Had key made and cut but key would not program. So they sent a replacement key but key wasn't cut this time. Can't get in contact for a refund. Bad customer service if you ask me.

I ordered the keyless remote with the impression I could program it myself... no instructions were included so I went to a locksmith and its defective, one of the buttons wouldn't unstick and it wouldn't program properly. I will never use them again. So much for saving money

iKeyless sent us a key that could not be programmed. Attempts to contact the company several times were unsuccessful. The company's phone system puts you in a loop and no human ever comes on the line. The email address is bogus as well. Junk, junk, junk!!! Do not purchase from this company!

RMA#20782 - called company because I needed a replacement key for 2008 Nissan Sentra. i told the customer service person I spoke with that the dealership's cost for the key is $150+ dollars for one key ($46 Key and $100 programming + tax). The customer service Rep immediately told me that they would provide the key at a must lower cost and was quoted a price of about $78.00 for which I paid. I sent in all of the requested documents. When i got my key, it would not crank my car. I have asked for FULL REFUND of the key. Key has been returned and received by the company but I only received about a $20 refund. ANGRY AS HELL - they never told me that the key would not work unless I took it to the dealership which was STUPID because that means I had to pay ikeyless $78 for a key that would have only cost $46 at the dealership. Furthermore, why would I agree to pay $78 for key that would then have to take to the dealership and pay an additional $100 to get the key to crank my car. It would have been better if I went and paid the $152 rather than paying iKeyless an additional $40+ dollars. SCAM - RIP OFF

I placed an order with iKeyless on Nov 9. It is now Nov 17th. I have called and emailed multiple times and each time I have been assured it would go out the same day. The order is still not here.
Terrible customer service. Do not promise what you cannot deliver. Don't lie to your customers. Seems pretty simple.
Do not use this company if you have any sort of expectations from customer service. Horrible, horrible service.

Ordered key and remote with key cutting service. Key works great, remote is useless. Dealership nor locksmith were able to program. Both stated remote was defective and should be returned. Customer service would send replacement but stated I have to pay yet again for attempted programming. Unfair practices. Stay away!

Took my key from ikeyless for my Acura MDX 2004 into both Ace hardware and the Acura dealership. Ace said there was a chip but after many attempts they couldn't program it. Acura said there was no chip at all and it was $45 for a new key. Ikeyless responded to my problem on day 30 of my purchase apologizing and saying the 30 day warranty had just ended. BAD BUSINESS.

Attempted to get a keyless entry replacement for my Subaru with these guys and found one that was smaller than the others I was seeing, so I ordered it. It came, was the wrong one, and the instructions were far more complex than initially indicated.
I called, they informed me it was a "clone", and that I could return it, though I'd have to pay for shipping despite the fact that it wasn't what I'd ordered.
Fast forward three weeks and numerous unreturned calls and email, they agreed to pay for shipping back. Then when I checked my card refund, they deducted the shipping costs from my refund, telling me they wouldn't refund the amount I was legally entitled to because it "wasn't defective". Eventually I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get the refund I was entitled to back.
Long and short: falsely advertised product, lied about return costs, and attempted to surreptitiously steal from my refund without informing me. Recommendation: AVOID WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

My order said same day shipping before 3:30 pm est time, I ordered my key hours before then. I also talked to a representative over the phone and they said it would be here no later than Monday. So I wait and wait and wait, and it NEVER came!! So I called them again and it had apparently not even been shipped!! So now I am S. O. L.

i bought 2 keys. they sent the wrong keys, and 2 different ones.
when i called for a refund, they were argumentative and unhelpful. I spoke with the "manager" who called me rude, talked over me, and then hung up on me. I was told after i return the (crappy) product, they would not refund all of my money. I was forced to contact my credit card to dispute the charge. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Programming instructions supposed to be included with automotive remote and transponder key. They weren't! Very difficult company to deal with. Plenty of others out there; give them a try before resorting to this outfit!

We went to the dealership to have the keys programmed and the dealer indicated it was the wrong chip. We then contacted ikeyless who told us to go to a locksmith that does this type cutting and programming who also showed me the codes that indicated the wrong chip and told me it was from an older car. The dealership charged me $120 for the unsuccessful attempt and $90 for the cutting of the bad chipped keys, NOT TO MENTION THE COST OF THE KEYS from ikeyless, all to be told it was beyond the return policy time. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Waste of lots of time and money

A: I ordered a keyless remote a week ago and when I called to find out why I hadn't received an email notification I was told that my unit was shipped and that an email was sent to me. After waiting a day and no email, I emailed the company and called. No response on email and could not get through to talk to anyone. Also checked my order online and retrieved a tracking number that doesn't seem to work either. Getting very frustrated with this company. Then called today only to be told it is not even available

I ORDERED REMOTES FOR A 96 CHEVY. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM IN STOCK. I EMAILED, CALLED, FINALLY CANCELLED ORDER. THEY SHOULDN'T WITHDRAW THE FUNDS UNTIL THEY SHIP THE ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COULDN'T GIVE A CRAP IF I WAS HAPPY OR NOT!!! I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS SITE.

