This is my 2nd review of i-Parcel. This time I got my package 1 day early. No complaints. I thought it only fair to leave a positive review after I lambasted them when they messed up my last delivery. :)

My parcel was held for more than a week by the customs department in my country. All because UPS i-Parcel didn't do their job of finding out the reason of why it was held. In the end i had to waste a day running around different departments to find the reason on my own and resolve it. Something which should have been done by UPS i-Parcel. And worst thing is, the customer service department dont even care. They'll just send you an automated messeage.
Joke of a courier company.

This is the 3rd time Resnap has attempted to post my book to me. Ups parcel has not delivered it. I'm disgusted with this company. I've rang them... my parcel apparently was at their depot ( 1.5 hours from my place). Ups hadn't contacted me or attempted to deliver my parcel. They should be shut down. They dont deserve one star.

I called UPS in Greece to find out why my item is late and guess what!!!!! They told me that I-Parcel is another company and they cannot help!!!! No telephone number to call here, so just hopping to receive my item!

Used I-Parcel for our international business. What a terrible company. They do not solve ongoing issues and cannot be trusted with packages in general. I-Parcel would routinely "lose" packages or not deliver them to the destination and rather just leave them in Distribution Centers. Their system is flawed, and their customer response is honestly offensive. If you have a business and depend on international shipping as a revenue stream, do yourself a favor and go with DHL. Though a little more expensive, at least we can now track our packages door-to-door and they actually make it to the customer. It is ultimately on me for trusting I-Parcel and trying to make it work for as long as I did, but DO NOT make the same mistake I did. It will hurt you business! There is a legitimate reason there is an 86% 1 star review rate.

When i read the reviews i freaked out :) , i never write reviews never , but this is unfair those guys did the job perfectly they even responded to my ticket almost immediately using their customer service email , i'm not sure about the bad reviews in here, but for me those guys did an amazing job.

Well, I am still trying to find someone to track my parcel, a Samsung phone I ordered from Etihad gift shop 2 weeks ago, UPS I-Parcel sends me update saying bad address,( However i have given my correct address at order time) when I contacted them by e-mail, they gave me a ticket number asking to be patient, I then contacted UPS but guess what, they use their name but my tracking number is not valid with UPS!!!
This is the second order for same product, first time said returned to supplier!
I have just read all reviews and I think I will never see my phone !!
I think it is time to contact Consumer Affairs

HORRIBLE! I never usually write reviews, especially bad ones, but I felt I had to for this company. I ordered three movies from Italy a little over a month ago. I received an email from amazon saying that my package was shipped and IParcel had it. After a few days I received another email stating that my package was damaged during shipment. I have emailed this company many times about the issue, and no one has gotten back to me. So not only did not receive my movies, but I never received a refund for my package either. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!

Same as another reviewer. Sent a parcel to Greece - apparently they attempted to deliver many times but the address is wrong. The address is not wrong, I have shipped things there many times. Called ups Greece, they said they have nothing to do with it and it is another company. not possible to contact anyone by phone. I am afraid the parcel is going to go back. I hope Amazon will stop using them. Previous courier service much better and more reliable

It appears bad service is the norm. However, bad doesn't even come close, it's appalling. Customer service 24/7/365 days a year it says, no reply from 3 enquiry forms over a 24 hour period. They said a delivery was attempted, yet I was in the house, no card left to say they'd tried, only an email from Amazon later in the day to say they might try again or I can go and collect. However when I track the parcel they say it's being returned to supplier. And so the 'fun' of trying to speak to someone, even called UPS customer service, spoke to two people, one of whom said that I-parcel is not part of them even though they use the UPS name. Confused. I'd stay clear of UPS as well, customer service is severely lacking. Finding that a lot with companies now though, they hide behind crazy phone option menus or email addresses where they just pay lip service.

Very poor, in fact should be no star at all.
Received an email saying I had a failed delivery (3 days early). No warning, no communication. Should be a UPS collaboration, but I-parcel don’t share details of the final shipper, so it’s impossible to track.....
Shame on you Amazon for using this sub-standard service (maybe save you a few cents, but creates pain for your customers)

Ordered some books from Amazon US to South America. Package delivery date is September 18th. The last update is from August 22nd saying that package is in transit to country of destination. Waited for almost a month with no updates whatsoever, tried to contact them 3 times now via the online contact form the have on their site with no answer. After reading through all the comments here I know now that I won't receive my parcel since they most likely lost it, so I will just wait for the delivery date, tell Amazon about this shameful carrier and ask for a refund. Avoid this carrier like the plague!!

iParcel - aka Yodel Express - are possibly the most useless delivery company on the planet. Our parcel was delivered to the wrong address but luckily the people at that address were honest and delivered it to us. The parcel itself looked as if it had spent some time in a rubbish compacter and the only saving grace was the fact that the contents were soft material and by some miracle remained undamaged. Why is Amazon still using this utterly useless company?

After reading so many bad reviews I'm fearing the worse that I probably might not get my order. Order from Amazon on July 2019 and till now I still haven't receive it, the only information I got from Amazon was that it is sitting idle at some facility somewhere.
Wouldn't be as furious and sad if it's a rare occurrence but seeing the amount of bad reviews here, what more can we say..
I hope for some miracle that it's still recoverable but I highly doubt it..
I also hope there's a better shipping option from Amazon..
p/s: I have also sent them an email regarding this issue through their website and haven't gotten any response whatsoever..

It seems the only time I have a received response from i-Parcel's contact page is through Trustpilot. I've sent three requests with tracking numbers. All I've ever got were canned responses. I would avoid them like the plague. I have given up trying to track a missing package(supposedly delivered to my home address in Thailand) and am working with Amazon (excellant customer service) to remedy the situation

Absolutely awful,ordered from Amazon US and this is the useless company that is supposed to deliver my order,apparently attempted to deliver yesterday,without swearing they didn't as I was in all day!! Now saying they are returning my item to the seller,seriously,it's a birthday present so I actually need it lol,now I can't get hold of anyone with a brain sell to 're deliver my item,I will never use this company again and suggest no one else does either. Terrible. They lost my package, could not seem to supply me with the correct tracking#, kept calling me by the wrong name (obviously somebody got their wires crossed).
Their support agents are hapless and ineffectual.
You're a delivery company. If you can't track and deliver packages, you're just not doing your job.

I bought a few things from a store I had never purchased from before (Gymshark) and like many others here I got pretty worried after receiving my first tracking notification from i-parcel (which I had never heard of) and found this site as I investigated to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent or scammy email. Given how these reviews made me feel I thought it relevant to report that my delivery came from Swindon, UK (albeit written in Dutch) to Dallas, TX, USA without a hitch and in a timely manner...just like we all expect. I received periodic email updates regarding the progress and it came through customs and arrived within 11 actual days (as opposed to business days). Maybe I'm lucky and I would still pay more attention to the shipping options from Gymshark, but anyway, here is a data point that shows perfect execution on the part of UPS I-Parcel.
