The website is easy to use and they have a great range of products, but what really impressed me was the quality of the gift wrapping and delivery time.
I bought a few products and chose the unisex gift wrap option for each as they are all for my son's birthday. Each item was wrapped perfectly with high quality gift wrap and fun/appropriate prints/pictures (not plain/boring wrapping). This alone will encourage me to shop at ilovespeelgoed.nl again.
I ordered at 3pm on a Wednesday and received my delivery the next morning, which I was pleasantly surprised about.

I forgot to choose the free wrapping paper for the toys I bought on-line. I called a few minutes later and the lovely lady from customer service I spoke with took care of everything. I received the toys next day, beautifully wrapped. Delivery was also super fast. Great experience!
