ICICI bank service is totally bakwash, they are only making money from his custome, that's a reason I am going to closed my Saving and credit card account with this bank. they are making faltugiri charges on very time.
Even no customer care service, no not working, if contact by mistake that no will be chargeable.
Please don't use ICICI BANK SERVICE.

This is worst bank which is having a worst customer care service.I am trying to reach customer care many times but no luck. I paid credit card due what ever I have, after that I lost my card and I requested to block my card but they didn't block. After 5 months I was getting messages about due which I don't have, I was trying to reach the customer care but it was not connecting. Later I paid the due and block the card in netbanking but after one month again got the msg about the credit card due, I was shocked and trying to reach customer care for clarification but due to worst customer care again i don't have luck to reach them... Now I decided to close this account. I am suggesting to everyone this is one of the worst bank don't open the account.

If I can have a negative times and infinitum ICICI bank would, have now instigated a london metropolitan police report of their st thomas more square london report that a manager of security Peter Cunningham.. is uneducated,,,guilty of malfiescance insinuating he will need anti terror police on myself for trying to open an acct!!!
Bank was totally unProfessional, omg and I'm a former barclays CIT banker gcb,,,never had I almost had a stroke as this man insinuated that I was a threat all for icici bank saying and fooling me to take a 3 hour trip to london from where I live,,,train ..taxi etc only to be bloody fobbed off at a promised appointment today

Worse customer service ever!!!
I have an account with ICICI Bank for more than 3 years. Though recently I was trying to connect the customer care which take more than 30 minutes and you need to provide card numbers account numbers pin dob whatever I wonder they didn't ask for my girlfriend name and number. So around 45/46 minutes of waiting I finally got connected with a guy addressing him as a phone banking officer who hang up the call on me. I was just asking him either I can change the card delivery address or not!! B*****it services they are providing.

Worst bank ever found.
I opened a GIC account through ICICI Bank, they've told me so many things during the time of account opening. But most of the thing won't work. It doesn't allow you to make transaction online, I wanted to buy a laptop online but the doesn't have CVV number so I can't even make a transaction there. They are just making fool of everyone of us. It's just an ATM card. You can have currency from ATMs but you can't use it online. Being an international student it bothered me so much. It affected me in my studies. I'm so depressed due to this, I won't recommend anyone ICICI Bank.

If I had an option to give zero stars, I will give them. Pathetic services in Canada. The whole GIC process takes a week. If a person lands in Canada the first thing he/she needs is funds and for that they take a week to give. Called the customer service and they were extremely rude. My relative has suffered a lot here with hardly any funds for the first week. On top of that she opened scotiabank account and tried to e-transfer my GIC funds from icici to scotiabank. They charged a $1.50 service fee which is $0.00 in case of Canadian banks. Put a security question and an answer which did not work while transferring funds from her GIC account to scotiabank account. They don’t even refund the service charge. Please avoid icici at any cost. Many consultants will force you to take its GIC but say a strict NO to them and take GiC from scotiabank or any other Canadian bank.

very bad customer care service. I sent five emails but never replied after two emails. I sent reminders but in vain. I have account for more than 20 years and had a credit card free of any annual charges. Now they issued me new credit card and charged me annual fee Rs.590 without informing me and subsequently charged late fee as Rs.500 and made the total bill Rs 1212. without any purchase. when I asked through emails not replied and no customer care no. reachable. they are now started grabbing money from there customers. BEWARE !!!!!!

The worst in customer service. There is no way to contact the branch. I am always hounded by the representatives when it comes to investing in Mutual funds. I needed some urgent details(I was out of the country) and contacted via email, the relationship manager the details which were there on my statement. I got no reply. I then sent whats-app messages to the only person I knew from the bank, for three days in a row. note: messages all read.
I finally called him, he said " i have not received any messages, must have gone to the wrong number!" wow, people actually make these excuses??he asked me to email to him the required details. He said it could be an invalid/ wrong contact of the customer relationship manager on my statement!! I still have not heard from him or the bank. I am surely closing my account here. any suggestions for which other bank?

