I'm using ICD Soft's services since 2007 with absolutely no complaints and I totally recommend them to anyone. I have experience with other companies, and there's no compartment possible! What I like the most is the easy-to-use (plus nice designed) control panel, which has everything you may need to adjust, and - what's more important - the support team. I use support tickets and no matter how stupid the question is or what time of the day it is, the answers are always correct, polite and given within a very short time.

For years now, with a variety of different domains, I've been consistently surprised and pleased by ICDSoft's near-real-time support response. (I don't know why this still surprises me, but it does. I guess I always think "They've probably realized they could save some money on support by now.") I don't know if they train people to be conversant with a wide scope of topics, or if they have a system for punting issues to the relevant specialists; really, either one would be an impressive management feat.

I've been with ICDSoft since about 2005. This is the best hosting company. The support service is better than in my country, the USA. The service packages are excellent as well as affordable. There is no pretending here. These people are fully qualified to advise and assist without excuse. On one occasion regarding SSL certificates and renewals, they even admitted their oversight. No false pride here. Another time I was late for my renewal payment and they even extended the due date for an additional 10 days. They really take care of their customers. I have nothing but respect for all these people. I'd actually like to work for a company like ICDSoft because I like to be on a winning team. Keep up the good work ICDSoft

I've had my primary personal web site hosted with ICDSoft for 18 years, and I've had my business email hosted with them for 10 years. I've also hosted a few other sites with them. I'm a professional software developer with systems management experience, so I know how challenging it is to provide solid systems and good support. ICD is careful with their software stack and monitoring, so they can detect and fix problems with a shared account before the problems grow. They are amazingly responsive to tickets, usually responding in less than 10 minutes, and giving useful / relevant help. I've only had one ticket in all my time with them where they didn't seem to be able to solve the issue quickly and accurately. And downtime of any sort is so rare that it is barely noticed. If your technical needs are met by what they offer, I wouldn't go anywhere else for shared hosting.

Just read the reviews here, and... can confirm my experience matches others!
Like many reviewers, I've been with them a long time - 17 years in my case.
I've 50 hosting accounts with them, for my customers, including webapps.
Have posted exactly 200 support tickets - all of them replied quickly, responded politely and accurately (no copying of what I already knew) and sorted quickly. None of the support was for issues at their end, only my lack of understanding. But they never, ever, talk down to me.
Their control panel is something they've lovingly created over the years and is way better than the usual cPanel found with other hosting providers. It's really intuitive and easy to use.
Their hosting is very good value, especially considering the quality and service. Downtime is measured in minutes per year - and my customers have never noticed. In all respects, quality is superb.

I found ICDsoft many years ago, on the recommendation of someone in a web designer forum. I concur with all the other five star reviews here. I have maybe 30 websites there and, whenever possible, I move clients from other hosts. I have used GoDaddy, HostGator, BlueHost, Network Solutions, and probably others. ICDsoft beats them all. I have never been disappointed in their support; they always solve my problem. Their prices can't be beat. I recommend them without reservation.

I've been an ICDSoft client for more than a decade and I would not host with anyone else. In fact, I started using them before I launched my agency in NYC (8 years now) and have had my clients host with them as well. I've tried Godaddy, Bluehost, Network Solutions, Wix, Yahoo... NO ONE compares or comes close to providing the ease of use, excellent assistance and tech support that ICD offers. Also, and I'm getting snarky here... they don't nickel and dime you like Godaddy (GoneDaddy). No matter the day or time I've contacted them (albeit online) they are always available, timely and resolve my issues (which are typically just tech assistance since there's only been 1 instance in more than a decade that me and my clients experienced down time). I highly recommend them. Not sure how I ever stumbled upon them but forever grateful.

