We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Zou Zou. The location is great, close to beaches and supermarket, shops and cafes. The house has great space for large groups. The outdoor space is beautiful with large gardens and terraces surrounding the house. The rental process and the manager support on location was very good, freindly and attentive, to make our stay the best possible. We will definately be back !

I booked the Ninja Catamaran with Nick from Ibiza Hire as we wanted to see the coast and have the freedom to stop off for lunch etc. Nick was very helpful by text and organised the whole day even making lunch reservations for us at an amazing restaurant. The Ninja was perfect for 5 of us not wanting to be on top of each other anything smaller would have felt cramped. Our skipper Pablo was excellent really polite and informative so we felt we were in very good hands and his music was very relaxing to sunbathe too! We got dropped of at the taxi stop by Salinas beach, follow the main road up to the right of the beach to the dock/boat area and don’t go onto the beach itself their is no actual jetty as such in that area but someone will meet you behind the restricted access gates to collect you in a smaller boat to take you to the Ninja, we would definitely use Nick again possibly try a different type of boat next time ?

The villa was exactly as described. Our group was very happy with our stay! Great location for the beach and San Antonio. Andy made the check in and out process easy and was on hand to answer any questions. The email contact before the trip was slightly confusing but have been told that they are working on this for the future.

All queries were responded to very quickly prior to going and once at the property we had a few minor issues that were dealt with by the property manager very promptly. He was very friendly and helpful.

Great Villa - loved the pool area. It could do with a bit of an update in terms of decoration but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at villa Maria for 6 nights and it was absolutely fantastic - villa was well kept and had everything you needed. Would definately love to stay again. I'd say for us the only downsides was that we were asked to try and be quieter between 3-5 (Spanish siesta) which is quite difficult when 19 of you including children are trying to have a holiday. This was also the same for evening times - from 10pm we had to keep it down and from 11pm we had to move inside?? Not really what you want when you go on holiday to have fun and unwind in the evening when the children are in bed inside so it did put a dampener on it really And we only learned these rules after we have booked. We would usually be quite respectful and move inside after midnight but after 11pm was annoying - especially when the Spanish neighbours didn't follow the same rules but we were advised hefty fines so were quite nervous about this. I've stayed in villas for several years in Ibiza and never been told to be quiet between 3-5 and in by 11pm. Ibiza hire as a company in general were good in the sense that if we called they would try and sort issue ASAP however, when we arrived no one went through villa with us to check damages and same when we left and so we were then advised we owed £30 for a broken pool net which we didn't break but Ibiza hire sorted and we weren't charged. We also had a broken shower curtain and tile and someone came round promptly to sort.

Very helpful from start to finish. Always prompt responses and very friendly people to deal with. Prices were reasonable and someone was always on hand to contact, if needed. Villa was great for a group, including a large stag do like ours. Also, great at helping arranging activities when there, if needed. Deposit refunded very quickly - the day we returned. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that we had a slight hiccup with our return airport transfer, but even then the staff at Ibizahire did all they could and were very helpful to get it sorted (and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare!) Would definitely use them again.

Ibizihire has helped us having a super holiday. The house was clean and equiped with the basic things one would need and a nice view.

If you want to go to the fiesta's... With a taxi the house is only a 10 minute drive from the big events in San Antonio.

We used for Ibizahire for a stag do there was 14 of us and we all agreed would use them again, we hired villa Vincent in San Antonio and we used their shopping delivery service (well worth the 70€ charge) why I didn't give them 5 stars because the villa was a good 15min walk away to the Nearest bins for our rubbish! We was told everything had to be gone if not there would be 50€ fine per rubbish bag left on site. That's a long way carrying heavy bags of empty bottles etc. in that heat aswell, just found it a bit unfair to fine a stupid amount per bag. Apart from that would use again but do more research on villa location as they stated 20min walk to San Antonio bay which is about right but it's another 25/30min on top of that to walk to the correct side of the bay where the west end bars are etc. (try doing that when you've had a few beers/shots)

I would recommend Ibiza hire. Great service and always available if I had any questions. Whilst at the Vila the staff were on hand to help and helped us to select a great day out, giving us lots Of options to choose from. Both Andy and Nick were extremely helpful.
