Shipping was slow. It took 4 days from the date I placed the order to receive a shipping confirmation email. My order included 7days protein + $10 off code on the next order. I received the protein samples but I didn't receive the $10 off code. I reached out to the customer service department to inform them that I didn't receive the items as advertised. The first agent responded to my email without reading all the information regarding my inquiry. The issue was resolved after chatting back and forth with 3 different customer service agent.

I was really excited to be getting for the price after all of my promo codes were inputted, but when I went to check pay it bumped my price up. Not happy about that, but other than that the website works great. I love the protein so that's why I gave it a 3 star on shopping experience and 4 star because the protein is for the most part great!

We wanted to like this product because we love the ingredients and what your brand stands for. However, we didn't like the taste of the chocolate at all to the point that we want to return the unopened containers. We are so disappointed, not in the company or shopping experience but in the product's taste. It tastes way too fake sweet. Would be better if there was no sweetener. Our recommendation is keep all ingredients except the stevia. The stevia makes it taste artificial and makes it unpalatable.

Never received a response to email inquiry via email, had to reach out on instagram, and was directed to call. Shipment arrived 10/24 though via usps, even though tracking was FedEx and said I wouldn't have it till 10/26, so that was a plus

Advertised free shipping. When I got into checkout the $6.99 shipping was discounted for buying 2 proteins. However as I finalized my checkout there was a $2.00 fee for tracked shipping. There was no free option for shipping. That is false advertisement....

Upon receiving my order I had no scoop inside my canister so I had to contact fb message to inform them. Nonofder was madecyo send me one. The only info I received was from asking myself how much was a serving so I could use the appropriate amount.
Just felt an effort could have been made to make it right

Love this protein. Box came opened. No tape was even put on the box to secure it and I didn't receive coupon code via email that I was supposed to. But I called customer service and they were more than helpful to get the credit earned from my order.

The last order took almost 2 weeks to get here. When I called they basically said too bad, they promised it would be here the next day. It wasn’t it still took 3 Days to get here. But I didn’t bother to call because they wouldn’t do anything the first time. I really liked the chocolate protein so I’m giving it another shot and I had a $10 coupon but I probably won’t order or recommend again. Now that my coupon is gone.
