I cancelled the flights 7 hours after purchasing. Due to a US federal law, I had the right to a full refund due to the cancellation being made within 24 hrs of purchase. First, the airline told me I didn't have a right to any refund. I then directed them to the US federal site stating the law. Then they broke up the charges of the one time transaction, I made, into 5+ charges on my credit card to attempt to keep the money for the fees associated with seat selection and baggage. They are crooks. Beware!

Lost baggage, terrible customer service designed to have you spend more money on pay calls to their service centres, automated voice recognition system that does not recognize your voice! No real people anywhere, no accountability. No suitcase for over 24 hours for second time in two weeks! Anyone there in Iberia????

Booked 4 flights on IBERIA-later shocked when I went into the booking a week later and found out it was cancelled-What? But I had recieved confirmation!!
It was pending on my credit card for 21 days-but they said the payment hadn't gone through.
They refused to correct it at the original booked price ($400)-instead I would have to pay $700. Customer service gentleman told me that he knew it was wrong-but there was nothing he could do.
You are taking a big risk here- I think they cancelled so they could benefit from selling at a higher price.
