Big problems in getting anyone to get in contact with us about reorganising our course which was delay due to COVID-19. Numerous emails and calls but no response. I have also noticed that people that put negative reviews seem to get the same response which is very confusing. Hopefully, someone will at ICCHP will see this and get back to us.
Is this some sort of joke? Of course I haven't been a student of yours, you advised me that I had to wait for my course to be rearranged and that never happened. If you have been setting things up so this could be done, why did you not get in touch with me, and why are you avoiding me? You asked for payment to be made either online or by bank transfer - I did bank transfer as it was easier for me. And if you have a full money back guarantee, I will have my money back please. I can see you've done this to other people and use the same stupid, irrelevant copy and paste message for everyone. I didn't think my opinion of these people could get any worse, but well done. Look at your records, answer your emails and return my money so I can go somewhere else. I'm sure people have enough common sense to see what you are trying to do with this reply and hopefully will react accordingly.