I am a NRI having NRE/NRO Pins and Non Pins accounts opened in India. I have read customer reviews from Trustpilot and agree with most of them.
ICICI bank should review dormant/inactive accounts of customers and advise help customers to close those accounts before charging customers. Due to time differences, it has been so difficult to call ICICIbank from far countries. Dealing with ICICI on the issues I have has been like beating the bushes.
Bank should try to have a facility on-line for NRI customers to close unwanted accounts such as NRE, DEMAT, Trade accounts etc. Bank has been given permission to do business with NRIs without having a branch overseas in the country NRI lives. Two years ago, I was in India in one of their branches to close my NRE accounts, DEMATS, Trading and I was advised by the manager that I have to go to the branch where I had opened these accounts. Since I did not have time, I had to return back. It is too bad and discouraging. I wish they follow the RBI guidelines and improve their banking system. Customer satisfaction has to be their 1st priority.

In regards to my condo corporation trying to extort money from me Sent them a a proper amount that is owing but not me the bank never told me that they had a deadline of when they wanted to resolve this with me before they made a decision on paying the condo corporation

Not a concern for the bank . It’s clear they don’t care about the client . Which is me . He is concerned for the bank and not me . They are working for the condo corporation. Because they never once again told me that they wanted to resolve the matter by July 31 2019 and it’s August 15 2019 . The guy told me that they had given me more time when I wasn’t aware of this deadline . Of July 31 2019 No one told me that I’ve been trying to get a lawyer to try and resolve this matter but haven’t been able to get one as of yet . And the jerk I spoke to was trying to tell me how my situation was going to go . I’ve recorded the conversation between me and this disgusting bank . Never again will I do business with them . They work for themselves and made that clear to me today . they are not interested in the client . I told them I’m under police harassment for the last 10 years and that’s why this situation is going on . The first person I spoke to was the wrong person and of course she listened to me as the police were recording what I was saying also . So they knew what I said I waited ten minutes to be transferred so they could determine who I speak to and what to say to me . Police harassment I told her why she would not cut me off and let me continue to talk . They don’t give you someone to directly to speak no extensions so you end up speaking to people who just let you talk so you have to tell your story numerous times . So you don’t just speak to one person you speak to different people and no one gave me a clear picture . They listen to your conversation so they can determine from what I said to who they could transfer me to and what to say . I had to wait approximately 14 minutes for the jerk to come on the line so he could be a jerk . The guy told me he was going to pay it of course . What’s the point of the condo corporation sending me a registered letter saying that if I don’t pay it by August 24 2019 they would sell my place . Charging me fees for this letter Then sending a letter to the bank with a correct amount and the bank telling me they have to pay it . Of course the bank knew that. They are all working together of course not for me . They never gave me a clear indication of this matter so I could understand properly what my time limit was and what I was up against until
Today the last minute when the guy said the bank was going to pay the condo corporation after the condo corporation has bullied me left me without heat for 4+ years as per police harassment. I was waiting on the condo corporation to send me the accurate amount but of course they didn’t . The police know exactly what’s going on with me because they listen to all my conversations and know exactly my every move and use people against me . And don’t let people inform me properly so these kind of things happen .

Worst bank I ever come across I am non resident of India .but my parents still in India .i opened nri account where the bank told me it’s very simple process we put money into account to do FD so I can help my parents monthly basis.i came back to uk I put money into NRO account for FD and tried FD abut didn’t work .after so many calls they told me I can’t do FD as they need PAN but am NRI i don’t have .And guess what they bloody freeze my account I didn’t know about that until I transferred 2000£ into that account.icici took the money it’s been 2 weeks from my UK account and I don’t know where is my 2000£ not been delivered in India or UK still waiting.never trust ICICI no one given me any answer or any money back till now

with out information they activated insurance policy and deducted my amount, I didn't activated any policy. deactivate the ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD policy refund my amount immediately.
When i went to icici bank at Himayathnagar Branch there was very poor response. ( 884.47/- was deducted on 18-6-2019, 413/- deducted on 17-6-2019) and since 4 months, monthly 100/- was deducting from my account. i need total amount to be refund.
