I read an online interview of Angelina Jolie, she spoke about a new face line, HAPPY HONEY, she launched with organic ingredients. I was intrigued and clicked on the link in the article which took me to her website, which offered a free trial for a face serum. There was another link for a trial of eye serum, but when I clicked on it to read further about the product, it automatically added it to my cart and there was no way to remove it or edit my request. I was charged $12 shipping fees. The products arrived, however when I read the ingredients (barely legible, the font is minutely small,) it was evident these products are not clean. They are full of very harmful chemicals, many of them from the "dirty dozen" list of carcinogens. My card just had an unauthorized $89.95 fee, which was declined by my bank. I've had to cancel my bank card and order another one. Additionally, I should have realized something was wrong when this company does not list the ingredients on their website. Be aware, when you request the free sample, you enter your bankcard info and will automatically be enrolled in monthly shipments for $89.95. It took me 35 minutes of hold time to get through to someone at their customer service number.

I'm a 54 year old man......I thought to myself maybe this could work for me and nobody would know that I'm using a woman's product. And also I said would could $6 shipping fee hurt but I know we live in a scumbag world and anything that sounds too good to be true is not. So I read everything on the article and they have to put disclosures their order in for a lot of lawsuits so it took time to find where it says that you can be billed so much unless you cancel the order and I knew it was a skunk scam from the door. Then I went to reviews of this product and I said haha I knew it I was very glad that I just didn't get my credit card remember this ladies in the future research everything before you put your credit card out of there. The ones they got scammed use your head the ones that got scammed use your head next time

I ordered the product, I guess I did not read the fine print I ended up with two face replen and one image revive. I saw my account was charge $70 then another $107 and I did not know who was charging me. I decided to call this company and they explain how it works. Okay so I was ignorant to the fact about trail periods, so the two charges was for the facereplen. I told them I do not want to be charge again for anything they said I need to return the image revive and that I have 30 days to return it and I will not be charge. I am a working woman but I kept tracked of the days I need to send it by. I went to Canada post the Friday and they assured me that the package will be there on the 9th of May. I kept my tracking number handy. Guess what happen I check my account and I see $80 charge I was livid, I called Canada post first and asked when the package arrived, they told me the package arrived on the 10th was the deadline but the company never picked it up until the 12th , so when I contacted the customer service for image revive, you know what they tell me oh! Ma'am its shows that we received it on the 12th, I was so angry I give her the tracking number and she did see that it was there on the 10th and they never went for it until 2 days later, you know what she said I can give you a 30% discount and you will get $24.20. This company is a RIP OFF and know how to scam people out of their money. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DO ANY FREE TRIAL BECAUSE NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD!
An Unhappy customer not me again with these online trial thing I will go to my local drug store and buy my face product oil of Olay.

Absolutely do not fall for the "trial offer". I ordered the trial and soon discovered the scam. I was able to cancel in time and return it within the timeframe they specified. A week later my card was charged $160. I spoke to them and they said they did get the return in the timeframe and could give me a 30% refund! I was furious. A 30% refund on $160 they stole. They confirmed I canceled and confirmed the return and still think they can keep 70% of the money they stole. I'm not done with this but my guess is I'm out $112 no matter what. They have zero shame. They are completely ok with stealing your money. See a retail store couldn't do that because you could stand in their store and cause enough of an issue that would scare off customers but online, enough people fall for the "trial offer" that they are still making money. I can't imagine anyone actually pays monthly for this product so they are in business purely on these trial offers that they end up charging you for anyway. If anyone reads these reviews and orders the trial anyway, you deserve to be ripped off. I suppose shame on me and perhaps all of us for not searching reviews before we all got scammed. Lesson learned. Never again!!

This is a scam. People read the real reviews not the ones that their people just made up. You will be charged $149 and your credit card company wont be able to help you. This company will offer you a refund of 50% but still a very expensive trial product. The legal website is not the one that you will see when you click on the ads. This company is doing unfair business practices. DO NOT BUY, THIS IS NOT FREE!!!

When I ordered this product and Face Replens on the Canadian website, I thought I investigated thoroughly enough to see if there was a "catch" to this online purchase. I couldn't find the "fine print" despite what I thought was a thorough search. Clearly I was wrong. After 2 weeks, there was a $161 charge on my Visa. I called the company and was told the details are listed in the companies policies. And...this charge for just for the Image Revive....which was a 14 day free trial...they charge when the 14 days are over if you haven't returned the product. Face Replens is a 30 day trial, so I have 2 weeks to return it or I will also be charged. If you do not cancel, you will receive these products on a monthly basis and be charged A LOT of money. And I don't know yet if the products even work...but even if they did, I wouldn't spend that kind of money on face products. Such a scam!

