I availed the query service that cost about Rs 250.
At least my experience has not been good. I submitted my annual medical test reports and asked for a review, all I got was response that was mentioned in the report. The reports can be read by anyone as the reference values are given. What i was looking for was if any medication required, for ex. I have cholesterol and wanted medication if required. The response I got was you have cholesterol. That i know from the report.

Yes, the fee was refunded and I consulted another doctor. My concerns are now addressed

Response to the query is quick. A perfect solution when we are unclear on the diagnosed medical history or when one wanted to take second opinion before proceeding towards the treatment.

I got a prompt answer for my health query.

I would have loved to give 5*s had I been responded to my query and some medication would have been suggested or mentioned that precautions in diet etc. would be enough. And I would have immediately sent/paid some fee!
Anyway, something is better than nothing! All the Best ???
