Easy to order and a great breakfast or snack!!! Will order again. I wish the order processing and shipping was quicker!

It was a little more time consuming than I would have preferred (placing my order) and I was asked/seems to be mandatory to leave a review before proceeding with purchase. I wasn’t sure how to rate the product as I am a first time purchaser. However, if I do enjoy the product I would order again from the site.

I love everything except wish you offered some free shipping options when you spend over a certain amount.

I LOVE how user friendly your site is, great content! I'm happy with the product, it is a little chalky but tastes good. I'm disappointed it is processed on equipment that processes dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish and tree nuts.

Idealraw is the first vegan protein shake that I enjoy simply shaken up with almond milk. I don't always have time for the whole blender ordeal so it's fantastic to be able to just grab it and go and know it's full of good stuff! Mocha and chocolate peanut butter are my absolute faves!!

Did not realize it had organic vanilla sugar in it. I saw that it had stevia and was trying to stay away from sugar of any kind. Seems very sweet and a little gritty.

I bought this product because of the hype of how good it is but I tried the chocolate protein shake and it is so gross! I hadn't tried the samples of the other shakes yet but definitely wasted my money since I won't drink the chocolate shake. I was really hoping that it would be something I loved so I could start my weight loss journey.

Good product, just poor packaging. The bottom was broken open and I only received my shaker bottle and 4 out of the 7 individual packet. There was no tape on the bottom to seal up the box properly.

It was quick, with great product descriptions. Navigation could be a little easier but it isn't bad.

Every time I try to buy Chocolate Peanut Butter it is out of stock. Please make more and perhaps have a preorder so it gets sent as soon as it is restocked.

I can wait to try the product. I hope the protein supplement stays at the same cost. I will continue to purchase it if the taste is great and I am satisfied.

It’s unfortunate that a customer is not allowed to combine offers. I had a email for a discount on 60 servings and also a $10 gift card from when I bought the sample pack. I was not able to use these together. It does not specifically state this on the gift card or on the site so it was a surprise. Would be better if you were more clear as I bopped around on the site for a while looking to see if I was doing something wrong. Additionally, this is probably just me but in the world of amazon prime and other services, I really hate paying for shipping. Even if you wrap it into the price of the product it would feel better not to pay for shipping. Just my opinion. I obviously still bought the protein and enjoy Ideal products and workouts.

Only problem was free shipping not showing up on interim page during checkout, so I was confused if it wasn't going to work, but it did, so it's fine

I tried for two separate days to try to place an order and for some reason which I do not understand even though I tried four separate credit cards my order would not be placed. I got an email that said what I like help, but when I click on it it took me to an empty shopping cart. And then the next day I get an email that says I left things in my shopping cart and what I like help something of that sort but when I click on it it took me back to an empty shopping cart. So when I put things back in my car multiple times with multiple credit cards my order could not be placed. If I wasn't so desperate to try your company, and try to change my health which I thought your company's products would do. I would not have come back. I would never wasted so much time attempting to get your products. There is no reason why I could not place an order when after multiple attempts and multiple days it finally goes through. And I do not understand why. But it was a pain in my butt, but as you can see I'm not one that gives up. I did keep trying and finally it worked.

Love the matcha but it just takes FOREVER to ship and arrive at my house!

I have been waiting to try this product line from the ideal company. I love the great deal I was given to try the sample bundle!

So far everything has been great! The shakes taste great and can't beat the price. Right up there with Shakology but much more affordable!

It's a wonderful alternative and the protein powder makes a great start to my day. I just wish it was a tad more reasonable in price. I'm a big fan !

Love your productsi usually yse 1/2 avacado wiyh banana alm mk and cacoa pwd could i still add. Avacado or will be too fattening

I ordered the mocha but received the banana almond so I am not so satisfied. Did not want to wait another 10+ days to return this one and wait for another so I will just use it. But it seemed to take quite awhile to ship and then to be the wrong flavor was a disappointment.