Stay away from these crooks! Complete scam! They are terrible scam company! It looked they the ad was coming from Costco, but not so! They are horrible to deal with, ripped us off and are complete scam artists!

Waste of time. They state that because it is outlined in their terms and conditions that it is the customer responsibility to know they have to call back to cancel the subscription.
Don't waste your time. What the products isn't worth your time as the customer service is HORRIBLE.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, TERRIBLE PRODUCT, CAUSED BLISTER LIKE SORES ON MY FACE, DID NOT CONSENT TO AUTO SHIP, PLUS THERE WERE NO REGULAR PRICES LISTED ON SITE AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR FREE SAMPLE, IF THE PRODUCT WAS NOT RETURNED YOU WERE BILLED FULL PRICE, THIS WAS NOT POSTED ON ORIGINAL WEB AD, NOR WAS AUTOSHIPMENT MENTIONED. $300.00 WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, IF THE PRODUCT WAS ANY GOOD OR THE COMPANY REPUTABLE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO DECIEVE AND SCAM PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT THE AMERICAN WAY OF BUSINESS!

Paid the shipping got my sample...did not like the felling of the cream and it takes to long to dry
Anyway...try to cancel the order, I was aghast when they told me that they have a restocking charge of 50% ...50% who does that???
Where was the " just pay shipping, in 30 days if you aren't complete satisfied just send it back" my cream was $159.99 I am getting only $80.00 and on top I have to pay shipping. I spoke with them... one hour on the phone with poor costumer service.
I cancelled my order.
Now I will cancel my credit card and send every thing "to pay on delivery"

I bought a product that they said was on sale and after that they took 149 dollars out of my credit card for a crappy cream that I did not order nor received. I called them and told them I was only originally interested in the sample that I bought. Their lame excuse to not give my money back was that I only had 14 days to cancel the order that I NEVER placed. I normally go through all my purchases and read all legalities involved with a purchase and there was no written information at all about this scam. Please, don't get yourselves involved with these thieves. These mf's are big scammers.

In a weak moment one night I ordered what was slickly advertised as a Free Sample for a $12 delivery charge. Then I started to google reviews & horrified that I would be charged $109 monthly after 14 days of not returning. Immediately 1hour after applying, I phoned customer service(number out of order) and then emailed a firm "stop and desist" my order of only 2 hours ago. No answer for a few days saying free sample on its way and try another # . Phoned again, told I needed a RMA #, & they would get back to me with that # in 24 hrs. Never did. Phoned again, furiously demanded the RMA# & will not get off phone until they gave it to me. This center was in Florida. The phone centre before was Ireland. I rushed my return Free Sample Express post to Wilson St. Toronto. My postman photographed my parcel with RMA# as proof. Waited for the worst scenario on my next bill . Surprise! Only billed $ 12.31, However, the 2nd bill showed $146 due! And for that charge (which I had already cancelled) they sent no product but just a charge of $146! For 3 days I phoned to demand new charge cancelled. They confirmed my return free sample arrived on time(I kept my tracking #) But they Said they couldn't read my RMA # on package at warehouse so billed me $146 for nothing! He asked "Do You need some money now? I could refund you 30 % now if that would help" I said its NOT your money- I want ALL of it cancelled!! He said he had to take it to management and they would get back to me. I asked for manager's name and # repeatedly. He Said no, I would hear from them. This conversation went around in circles. I knew they wouldn't reply as they haven't before. I threatened lawyer, BBB, going to Social Media. Nothing worked . Like talking to a Robot. Next I phoned my bank, they gave me credit on my bill for the charge. They have taken it to dispute with this Shyster company. I will know in 6-8 weeks if Visa wins. "No news is good news" they say. Changed my credit card as I don't trust these Creme Cons to charge again next month. To think "Dragon's Den" promoted this company big time. Tried to reach them but no contact info. They have to be exposed.

They offer you a free sample but then are you are charged 161.35 for a monthly, yes monthly shipment of this cream. Shame on sharks! They know they are in the wrong and offer a 50% reimbursement. They have no shipment information and when you ask for an address to return the item, they won't give it to you. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I have been a COSTCO member for nearly two decades and they are a company that I have grown to trust. When Costco advertised a free sample of a skin care product I thought this product may be useful for my wife and put the request in her name back in December 2016.
A Sample arrived soon after, however there was no indication on the outside of the box it came in to show where it came from. I thought this was strange. When my wife opened the box there was no letter or transmittal document.
A month later two boxes with facial cream arrived by mail. This happened again each month in 2017. On the shipping label on recent boxes the sender is identified as MANIFEST REQ with a post office box number in North York Ontario.
When I reviewed my credit card statement I found two entries each month:
"BeautyLuxurious $161.35" and "Pro-BeautyGenius.com $154.23".
I called the bank which issued the credit card to let them know that my card had been hacked. They checked their records and gave me a phone number to call1-888-490-2701. They cancelled the subscription (which I had not ordered) and would not take the product back but after insisting that they give me a refund they said they would only give me 35% off the last shipment.
Right now I have lost $808.53 for something that was supposed to be free.
I did not see or be able to read any small print suggesting that I was committing to receive two products on a monthly basis.
The bank said they are blocking any future charges to my credit card. Good but inconvenient..
This is a huge SCAM - I want to take this further and get a refund to my account.

