Dear Sarah - This was the second time I've ordered from IKEYLESS and again, my service was beyond expectations. Due to problems, the order needed changing several times and wasn't shipped because information I'd sent hadn't been received. My Customer Assistant helped me straighten out the problems andMm order shipped immediately and received the next day.I have now used my fobs for over a month and have had no problems at all. If the need arises, I will use IKEYLESS for a third time without hesitation.

First, I had a great experience over the phone when I placed my order, but I find it's often on the "return" side of the sales equation that get's less great at times.
One of the keys that I had purchased had a defective chip & could not be programmed by the locksmith I was working with to cut & program the keys I had ordered. I needed the key soon, so I had to purchase a functioning smart key from my locksmith.
I emailed iKeyless an explanation of the problem, along with a copy of my receipt from the locksmith, & with minutes I had received a response from Shawn detailing what I need to do to return the key & receive a credit. I received the "RMA" information shortly thereafter and mailed back the defective key - iKeyless processed a credit with my full refund within a day of receiving back the defective key.
Things go wrong in any business, but taking responsibility in a timely manner, with courteous & responsive people, tells me that iKeyless has a great "culture" in their overall organization.

Having made a recent used vehicle purchase, I found that I needed a new key fob case, since the fob itself worked. After an easy online search for a vendor, I found iKeyless and finding the model needed was simple and inexpensive. Ordering was simple and delivery was timely. Not that I wish to have to purchase another one anytime soon, if I do find the need, I hope that iKeyless is still around to deal with.

I was dubious about this site but willing to give it a try. My dealership was going to charge me over $200 for a new keyless entry remote. I spent less than half that amount and was able to program the remote myself. It does take a few tries to get it right (think of it like programming your TV remote). There are several steps that seem random (like opening and closing your door and turning the key on and off) and you'll feel incredibly silly doing it, but if you follow the steps to the letter, it will work. Many thanks to Shawn for answering my questions quickly.

we had a wonderful experience with the keyless entry we purchased for my husbands 2001 Chevy 2500. Our 13 year old son was able to follow the instructions easily and got it to work. We were so happy that we ordered a back up one. IKeyless had great customer service- we got an email from Sarah at Ikeyless to ask how our experience was.

What a great experience I had with iKeyless, although the instructions for programming the remote were not included, all I had to do was contact the company and they were sending me an email with the instructions within minutes. I appreciate the customer service they provided and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I like to thanks Stacey for her tremendous help in straightening out my order. Since I only received one key out of the two that I ordered. Stacy corrected that very quickly. But after receiving the second key there still were no programming instructions. Stacy help me out with that matter probably. For that I have to say Stacy was extremely helpful butt your shipping department needs a little more oversight. I highly rate the product just not how I receive it.

Online process to purchase what I needed was very efficient. Was shipped promptly. Only "problem" was it came WITHOUT instructions to program the remote. This was my second purchase. From my first purchase, I was emailed instructions which at that time worked. But when I tried to program a third remote,
I was unsuccessful. So I called customer service and Stacey emailed me some "updated" instructions and this resolved all issues. So we now have 3 working remotes. Should anyone ask me about where to purchase a remote, I WILL recommend ikeyless! Again, thank you Stacey! Order # 726967.
