Absolutely the worst service, worst communication and complete lack of accountability taken by each and every leader at the organization. We are professional growers and will NEVER order from this company again.

Never received a call back from a manager or the owner. We threatened to legal action and were given the run around by the girls who answer the phones. Our emails were ignored and we had to call and email almost daily before our seeds were finally shipped. I would give the company an absolute zero if I could. I have no idea how they are in business. Never make a large purchase from them or you risk losing your money. i49 is the shadiest company we have ever dealt with.

My order didn't ship yet but the associate would not allow me to get the current promotion. Guess I'll have to cancel and resubmit next time. o_O Current seedlings are looking great. Customer service could have been better.

I've dealt with this company a few times now. My wife and I are commercial growers in Oklahoma. I wasn't sure about the company at first but I'll continue to do business with them. Everything always arrives like it's supposed to. As of now, we have had a 100% germination rate with their seeds. One time they accidentally shorted us 10 seeds but they made up for it immediately.

Customer service women are just outstanding very knowledgeable they tried to help us to the best of their ability considering the limitations they have Tiffany was especially helpful. I felt extremely comfortable with her

The amount of seeds that were promised were not shipped the order was 3 seeds short
The product was hardly marked as to the type and expectations of the individual strain type it was
On germination of 17 seeds 5 never sprouted and the remaining 12 after 4-5 weeks are still 1-2 inches high with three to four sets of leaves with only three leaves on them far beyond the stage for that .. the genetics on these seeds is inferior I’m sure they were bought in unstudied lots as I bought 5 different strains and all have the same results it was and is very frustrating as I’ve been at this for a long while and I’ve never experienced this outcome with so many different strains from one company
I believe i49 is buying thier seeds in bulk lots that they really should test grow some of thier stock randomly to keep thier suppliers on thier toes
This is frustrating also because the investment was about 175.00$
That’s a lot of money for repacked bulk lot seeds

Overall I'm happy with my experience; I've had over 80% of my seeds germinate, the customer service staff was really nice and helpful, my seeds arrived quickly after they were shipped, and the packaging was discreet. I do wish the grow difficulty was listed among the other strain info on each strain's page. The payment processing was slow, which they attributed to the large volume of orders they'd received. I paid via international money order for my first order and from the day I mailed it, it took 24 days for my order to ship. I was given 5 free seeds to compensate for the shipping delay, so I placed another order. I paid via credit card for my second order, this time it took 20 days for my order to ship. I have no issue with how much time it took, but that didn't help my anxiety and nerves.
