I received delivery notification package was delivered to front door. I live in an apartment building and I'm unable to go up and down stairs. The shipper UDS did not ring bell or text. Just left it outside to be potentially stolen. Had they rang the bell, I could have buzzed and had the items put inside the door. Had I known they used sub par delivery service I never would have ordered. USPS rings doorbell and takes it back for pickup if there's no signature. I have to wait 7 hours for someone to get home... Horrible!
Update: a neighbor brought the box up and put it in front of my door. All is not lost.

I ordered my supplements from iherb and was asked to verify my account which I did however my order was cancelled. Since I urgently needed my supplements I ordered again and contacted customer service to help me with verification of my order. After numerous emails my order was cancelled again. One can imagine how unsatisfied and upset I am. I am a cancer patient going through chemotherapy atm and i need biotin supplements to make my hair grow.
To summarise it all I would not order again and will shop for my supplements in the reliable source.

I am Canadian. I logged on the Canadian platform (ca. I herb.com) and prices are Canadian dollars. For the second time in a row I was surprised by UPS asking me to pay very hefty duties before delivery. That's it for me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am sick and tired of these expensive unpredictable expenses. No more... unless you solve this big problem once and for all.

IHerp should be ashamed of their selves. Their website is so pathetic it could not even send me a temporary user code so I placed my order with Swanson Health and all was well. The only other sad part was I was trying to buy some vitamins on Amazons website and it sent me to iHerb.com... what has happened to the good old days when Amazon was simple and straight forward. Amazon doesn't care about it's customers either only about generating income from advertisers and trying to shove as much junk as they can in front of you.

I made a purchase for more than a thousand dollars for which they asked me for some transaction details for which I had to go to the bank to get them the required information. Despite that, they have cancelled my order. I had to re-order the things again. Unfortunately, the items arrived in a very bad condition. Everything was put in one box/ carton and lots of things got damaged.
I decided not to buy from this website again.

It's awful how iHerb treats their customer, and yet they claim they have excellent service. Very insincere and this is actually hurting iHerb's reputation. I've been investigating iHerb and I'm seeing negative reviews all over the Internet. There's no transparency. It's suspicious why they only have chat. I'm not surprised if they are trying to filter complaints. Management/Legal needs to know what's going on within their company. They might not even know that this increasing bad service is happening and can blow up in their faces soon. It's obvious iHerb wants to cut down on costs, hence they only provide chat support. Cutting down costs is fine, but don't do it when customer experience and the brand's reputation and trust is going to be affected greatly. It seems iHerb is becoming arrogant and feels they can treat their customers poorly since they're getting bigger.

Do not trust this company. They use brushing scam to engage people with their products.
They do not even have customer service available on the phone, they do it via chat. That way they make sure the complains do not go anywhere.
I had not even heard of this company before but if they need to use illegal marketing schemes to create a reliable reputation, it is obvious the are not good news.

I started shopping at iherb over the past few months and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Standard shipping is faster than Amazon Prime shipping (realistically "2 days" is more like 5 days at least). I was so surprised and elated to get my first order 1.5 days after ordering it, I wrote an email to customer service just to thank them. Some of the prices can't be beat as well. I get all my vitamins here now as well as my Acure face cream and Giovanni conditioner which I can't even find at another retailer.

They have no telephone. My acct was deactivated. Order never arrived. Chat does not work. Sent several emails and never received a response. They blame their incompetence on COVID. There website has all 5 star reviews which is impossible and a red flag. Wish I read these reviews before I placed my order. Now I know how they made their billions, by stealing money from customers. READ THE REVIEWS, then leave iHerb.

I placed an order in the May and the expected delivery date was supposed to be within a week. After a few weeks went by I reached out to iHerb about the missing order. I received a generic rely along the lines of... Due to covid 19 and unprecedented customer demand... blah blah... it may take longer than usual for a response. After no response for another week + I tried contacting them via the "24/7 chat" which clearly generates answers through a feeble bot. In the meantime I noticed suspicious charges on the credit card I had used for the purchase which broke up the amount into 3 identical smaller charges. I disputed these bogus charges with my bank and they were reversed. In the meantime, not a peep from iHerb. Stay away! Total scam operation!

Tried to create an account with this company to buy something. They insist I give my mobile number but i live in the wilds and have no signal.
They send a verification code which a very short time span to input, to create the account which I can't get.
I can also use my google or facebook login to join but I don't have either of those.
I contacted them and they say there is nothing they can do.
Completely hopeless. I know they can make me an account if they want to. They clearly don't value new customers.

It's completely understandable that with the current global COVID situation there will be delays with international delivery. So my Lions Mane took 2 months to be delivered, this was not unexpected (and really no big deal). What was unexpected though, was that today iHerb refunded my whole order despite the product being delivered a couple of days ago, as a courtesy for the lateness of the delivery.
In return, this review is the least I could do. I've always had great experiences with iHerb from their products to delivery, and this just goes to show they are doing their best despite this situation being out of their hands. I appreciate the gesture guys and will definitely stay an iHerb customer, delays or not. Keep up the great work!

This company shipped the wrong product to me. They no longer have an 800# to call if there is a problem. They would not ship the correct product until I had returned the mistake they had made. I spent 1 hour texting with Obbama and never did get satisfaction. They now have the incorrect shipment back to them. It was received Friday 6/12 and have still not issued a credit back to my credit card for the $62.11 and today is Tuesday 6/16. They lost me as a customer forever. I had been with them since 2018.

I have ordered from iherb three times now and every time has been a good experience. Their prices are very competitive and in some cases much better than anywhere else online. My order has always arrived promptly without any issue. I would 100% recommend my fellow Canadians to order from iherb.

Don't believe their shipping time. I order from 24/4/2020 to the Netherlands, but till now I don't know when my parcel will be shipped. Definitely I will never order from them again. Even no tracking available from the Netherlands.

Best place in the world to get vitamins etc, IMO.
I get my stuff sent from the USA to Australia and with free postage it only takes about 2 weeks, sometimes only 1.
I am not sure why so many low reviews, but I cannot fault them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM iHERB. I'm in Canada. They shipped me the wrong item - I took a photo of the incorrect item received along with the invoice clearly showing a different item and iHerb couldn't care less. Their expectation is that I cover the shipping cost to return an item that THEY incorrectly shipped. Sloppy quality assurance. Dismal customer experience. Indifferent communication from their so called "customer service" staff. Save your money and your time and do not order anything from these charlatans. GFY iHerb.
Edit: After posting this review, we recieved a refund. I basically had to share my terrible experience before iHerb would react. That's not the right way to operate.
