Love the new sofa, and after ordering it was really easy to book delivery and choose a time that fit what I wanted. Delivery guys were really helpful and friendly, and set up was easy. All good!

Employees in the stores and from customer service are very pleasant and helpful and ILVA furniture looks good too.
However, 1st time I received the bed I bought, it was not good and had to replace it. Then a replacement comes with missing parts.

I got an answer from Ilva, which not only does not help but makes things even worse, since they threat to report my entry to Trustpilot! I would suggest to get their acts together rather than behaving like this.
Another update is that they sent me an email and they said they can deliver in A MONTH from now, so my kid will have to sleep somewhere else rather than the bed we have paid for, for a month!
Ilva, the order number is 5205262473. The only way you can "help me in the best possible manner" is to do your job and send me the whole order or to come and take back the bed and give me my money back.
I ordered a toddler bed 2 months ago. The bed came, two months later (!!) and one crucial item is missing! We called Ilva and asked if they could deliver it ASAP, since we were waiting for so long and out little one does not have a bed. They did not even bother to apologise for the inconvenience. The only answer was that we will have to wait for a week or two more! Probably the worst service I have even seen.
PS. Among others, the mattress (which arrived) is also not in great shape but has brown stains in several places.

I recently purchased a closet and was very disappointed that it came in flat packs rather than pre-assembled.
I struggled assembling it over an entire weekend and called ILVA for support. I was very willing to pay for someone to come to my home and assemble the closet however, ILVA does not offer this service. Incredible that they assume everyone can manage to do this type of assembly and follow a 25+ page manual. Plus, ILVA can make a bit of money from this by outsourcing this service and taking a commission.
If I wanted to deal with this nonsense, I would have bought it from IKEA!

Bought a wardrobe from ilva.
Instructions for assembly were very badly written. It was a long and frustrating assembly. Made a mistake due to the bad instructions. Some parts that should face the back faced the front. When we realized it was inconceivable to take it apart and start again.. also, Almost 50 additional screws were included that were not required. Lastly, there was a stop function on the door that made it hard to open and close. We took that off and it worked better.

The products are great. But I hate the fact that you have to hurry up to pick up a purchase from the "outlet" ( I got daily notices on my phone ). This made me and my dad carry a 30 kilo heavy bookshelf by hands, in frost through roads without pavement and into woods. The delivery was half the price of the shelf.

We bought a sofa, a table and a chest of drawers on July the 16th , Sunday. Monday morning we changed sofa colour and they tolds us that instead of recieving it on Wednesday it will be the following week. That weekend they told us that due to stock problems it will be deliver the 10,the of August and now they tell us the the sofa will have to wait till the 17th. A month later that we actually paid it. This is not ok, if I had known this up front I would not have bought it. We just moved to DK without any furniture so the inconvenience is very high. BAD SERVICE

Different quality between what they show in the shop and what you receive. They accepted that our couch has a problem. They changed it to the new one. The new couch came with the problem for the second time! Their inspector checked it and accepted that the couch has a problem. They collected it and offered us the same couch or a gift card. When I asked them to get my money back for buying a couch from somewhere else, they told that we will give the money back when couch comes with problem three times not twice!!! The worst thing is that they put our used couch for sale without mentioning that it has been used for 2 months. They just mentioned that if you buy this couch you can not give it back any more!
