don't order iLamparas run away this company is fraudulous !!!
the website still works but no operations behind.
so you can place order and wire payment following the instructions, but no one ever respond about payment and order processing.
no one ever picks up the phone on the hotline, and no one respond to emails for updates or escalation.
I paid on 3rd of July for Order #20273, until now, despite numerous attempts by email to get an update, messages on Messenger, posts on their FB wall, etc... NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME BACK
It is utmost disappointing that it used to be a serious company.

In 2015 we bought all the lights for the house with them an order about €15,000 after many delays we finally received the lights but as they cannot give us any advice, ( by the way because they are not authorised dealer of the products we bought , we received this information after calling the Vibia and IGuzzini Offices.)we ordered to many of the IGuzzini lights. They accepted to take back the surplus products this after many discussions, we delivered them to their office in Granada. Since that time no answer to phone or either email. We have tried different way to reach them. My question is why they told us to bring back the products if they do not want to pay them? We have now asked a Spanish lawyer and event after having received the letter not follow up.
Still waiting for our money my evaluation , I never seen a company like that, clients are not their first priority. Their incompetence to deal with big order has been demonstrated in my case.
Still waiting and I will not gave up.

I bought a Vibia Warm table lamp at iLamparas.com. Unfortunately the shadow got damaged during the shipment to Italy. iLamparas contact center replied quickly and with courtesy to my complaint and a new part was sent in a few days without any surcharge. Really a good service - and a very competitive price. I definitely recommend the seller.

In December 2015 (!) we ordered a lamp for over 1k Euros. Delivery was promised until the end of the year. This date got pushed back repeatedly and we had still not received delivery by the end of January. The customer service was almost entirely reactive and would only respond (very slowly) when we complained.
The lamp was then finally delivered in February, however it was the wrong model (and we had to pay for transportation even though the order form said this was included). The erroneous deliver was the result of an error in the web shop, which was (at least initially) acknowledged by customer service. It then took over a month until we got a clear commitment that the right lamp would be delivered if we sent the wrong one back. At this point however, it had somehow become our fault that they had sent us the wrong lamp and we were repeatedly told how lucky we were that they were accommodating our request.
After a few more weeks, a different transportation company came to get the lamp, for which we had to arrange all the paperwork ourselves. This was over a month ago and, even though we were in touch, we have still not heard one word from customer service on when we will be receiving our actual lamp and on whether they will be coming up for all the additional costs.
Overall our experience has been horribly disappointing and highly frustrating. Customer service is very sketchy, with some friendly but also some very unfriendly staff that likes to blame the customer for the company's mistakes, does not present clear solutions to problems and is not in the least bit proactive. We would never order again.
Update #1: We are still waiting after eight months and are now going to ask for a refund. I have never experienced anything similar while shopping online.
Update #2: After nearly a year and about three months after having been promised a refund, we are still waiting and getting continously wrong and misleading information from customer support. STAY AWAY if you value your money and sanity.
Update #3: After an additional three months, we still have not received our refund but have only gotten more excuses without any concrete promises.
FINAL UPDATE (June 2017): Received a substantial (~85%) refund of our payment ten months after requesting it and after hiring a spanish lawyer to submit a complaint in our name in Spain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
En Espanol: La lampara nunca ha llegado y seguimos esperando a nuestro dinero que nos han prometido en septiembre. El servicio al cliente nos sigue mintiendo en cuanto al plazo del reembolso. Es una experiencia horrible y no podemos recomendar iLamparas si te importa tu tiempo y tu dinero.

I made a order in April which I still has not received. When contacting iLamparas for my product I was at first given a later delivery date during the summer which came and went. After this communication with iLamparas was very slow.
They generally do not seem to answer emails and contacting them via their website chat has only given me empty promises. I sent them an email in the end of September asking for my money back which went unanswered. Today contacting them via chat I was told that my request needs to be processed by another department - not holding my breath thought...
Having ordered A LOT online during the last 3 years iLamparas is hands down the worst experience.
Please save yourself the headache.

They sent me a personalized budget the same day I asked for it, and gave me a disccount coupon so the final price was cheaper than I thought.
The delivery came on time and brought everything in perfect conditions. Besides, the webpage has a very powerful design, and is quite intuitive and easy to use.
I would definitely buy my next lamp there! Sorry for my average English.

foscarini lamps are amazing, are already fantastically put in my living room. The lamps have emit very warm and pleasant light.
The delivery was very quick in Poland. Payment is realized by bank transfer with a special discount.

I admit I was a bit skeptical about buying online but they made me feel comfortable and safe with my purchase of 2 Artemide floor lamps.
Everything went ok, and they even offered me a 5% disccount because I payed by bank transfer, which is great!
Also, I'm very happy with the way my lamps look, I just received them!
Nothing bad to say, really :)

I ordered a lamp with basement. Delivery was quick (Spain to Italy), but the packaging was insufficient because the basement was very heavy, so this part had been damaged. Moreover, a piece needed to mount the lamp was missing.
I immediately warned iLamparas, asking at least for the dispatch of the missing piece (to use the lamp), and, if possible, a new basement.
After 2 months of promises, with their customer care continuously postponing a solution, i'm still waiting for them. The lamp is still unusable.
UNACCEPTABLE (never had such a bad experience on Internet)

I'm very satisfied with the service of the company iLamparas.com. Everything was ok like they promised: the shipping time and the price contributed to a perfect service. The process was direct and fast. I recomend it because I have many years buying by internet and I've never met a company ass efficient and professional as it is.

I’m designer and decorator. For me and my job is very important the organization and the time. Your success sometimes depends on other service of other people. That’s why I bought five pendant lamps in a company which was recommended by some workmates. They were right in their explanation about iLamparas.com and after the perfect job I have decided repeating the experience. I have just bought two new Foscarini lamps for another project.
