I've been working with ICDSOFT for fifteen years. The service is "NO FRILLS" - they aren't trying to jam services down your throat like Netsol or Godaddy. Their domain management tools are comprehensive. Their control panel is super easy to use.

Their support is AWESOME. I've never waited more than fifteen minutes for a response, usually I get an answer within five minutes.

This is my 13th year. There is absolutely NO WAY I could build and maintain a site as complex as mine without the incredible tech help. I can only write very basic html. The patience of the support people in explaining terms and walking me through what I need to do is amazing.

I have used ICDSoft since I started my website in 2004. Since then, I cannot remember a single instance of my website being down - that is unheard of, at least at this price. On top of that, their support (SureSupport) is the fastest/best I have ever seen. Most issues I message them about are answered within 5 minutes. In addition, their support staff are absolute rockstars - very quick to answer, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and HELPFUL...even when I was having problem with third party website software.

As a former web developer, I had many clients go with a slightly cheaper (I'm talking maybe $3 a month cheaper) hosting service and I've seen first hand how poor the customer service and server support was with those other hosting companies. Then there's down time...most hosting servers would be down for a few hours every couple of months.

ICDSoft is the best of the best, and at $100 or so per year, I believe the value is unmatched. You can spend more, but you won't get better hosting anywhere.

ICDSoft and it's support team has been fantastic - every time. I think the most I ever waited for a problem resolution is just a few minutes.
