The service rep was very helpful! She was able to pull up past orders to assure we received the correct product. She also inquired on our inventory level for other items we've ordered to assure we had adequate supplies. Our order was shipped quickly and I was able to track it's progress.

I ordered 1 custom desk plate from IDville via their internet site, at a cost of $25.14 After placing the order, I realized that I had not included all that I wanted to appear on the desk plate. I telephoned the company and explained the situation to one of their representatives. When they tried to verify my internet order they found no record of it. The representative explained that it could take 20 minutes or so for the order to appear on their system. I called back about 40 minutes later and there was still no record of my internet order. That being the case, the representative offered to take the order over the phone. I agreed. When the desk plate arrived at my home, there were two separate boxes, each containing the same desk plate that I ordered. The workmanship was great as always, but I did not order two, I only ordered one, but got charged for two. I then called IDville and explained that I ordered one, not two, but was charged for two. The representative immediately checked her database and confirmed that a mistake was made on their part. The representative then assured me that a refund on the second desk plate would be forthcoming and that there was no need to return the second one as it was customized and of no further use to the company. I thanked the representative for their consideration and the representative apologized for the error. I think although they made an error, I was impressed with them owning the error and doing everything they could to make it right. I will continue to use ID ville for all of my desk plate and ID needs.
