I recently purchased a remote for my 2014 HONDA Civic. I thought I was buying a brand new remote. On my order it did not indicate whether it was new or refurbished, ;as they do on ebay or amazon. I didn't find out it was refurbished until I got to the dealership where they pointed out the scratches on the cover and the sticker on the inside. They did get the remote programmed. If they couldn't get it programmed I get charged an additional programming fee and key cutting charge. This is why I was hesitant about getting it done with a refurbished key. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew is was refurbished. I called the company and got a run around. They told me it was in their terms and conditions, which was at the bottom of the page. I told them it should indicate which you are getting new or refurbished) on your order page as others do. BUYERS BEWARE!

It took me about 3 days to get in touch with someone there.. the 800 number was messing up and couldn't get thru, and finally i got in touch with someone online. i asked about a replacement key and fob for our 2013 mazda3, which included both parts. it came in the mail yesterday and it is a (very) used key fob. pretty beat up looking, and dirt stuck in the crevices. i am worried about having the key cut, as this may negate being able to return it. i wish they would have stated clearly somewhere that this is USED and not new. i don't mind it being used but for the price i assumed it would be new, or at least not so beat up and dirty. keeping my fingers crossed that the dealer can program it.

They did not ship when they said they would, and I was counting on that.

has been class A.Extremely professional staff.......call to Victor citing the fact
that the two keys I recently received lost full power ...he responded ASAP, is now sending me two replacements which he will throughly test..prior to mailing.H e was so courteous and showed commendable customer concern.

Ordered a key fob for 2003 Town Car. Arrived in about 2 days. Tried to program according to instructions. No luck. On a hunch , tried the instructions for the 2004 Town Car. Everything worked, finished in about 2 minutes. A little disappointed they would have the instructions off like that but all in all not bad. Anybody reading this that is having trouble might give a try to going up or down a year. Worked for me.
