What a hole
Trust me you don’t want to stay here
Like a cell
Reception great 👍
Reasturant ok staff a little lazy to start but i liked them and enjoyed the meal...
The whole aesthetics and atmosphere when you enter is inviting until you get to the room...having to use the hair dryer to warm the room up

Ibis budget hotel agadir .Worst hotel I ever stayed in charged me tax when I arrived when my invoice clearly showed I paid for it on agoda then air conditioning not working in both my rooms I booked. Some of the staff very arrogant and rude especially the one in the morning on reception wears glasses and has curly hair. Then changed my room and my room gets flooded when I take a shower. If you like maggots or flies then you in for a treat when it comes to breakfast food trays smell like if someone has thrown up on them and flies everywhere in the canteen.

IBIS/ACCORD HAS A TOTAL DISRESPECT TOWARDS GUESTS THAT COMPLAIN
If I had my way I would not award any points for the appalling way that Ibis and its parent company, Accor Hotels refuses to deal with complaints. They are simply not interested in the bad experiences that paying customers report and they treat guests that have a grievance with contempt.
Just like some of the other reviewers on this page, I have stayed at Ibis Hotels in France for a number of years. I am also an Accor Club member, which counts for absolutely nothing. In January I booked three rooms for three nights at the IBIS BORDEAUX SAINT EMILION for our stay on June 24. When we arrived after a long and troublesome drive, the hotel was under renovation. There was no restaurant, no bar and the place was in chaos. The hotel staff did not want to know, and for over three months I have been trying to get some form of a satisfactory response from the hotel and its parent company.
It is almost impossible to get in touch with customer services so I sent a recorded delivery letter to the Accor company secretary over a month ago, but she hasn't even bothered to acknowledge my letter. I am now finally dealing with Accor having found the email address for the CEO, but all they are offering is discount vouchers on a fututre stay! As if I would want to spent further money with a company that treats its customers with such disrespect. Having posted comments on the Ibis Facebook page, they were removed by the company though it did prompt automated replies to my Facebook Messaging service from what appeared to be a call centre.
After threatening to sue the hotel for breach of contract and loss of enjoyment, the manager is now accusing me of lying about driving to the hotel as part of our holiday, which was ruined. This comes after my wife and I were accused of checking out of the hotel without paying, which was completely untrue.
I am sick to death of this company and I am going to do all in my power to discredit them because I feel totally justified in doing so.

This was a great experience at the Elstree Hotel, which proves that you can be competitive and still offer a great stay. From check in to check out we have no complaints at all. The staff were friendly and efficient and our room was clean and comfortable.

When I complained about not being able to get into their Munich Ost budget hotel last week I was accused of trying to extort money from them, by the simple act of asking for a refund of my money!
I did eventually manage to gain entry to the hotel when their automatic system had rebooted itself, but their attitude to my justified complaint has been utterly astounding

Ibis Gent Central Opera
Perfect for exploring the beautiful town centre of Gent. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable if not a little small room, good parking and they take dogs! A delicious, if simple breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and waffles.
Walking distance to all the main attractions.
Would really recommend for people on a budget.

If I could give no stars I would. I am a disabled customer with a blue badge so I booked an accesable room at leyton ibis styles, then tried to pay for parking but I find they have let non disabled customers park in reserved disabled bays. I questioned the staff but they say it doesn't matter if you have a badge or not!!! they have taken money from non disabled customers for the space and that's it. So a word of warning! do not use this hotel if you expect a parking space for disabled customers, you won't get one. I am now left with my car parked on the street but I have to move it before 8am or get a fine, I have had to drive around for 2 hours to wait for on street parking to become available. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else the people do not care.

Hotel is situated near busy road and bar street so despite double glazing still get a lot of noise all night. Other guests doors opening and closing are very loud too.
Rooms are small, shower tiny and TV also small. No air conditioning. Beds not very comfortable.
Breakfast absolutely inedible and often tasted old/gone off. Even the milk capsules left in the room had gone off!!
All this for over £100 per night so not worth the money at all.
Two stars given as cleaning seemed ok and staff were averagely pleasant. Location good for Gunwharf and Portsmouth & Southsea.

Check-in was devastatingly fatiguing as there was the staff was obviously more interested in taking care of other things. Charged me for a breakfast for two when I checked-in alone. Wake up call was more than 10 minutes late.

Booked a hotel at Laon, France, that was sold to another company before my arrival. I could not access the hotel late on a Saturday night as the automated entry terminal had been disconnected. Had to secure another hotel 30 miles away, arriving at 3am. No refund or apology from Ibis. Will not use the company again.

Rude staff and terrible room. Avoid the Wembley one as its just a building site. Useless customer service and had to threaten legal action to get any sort of refund from them. Never ever will stay at ibis again

When I booked two nights at the Ibis in Tangier, Morocco, I had high expectations. My past experiences were always good. My Saturday night stay was ok, but the second night was very disappointing. I knew I'd be needing to sleep a little later that second morning and I specifically asked for a quiet room. Why did they put me on the side next to a construction site? I was woken far too early. Were they so booked they couldn't give me a quieter room, on a higher floor or on the other side? I am so disappointed. Maybe I'll book with someone else next time, where my business is more valued and they will listen to my request.

Not Recommended. There were number of things which hotel needs to improve on. The key card given to us were not working properly at all. I went to reception to report it and lady said you just have to keep trying and it will eventually work. AC in the room was not good at all. It was hottest august bank holiday ever and we had to spend it without AC. We paid £17 for 2 people for breakfast but there wasn't enough options for Vegetarians. House keeping people cleaned the room nicely when we were away as we instructed but didn't leave enough tea bags, milk pots and sugar in the room. So had to go to reception to get some. Receptionist took forever to help with things. Also how can I not talk about parking. Even though it said parking included on their website, You got to pay extra for parking when you reach there. £8.50 for 24. Although it is not much but still not nice to have been told one thing and giver another.
Positives: Room size was good with nice bathroom and storage. My wife was happy with big mirror.

The Leeds branch have been so accommodating to my mother-in-law in her time of need. She does not live in Leeds but is here due to my father-in-law’s health issues and they have been so supporting and accommodating to her needs, not accepting second best! Can’t praise them enough!

The sign on the wall which says the TV won't work if you attempt to steal it gives you a clue that this isn't The Ritz!
Although our room at the Ibis budget hotel in Bradford was small and had a tiny toilet, the bed was comfortable, the capsule shower was very good and the air conditioning and wifi were effective.
While it was a pity that there wasn't tea or coffee making facilities in the room (hot drinks are available in the Reception area at £1.50 each), overall the hotel was clean, cheap and efficient, Basically it does what it says on the tin.
It's also well positioned, although if you want peace and quiet try to get a room not facing the busy dual carriageway.

IBIS Styles NEC Birmingham
Booked for an overnight stay before flying from Birmingham airport, good location. Very welcoming reception staff from everyone - not always the case in hotels!
Breakfast nice and leisurely.
Room light and airy with great air con.
Room booking couldn’t have been easier - again they were very flexible as we had to change our booking.
Would highly recommend as an overnighter.
Customer service is important to us and we feel this was a credit to the hotel from booking to amending booking to the welcome on arrival and the departure.
Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Bad customer service. We book room for three people I check carefully for three adults and they argued with me triple room which is just for two but on my email and Booking.com show three adults. Room is fine but the guy on reception is unacceptable attitude.
