I don't think Hutch even exist any more but avoid this site like the plague!
I ordered a bed and chest of drawers last year and after taking over £750 and organising a delivery slot about 3 months after purchase, I never managed to contact them by phone or email. Eventually (and after a catalogue of unanswered emails and messages) I tracked down the owner who was nonchalent about the whole thing. About 7 days before delivery was due I received an unpersonalised email to say my account had simply been refunded with no explanation and no apology. I feel very lucky to have got my money back but would have preferred the furniture. If you can't fulfill orders or respond to customers you simply shouldn't run a business and hopefully this business is now closed.

Wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order. There has been no contact in response to a polite email and phone message enquiring about delivery dates . The delivery date indicated on the website has passed, not by much but a) it was a factor in placing my order and b) I don't expect to be chasing contact from a company who have already taken my payment. Disappointing service. I'll be the first to retract this if they contact me and sort it out pronto.

This company appears to have disappeared off the face of the earth! I was advised that an "in-stock" dining table (booked in November) was no longer in stock and might not be delivered until "sometime before Christmas". I was then informed that the table would not be ready until January. Now, today, I've received credit back in my account for the price of the table, and the company's phone number, twitter account and phone number are all unavailable for comment. Appalled at the (lack of) customer service from this company!

I placed my order on 25th March ordering £700 worth of living room furniture, the website stated that it take about 2-3 weeks to deliver which was fine initially.
I then received an email saying some of the items were out of stock and that delivery would be delayed. I was then informed that they had received all (except one) of my items from the supplier and finally received delivery 6 weeks after originally making the order.
I then had to wait until the 8th August until I relieved my final item which was the wrong item which meant I had to wait even longer.
I found the service to be terrible there was no real apology or good will gesture from the company for the delay, and I felt like I was chasing them constantly for information on my order and my missing items.
I will NEVER recommend HUTCH or buy from them again after this. The products are good but it's not worth waiting over 4 months for your total order to arrive.
Avoid unless you want to wait 4 months for your items.

Non-existent service. Bedroom furniture delivered but not all the items I ordered and paid for were sent.
"Delivery to room of choice" is more like "we'll leave it in your hall for you to deal with".
Tried calling and emailing hutch many times but no answer/response.

Dealt with Hutch a few times now I have recently recieved my coast white bedroom furniture and I can safely say that it is top notch as always! Highly recommend the guys at Hutch and strongly advise people to look past the few bad reviews! Brilliant!!

We're do I start. So on the 16th of January we ordered a full bedroom suite (£2000+) we had contact straight away telling us that the delivery will be the first week of Feb. We thought that was great .......oh but it didn't really work like that,we had no more contact of them after that and the delivery date had been and gone. We had to ring them to which we was told that a hotel had ordered 100 of the same wardrobes after us and had put our order back. The guy on the phone said he will ring us straight back after we said it was not acceptable. We never had a phone call back. We kept ringing and leaving messages but still no reply. We have recorded all the calls and also jotted down times and dates of all conversations and emails sent. Today our items turn up and sure enough they have sent the wrong colour on one of the chest of draws, in cream when the rest of the ferniture is in grey. 112 days after ordering, Wonder how that stands on there 30day guarantee. Still no reply off the company. I have also msg the company today again stressing that they need to ring me. May i add the furniture they have sent is good but the service is crap

I ordered 10 industrial dining chairs as it said 3 days for delivery. A week passed and no contact so I sent an email asking for an update. I got a reply saying that there weren't enough in stock so would be delayed.
They arrived nearly 3 weeks after ordering. 8 of the chairs I ordered arrived and 2 others that I did not. You can see from the packaging - and chairs - that these are cheap Chinese imports.
I then asked to be refunded for the 2 incorrect chairs. This is about 3 weeks ago. The website says all refunds will be done within 2 days. Since this time I have called about 20 times and left 2-3 voice mails and had no response. Also the email address is bouncing back. Never experienced such poor service.

Really disappointed by both the service and the quality of the item. I order my item on the Sunday expecting to hear about it being delivered during the week, but no contact from the company all week, tried to ring the number over 20 times but went through to voice mail every time even though it was in their designated opening times, my left wife left several message still no contact. I finally rang the show room and was informed by the person who runs the company that her son is in charge of the online sales. she tried to contact him but could not get through she then inform me that she would leave a message, and he would contact me on the Monday. I waited until 4:45 on the Monday before I rang Hutch again this time I got straight at which point they said they think they have one in the warehouse? and they would contact me on Tuesday but with no explanation or apologies to why this processes had taken so long, they then informed me that if their was none in stock I would only get the item at the end of February. No contact from Hutch the day after but did final receive I text from the courier late at night saying it would be delivered the next day? Lucky my wife was off work as it was her Birthday and the Item was supposed to be her present. When it arrived there was a hole in box, on opening the box I was appalled at the quality of the product £75 for this product was a joke! This item is of the poorest quality A few bits of MDF which are poorly constructed with serval bangs, dents and scratches to go with it had the item been in perfect condition I would still have returned it! My wife has since contacted Hutch to return the item which was no problem, yet again no apology for any Inconvenience, or the fact it was such poor quality. Overall considering this is a family company that has been running for 25 years this is probably one of the worst services I have ever received!

I ordered a popular item and it was made clear that there may be some additional wait while the new stock arrived. I also had a call to keep me informed of the progress. Overall, good communication and always friendly.

Good products and service. The dresser arrived in two large boxes and we had to get help to place the top on the sideboard as it is very heavy. It would be good if an assembly service could be offered at an extra cost if required. Very happy with the style and quality.

The table I ordered was stunning. Delivery couldn't have been easier i/ was text with the date they could deliver which was a Sunday and just had to reply if that was acceptable which is was. Easy shopping process. Top marks from me.