I ordered 2 keyless remotes from iKeyless for my Buick. The initial package I received only had 1 remote in it. I had to wait another whole week to receive the second remote and the unlock button doesn't work. The price of these remotes were a whole lot cheaper from iKeyless but I guess that old cliché is right, you get what you pay for.

On 10/4/14, I purchased an ikeyless remote. I tried 6 times, exactly as per instructions to program my remote for my 2000 Toyota Avalon and it didn't work. I am now out $89.70 with tax, shipping and handling and that, on a single income, is a lot to be out of pocket. I do not want another one. I want only a refund. I have an attorney friend and hope to not resort to this. How do I receive my refund most immediately?

This place doesn't even deserve one star. After they sent me the wrong key and I tried to return it, they would not refund my money. Yes it was past the 30 days but it took me two months before I could find a locksmith that let me know it was the wrong one. When I called to inquire about returning it the guy was rude and told me the manager would call me the next morning. Never got a call. This company stinks!

This company is a joke and they do not appear to care about honoring the product or service they offer. I ordered a remote on 3/11/14 before 12:30 PM EST. They did not mail it out that day, or any other day that week. The remote arrived on 3/25/14. That is not 2-5 business days, that is 11 business days. They also never acknowledged or responded to my email that I sent them, using their own "contact us" email.
I just talked to a very nice woman who said that the remote was on backorder but no one bothered to let me know, they also didn't bother to return my email. She offered me a 20% discount and sounded very apologetic for their errors. She said that shipping dept was supposed to have let me know about the backordered remote, and someone should be checking their emails for customer emails. I will get $8 back, not at all worth using this company.
Run fast from here!

I placed an order for a remote and remote skin 3 days after placing the order I then saw the negative reviews about the site, I emailed them after the 5th day because I couldn't review my tracking ,I then emailed them and the claim it was shipped out and resent me the tracking number again, finally on the 7 day I called them I spoke to Amanda who then told me it's on back order I immediately canceled my order, I have never had this happen and I have ordered many things online ,I am a mom of nb twins and I really don't have the time to sit at home thinking a package is going to arrive when it was never shipped , this is extremely unprofessional and a scam ,my advice stay away from these people there are legit companies out there.

iKeyless shipped me dead batteries for my key fob. I reported this, to which they sent replacement batts, earning one star I suppose, but those batts were also dead. They won't refund me unless I return the defective product in a protected package. It's not worth the hassle.

If i didn't have to give it one start then I wouldn't. I wish I would have found this site before I ordered from this company. I ordered a replacement shell on a wednesday, they took the money out right away. I was checking everyday to the mail because the website says order before 3pm. and it would ship the same day or the very next so at the very least it should have been in by Monday. BUT NOTHING! Then the next wednesday so a WEEK later I get an email saying my part has been shipped. OMG! I finally get the part the Saturday after, it doesn't fit my clicker thing, I then had to wait until MONDAY to call them since they are closed on the weekend, I call and she has me send her a picture, she says they dont know what would fit for my shell and that I can return it, they wanted ME to pay for the RETURN label.... UGH NO! so i got them to sent me a return label I sent it out right away...10 days yes 10 DAYS later I get an email that I will be getting my refund, i get it and its only the price of the shell not the shipping that i paid them as well!! WTF I don't owe your company anything! I am currently waiting for a response and refund of that charge!

Ordered a key fob for my car, they had, by far the best price I could find online. That is about where the positives ended... The fob arrived in the mail in reasonable time (about 5-6 business days), but I noticed immediately upon opening the product that it was a USED FOB. nowhere on the site did I find a notice telling me that I would be purchasing a used product. I decided I could get past that issue, as I did save a ton of money buying from this site. However, when I attempted to program the remote to my car, that's where my concerns were justified. The programming was accepted by my car, however, the remote did not work. The programming was done properly numerous times, and it still would not work. I got fed up, and went and purchased a remote from the dealership. Programmed that, and it worked on the first try. Ikeyless sold me a USED, DEFECTIVE REMOTE! Learn from my mistake, buy from a dealership. In the end, it will save you time and frustration. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think ikeyless has GREAT PRICES because they need to make up for being a borderline scam.
