I have used this site 3 times now and do not have a problem with the quality of product or packaging, box numbers always matches tag numbers on shoes, I have sent back many products to other companies so I don't accept garbage, as for the previous review about poor customer service, like everything else in his post he's wrong and p'ed off about something so he lies to try and discredit the company in every way, my last order was on Sunday and delivered on Tuesday, sometimes they have to ship from Perth so it isn't always this quick. As for customer service I sent a rude email when tracking (not their fault) wasn't up to date on first order and they got back to me in 10 minutes, rang the courier and then let me know what was going on. I have had problems with Reebok, Nike, Hanon(UK) but i would certainly buy from Hype again.

Bad Customer Service and Product Range - especially the heavily discounted shoes, discounted items are AfterPay, B-stock, factory seconds / defects and online customer returns %100. Telltale sign are; no inner packaging, tages, poorly repacked and of course the huge markdown price - not stipulated anywhere on the website. BE WARY!
