Since 2013, I've used ICDSoft shared hosting for the web sites where I just could not afford any Major Outages. And I've never been disappointed by their Reliability or Support.
ICDSoft just released an affordable managed VPS plan that allows me to create an unlimited number of shared hosting accounts and host all 34 of my domains reliably at ICDSoft.
Over the last 25 years, I've given up on over two dozen web hosts because of bad experiences hosting web sites there. Despite carefully reviewing (over all those years) nearly 200 hosting companies to make those choices. Shared Hosting is a tough business where it is next to impossible to find a company that can avoid Major Outages (more than 10-15 minutes) for more than a year or two, at affordable prices.

I highly recommend them!! I've used ICDSoft since 2006 and they have always been incredibly helpful and professional! Anytime I have encountered an issue, they are prompt to either solve the issue or guide me in the direction of my question.

I have hosted my website with ICDSoft for several years now. They were recommended by a close associate and I have not been disappointed. Love the uptime...the cost...the quality...and, importantly, the tech support. I'm not well verse on the advanced technical aspects of maintaining my site, so when I do have an issue it is usually solved rather quickly...usually within minutes!

I manage a site that has been on ICDSoft/Sureserver for 12 years and another for about 9 years. I haven't dealt with customer service much, which is what I like best about it, but the few times I needed to know how to do something the advisors have been quick to respond and super helpful.

Hey, I'm just a simple user. ICDSoft hosts my site which is mostly an off-site file holder AND I use it for email (like my "junk" email I give to sites that need one and to which I DON'T wanna give my "main" email). So I'm no power-user for sure and my site has capabilities I can't even begin to appreciate. But two factors I CAN definitely appreciate are their tech support people - Sure Support - and their Control Panel interface. Tech Support is just SCARY fast! I mean, literally - just tonight I asked a question and, after reading three or four emails, I went back and there was my answer. And that Control Panel - VERY easy to use and very clear (love the new Dark theme, too). Yes, I'm not one of the big dogs, but if you're looking for a quick and easy hosting experience, this sure seems like a good fit to me (been a customer since about 2006).

Email hosting
I have been using ICD Soft for hosting email accounts for over 10 years. The support and service is excellent. All interactions are professional, quick turnaround and respectful. I would not hesitate to use them as an alternative to other ways to have an email hosting service when your website package does not have one built in. I am not a tech person but find the backend account panel easy to navigate and use to create accounts and manage.

In addition to those services being very reasonably priced, ICD's tech support is highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable, which is a Godsend to those customers like me who are not web/tech industry professionals. I am an independent web designer and have been using ICDSoft for many, many years. The interface is excellent, the domain and hosting management tools intuitive and easy to use. The reseller panel is terrific as well, nicely listing all my domains and hosting accounts in one place. The support is the best I have experienced in the tech world and among hosting services (I often deal with other services when taking on a client with an existing domain or hosting service) - tickets are always addressed immediately, and they have ALWAYS solved my issues promptly and courteously. ICD Soft is a great value for high quality service and support.

We have been using ICDSoft for 15+ years and have found that their service is excellent and always improving. They respond to tickets within 15 minutes and if the issue is more complex - they send a message that they are working on it. They assist with many issues that traditional service support would consider not their issue. Pricing is competitive. I highly recommend ICDSoft

I've been an ICDsoft reseller and customer for a pretty good while. Their support is super fast, complete, and helpful beyond the initial questions. They've also been pretty consistent in adding useful features, capabilities, and other value. They are my "go to" provider in a very crowded field. Best support I have ever received from a hosting company. Ever. As a web developer knowing that I can get a response to an issue in 15 minutes flat, anytime of day, is priceless. Love these guys. Highly recommend. And the support is not canned or token...it is genuine very switched on people on the other end of the support ticket...no trying to describe your issue 20 times and getting non-answers...these guys are totally on their game.
