This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Blatant choking of speeds at peek times & cannot even speak to a supervisor unless you can connect your router to a laptop! Speeds would go from 30/40mbps in off peak to below 5mbps at peak. I paid €60/month for 18 months & received 600gb/month. I have now switched to Three. I pay €30/month & I have it installed for over 3 months now without a single issue. Imagine tried to keep me as a customer & one of their ploys was to tell me that if I went with Three I'd end up being caught by the internet limits & that there is no way to see what you're using. Bare faced lies. I haven't gone anywhere near my limit & I can look at what I'm using on the my account section. Never have I ever been so disgusted with a company by the way I've been treated & lied to. They only started to return my calls when I was coming to the end of my contract. Spoken to rudely & treated like a proper fool!
Don't go near them. You will be disappointed!!!

Shocking shocking company , deserves -50 stars
I was on a 20GB a day limit for nearly 2 years without any problems, honestly I went over my limit a few times but it was reset the next day and no problems but the service was terrible for that period, lucky to get 10 mbs , I lost count how many times I posted screenshots to their Facebook page of the poor service.
Now that speeds have improved they put a 1TB fair use policy(something I NEVER signed up to) , I got a most abusive letter about fair use policy etc. Half way through the month , so that's before I went over the limit.
I'm an IT professional and I checked all the data counters on all the devices in the household and data usage did not equal even half what they were stating for 30 days never mind 15 days.
I can't check the router for any unwanted mac address as they have locked that down. I do not download torrents, youtube and some twitch and bang 1TB gone.
As it stands they have limited my connection on a Sunday to 1mbs, it's legally a disconnection because its unusable . The notion that a company would disconnect a customer for being 30GB over a 1TB limit is pathetic.
I have opened a case with comreg and tend to do everything in my power to have the "service" and equipment removed from my life. If I didn't care about my landline number , I'd have already dumped their crap equipment in the bin.
This message is to make you aware that your data usage for the current month is quickly approaching a level that we would deem to be excessive and disproportionate usage by an individual user on out network.
We will not allow significant, disproportionate and consistent excessive use of data by a select few to affect the experience and enjoyment for the rest of our customers. Please make every effort to adjust your data usage now and for the remainder of the month.
If your data usage pattern does not change, you will be in direct breach of your excessive usage policy at which point we will restrict your service.
Here are examples of the types of activity that can cause unacceptably high levels of data usage:
-Running excessive concurrent internet sessions or regularly accessing excessive bandwidth intensive Peer-to-Peer applications, video streams, website hosting.
-Accessing File sharing services like BitTorrent and UTorrent which can load automatically and can run in the background causing high data usage.
-Continually downloading or uploading large image or data files.
We recommend updating your anti-virus and computer security programs regularly to avoid potential security breaches that can cause high amounts of background data usage.
This notice requires your immediate action. If no action is taken and you subsequently exceed the fair usage limit Imagine will terminate your Service(s).
If you have any questions about this notice, please do get in touch by dropping us a mail at support imagine ie

I changed to Imagine from Bigblu.
I get 70+ at night and 100+ daytime. I have no complaints. I am in rural Mayo and have no phone line.
Imagine is head and shoulders above Bigblu and cheaper!

I am in my second month with this crowd now, the first two weeks were amazing, I was the happiest customer!
Then suddenly my connections started to drop several times a day, for 15-20 minutes and the speed is only 1/3 of what I had in the beginning. I work from home and rely on a stable connection, this has gotten me into serious trouble in work!! This issue is going on for our weeks now, would you believe it?!?
I have called their support countless times, sent screenshots of the router settings and every time I heard 'Level 2 is looking into this'. Not once have I heard back from their Level 2 and for a week now they have completely stopped stopped responding to my email, I have asked to have this escalated to management and my next bill to be waived. Are my emails being filtered now and straight moved to the trash?!?
I am having enough now and will take this to the CCPC now, enough is enough!
