other job seekers but will no longer recommend it to any job seeker since our time is of no value to indeed.

Tried to write a review of a terrible company I worked for, but they don't publish it. Other workers have also had a similar experience. It seems only positive reviews (wrote by management and investors) get published. Indeed should not be trusted and it is only a matter of time before people realise its nonsense.
In addition to comment below. I have only stated the opposite of management as have others, so I guess we are all wrong. It is also worrying that these companies as in the comments on Trustpilot, PAY indeed money to access CVs etc, unless this is wrong, so I would suggest a conflict of interest is on display here. Sorry, the company is border line criminal and indeed does not listen to workers.

I don't like to write negative review for anyone but this time I've felt disappointed and misused.
I'm a business owner and I had a job advertising with Indeed and I never had hired.
Make a long story short, I complaint about my advertising they offer me refund, even on my bill shown I have a refund, but the truth is I haven't received a refund after 2 months.
try to contact case manager doesn't answer my phone calls and not reply to my emails also no one get in touch with me after submitting a request on Indeed website.
That's why I want to take legal action from my solicitors.
Not recommended to anyone, you can't contact Indeed to get right support even they don't provide any phone number expect case manager, there isn't any customer service.

If you write a review for a company, within the guide lines. Indeed will remove it even after they authorise it and put it on line. They give a useless explanation why they have removed it. But the companies complain to Indeed and they take them down, meaning there review system is worthless.