I have used ICDSoft as a hosting provider since 2005 for hundreds of domains. Over that time, I have opened 176 tickets requesting support on issues that were minimal in nature to extremely urgent. Every single one has been answered professionally, quickly, and with great detail and response. The support team is a god-send for people like me who has had enough with lousy providers. This support team is not only fast, fast, fast (I just can't emphasize enough), most of their replies have been straight to the point, unlike some amaterish answers given by other hosting companies, and without causing any further confusion. After a few years of trying out several webhosting companies, I discovered ICD Soft around 1999 and have been with them ever since. They have the absolute BEST uptime record of any other webhost company that I've worked with or that others I know have worked with. They answer heat tickets literally in 1-5 minutes every single time. They go beyond just giving answers, and will actually give help when a problem is thorny. They watch out for my web traffic and migrate me to a new server when the company's website has grown and needs more server space - without me having to request it. The migrations are always smooth, seamless, and with only a few minutes of down time in the middle of the night. On top of all this, they are polite and NICE! There is no other company whose service has even come close to matching the service of ICDSoft. PLUS they have GREAT PRICES!!!!!! The new reseller deals they have are amazing! They really take care of resellers/web developers every way they can.

I have to say ICDSOFT are top notch. In the past few years, many of us have seen web hosting companies "nickel and dime" us with low cost options that have extra fees (if you want more than this number of pages, this many email accounts, change DNS etc) as you need more services.
Not ICDSOFT they are upfront with pricing.
They dont charge extra for support. It is also personalized support. They respond to questions and queries within 10 mins.
ICDSOFT are also helpful.
If there are issues with your account they work with you to resolve those issues. They are knowledgeable and can answer questions about a wide variety of tools from Wordpress to PHP.

This is my 8th year with ICDsoft – longer than I have been with any of my 3 previous providers. Soon after starting with them on a test basis, I quickly moved all my hosted accounts there. Also, their cost for domain name registration is the lowest - and you do not have to deal with continual and annoying pitches. Their customer service and response time is absolutely the best. They have been able to solve programming issues with hosting, email and configuration that other providers simply have not had the same expertise or customer service level to resolve in such an incredibly timely manner. I am a provider of design and hosting services - not a programmer. This service is of great value to my business. The process ICDsoft has developed in their ticket system simply works. Their response time is second to none!

I've been with ICDSoft since 2004 and their service and support has been exemplary. Email support is almost instaneous and obviously one is dealing with highly trained technical people as answers are succinct and relevant. In all this time the system has always been up with zero downtime. Email has been seemless. On a recent issue trying to setup WordPress on three subdomains, not only did Support help setup what I was trying to achieve but they documented the whole process so maybe next time I will have a go at it without screwing it up. I have and would recommend ICDSoft without hesitation. Incredible service.

Within 24 hours of writing the review below, I hit my first ever snag with ICDSoft. Hopefully it is a one-off but I’ll have to live with it.
I am unable to go into detail but ICDSoft is starting to encroach on customer territory when it comes to managing minor details of an account. It is NOT for ICDSoft to act as a nanny and dictate how a customer goes about its business.

Back in 2006, I moved my web hosting to ICDSoft.
I had experienced an awful year with Fasthosts and I then put the cost of a remaining ten months subscription to Easyspace down to experience when email simply would not work.
ICDSoft just... well... provides a service. Little goes wrong from their end and most problems have been down to me doing something incorrectly. Support tickets are picked up within minutes and solutions take, maybe, tens of minutes. I can’t remember the last one that took more than an hour to resolve.
Understated in advertising and hassle free is the only way I can describe the company. You get what you pay for and it works.

I have been an ICDSoft customer for over a decade, and I've got nothing but great things to say about them.
Within the 12+ years I've been with them I've had less than two hours of downtime- and they were kind enough to CALL me to let me know what was going on when my email was inaccessible (they were hosting it at the time).
Their custom panel is so easy to learn, and they're always adding new features to it. ICDSoft is not your fly-by-night CPanel host. They've been around for a long time, and are not going anywhere in the near future.
Edit: Strange! I didn't read other reviews before posting mine- and we've all pretty much got the same thing to say. Well, there we are!

Have been with ICDsoft for over 10 years with 60+ sites. Support is second to none, with average response time 3second. Seriously. Only 1 ticket in the past 12 months has taken longer than 2 minutes for someone to take it. Responses are concise, to the point and always helpful. No passing the buck here.