I ordered this "free sample" that was advertised as coming from Costco Pharmacy (a complete lie), supposedly there were no strings attached. The catch of course was in the pages of fine print, they have a crafty bunch of lawyers employed. On the 15th day I was horrified to find that they had charged my credit card with $149.93. I immediately phoned my bank and informed them that I will not be paying that amount and also cancelled my credit card. I then phoned Image-Revive and firmly said that they can have their product returned unopened and I expected a complete refund. They argued that they were entitled to the full sum then offered me a 25% and later a 50% discount. I refused and concluded the conversation. I then filled in a complaint with the Canadian Ant-fraud Centre. I have to wait until the 30th March before my bank can open a dispute. DO NOT DEAL WITH IMAGE REVIVE!!!

I wanted to try this product...And with Free shipping it sounded like a good deal. Unfortunately after I ordered I reviewed the website for reviews and immediately decided to cancel my order. I called the numbers listed in their website.. all 3 phone numbers were "not in service". I then emailed to advise them I wished to cancel and all they could tell me to do was to call the 1-800 number..That was disconnected. I was very distraught. I ordered the product because the advertisement I saw showed the lady from shark tank endorsing it.
The next day the mailman tried to deliver their product...I declined delivery.
I received another email from the company the next day again telling me to call the 800 number..So I tried again. The gentleman that answered told me that I had not followed the return policy. I did not call for an return number! He told me I would be charged $50.96 for the product I did not accept!! After a very rude conversation with this gentleman I decided to call my bank. However this company (within 15 minute) had charged me $89.96!!! For a product returned!! The agreement was to be charged $59.96 after trying product for 14 days!! I have called my credit card company who had begun investigation. I have also contacted a lawyer. I was charged $80 96 for product I returned!!
Please do not deal with these people..Very very dishonest...The phone lines were not in service for 3 days!! I now have a fight on my hands..No product and I have been charged more than what was even agreed upon!! Fortunately I have all my emails to this customer service Dept..

This is one of the worst scam perpetrated in recent history. Their Advertisement says Free Sample, only pay shipping of $4.95 but when you get your credit card statement, they charge $131.25 and they continue charging $131.25 each month. Shame on Dragon's Den people for promoting this scam and continuing to cheap people. What a rip-off. I thinks it's time for a class action suit. By the way, this product is 90% water!!!

Terrible customer service. Another one of those rip off companies that before you even have a chance to see if the "free" product works they are charging you ridiculous amounts for product you didn't order plus the "free" order. That was over $300 plus sent me new eye serum for another $165. Who pays that?

Lately, I've seen quite a few "Miracle Cures" for wrinkles. Of note, there are three companies that people need to be REALLY careful of. IMAGE REVIVE, FACE REPLEN , VISAGE RENEW.
They all offer "trial orders", and this is where you really need to be careful. The fist two companies give you the standard two weeks to try the product and decide if you want tho sign up for monthly deliveries, each at around a $100.00. Not cheap. What they don't tell you, is your "trial" is actually a month's supply. The product definitely does not perform the miracles they claim, so when you call to tell them you don't want to receive more product, you are told that you have to send the bottles back, and you have to register them, then call them back with a tracking number. So you spend $1.60 for a. "Sample", and it costs you $25.00 to send it back, otherwise, they charge you the full price.
The last one is a very famous persons new project. This one REALLY gets you. Again, the sample is a month's supply. And when you phone to cancel, because, again, it's no better than Nivea Skin Soft, you're told that the sample was a month's supply, so you will be charged the $100.00. (at least you don't have to return the bottles )
I had actually learned from my first mistake, so I read the Terms and Conditions, so as not to get stung again. If you are a Laywer, you could probably understand the page long, legal jumble. So, I just called the Customer service number. It was hard to get a straight answer, but in the end, she finally admitted that your "sample" was going to cost you the amount of a months supply. I phoned back later and spoke to another rep, and again, after some dancing around, he told me there was a "keeping fee" of $19.95. So i'm not sure who to believe, but it seems strange that they would let you keep a hundred dollars worth of product for less than twenty.
So, no matter that their miracle creams and lotions are going to make you look 25 years younger, ( all it did for me was give me pimples!), read the fine print, or better yet, call the Customer Service line before you get scammed.
