An absolute joke!! Our meals came wrong and I ended up waiting 30 mins for my food after my family had finished eating. The service is shocking and slow. We will not be returning to hungry horse in Sandel and would defiantly not recommend.

Love the deals they have big plate or curry night. Good price and lots of food. Unfortunately 99% of the time it comes out cold which is a real shame.

Hungry Horse Weston Super Mare. Chicken pie chips peas, bbq chicken breast chips peas. A few chips and peas thrown on a plate that wouldn't satisfy a small child, chicken breast was dry and tasteless and the pie 50% hard pastry. All in all an awful dining experience which I won't be repeating.

Chicken wasn’t cooked on 3 of the plates food came within ten minutes of ordering even though there was 6 plates to cook which didn’t seem convincing then refused to serve us drinks of coke and lemonade as we went into the beer garden
Normally go there but will not be going again
Waiter was rude and arrogant

Got lasagne came.in a dish and looked like someone had taken a slice out of it. Waitress said that was a portion. Obviosly the piece of lasagne had been cut up into however many pieces
Then placed in dishes and microwaved. Presentation was therefore abysmal. Also a distinct lack of mince will not go again. Plenty more eating places to go to.

Hungry Horse Quantock pub Bridgwater went there for a family birthday on Saturday 27th july 2019.
Me and some other members of the family decided to go for the standard Carvery everything was going so well until they ran out of gravy and cauliflower cheese.
I asked the chef if there was going to be any more cauliflower cheese or gravy he said just a minute or two so I waited at the counter 2 minutes went by so I asked again my food was starting to get cold by this point I asked if there was going to be any gravy, after 5 minutes of waiting the gravy came out he said the cauliflower cheese was going to be another 5 minutes and offered to bring some over to the table so i accepted went back to my table started eating my food.
5 minutes had gone by other members of the family was still waiting to be served at the counter.
Still waiting for the cauliflower cheese after 2mins of getting back to the table, family members had come back by this point with their food they also didn't have cauliflower cheese and had to wait twice as long for their food.
I started eating my roast potatoes which were smothered in salt from the carvery counter I could only manage to eat one as it was the one with the least amount of salt on it I mentioned it to the waitress who offered to bring me potatoes but I was worried that as I was already waiting for the cauliflower cheese and had been waiting now 15 minutes for cauliflower cheese the roast potatoes would take twice as long so it wasn't worth it just thought I would mention that the potatoes were far too salty to eat. I also mention to the waitress that I was waiting for cauliflower cheese but had nearly finished my meal by this point she said she would go and see about it.
She never came back to the table so I went back up to the Carvery counter after another 2minutes of waiting for the waitress to come back to the table , the chef asked if I had got the cauliflower cheese, he said that the cauliflower cheese was taken to the table 10 minutes ago.
After I got back to the table a member of staff then came to the table and said im sorry for the delay of the cauliflower cheese unfortunately your cauliflower cheese was given to a different table. She offered to get more i said ok as other members of the family were still eating by this point and they wanted cauliflower cheese too.
20 minutes in and finished my food still no cauliflower cheese .
Finally the cauliflower cheese came to the table 45 mins after asking for cauliflower cheese at the counter when getting my Carvery, food had been finished and by this point I didn't want cauliflower cheese anymore.
So after waiting 5 minutes for gravy 45 minutes for cauliflower cheese and having my roast potatoes already smothered in salt. I will not be going back to the Quantock pub in Bridgwater again

Went to the Hungry Horse in Hounslow for dinner with my kids. Staff are lovely the wait for the food was alittle long but it was busy. However I had the chicken new yorker and the chicken was horrid, it was like they used frozen chicken breast and were soft and nasty.
To top it off drove a 20 minute journey home to end up all 3 of us on the toilet with bad tummy's. I don't think I will be visiting there again.

Can't fault the service, it was excellent, .....overall the food was quite good, despite the Falafel Burger coming out burnt, however, the waiter was on the ball and replaced this immediately upon my complaint. At the end of the day its cheep and cheerful pub food, so don't go expecting it to be restaurant quality, because its not.

The Gammon meal I ordered was not edible, it was burnt and appeared to have been cooked on a dirty hot plate. I noted that half of the meat was fresher than the other which was obviously stale...
Absolutely unacceptable... I was given the option to choose an alternative but refused this when I saw one of the floor staff with a filthy T towel on his shoulder wondering around the bar

Visit about once or twice every 6 months to thetford branch, this visit will be our last, dirty glasses, tissues on table and previous diners food over floor, checking round there were bits of food everywhere.
Ordered food, fab, server comes over, dumps condiments, nods, walks off leaving dirty glasses etc. Uniform in a state too.
Food comes, 13 chips on childs portion ( was never that small previously) steak meal had onion rings which had barbecue sauce on in places, appeared off someone else’s plate and cold also, my roast was missing cauliflower and carrots. Usually a server is about to check all ok but I had to go to till, I asked for replacements, I was brought back a nuked cauliflower and no carrots and the three replacement onion rings. Still no one to check all ok afterwards.
Only giving 2 stars as we have loved previous visits and the young lady I spoke to behind the bar on leaving was very polite, friendly and apologetic and well presented.

Place was filthy all menus had sticky residue of spilt drinks on them. Table dirty. Messed our order up and stated we hadn't paid for a sauce... Didn't say you can pay or anything! I looked at my meal on a dirty place and walked out leaving my partner shocked. Please don't go to the old rectory Stockport if you have any standards

The Needle & Awl, Rushden. (NN10)
With Wacky Warehouse.
Cheap & cheerful pub grub.
The Wacky could do with a thorough clean & the staff better trained. They’re not exactly professional (wacky warehouse side).
Overall, management are spot on but their staff are a bit hit n miss.
Booking advisable to make sure they have space for elderly/wheelchair/pushchair if required as they have raised seating areas and they’re not accessible for wheels/elderly that struggle with steps.
Good selection of food and drink. For all ages.
Sometimes the service is slow due to how busy they are but nothing you wouldn’t expect.
Have been using the needle for 20years. In that time it’s been other chains (not hungry horse) and has been a rubbish establishment in the past.

Red Lion Four Lane Ends, Atherton MCR
We went there for a family meal as it was my sons 5th birthday and there is a wacky warehouse for him. The food to be honest was average but I have to say what has made me write a 4 star review is the staff, especially a lady called Debbie she was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us, the bar staff were also lovely and polite but I felt Debbie deserved a special mention as she really looked after us and made a fuss of my son on his birthday

Food service was ok but no cutlery & no serviettes had to ask for both even though they could see there was 6 of us eating
They used to do a quiz on Weds & after repeatedly asking if they were starting again was told there wasn’t enough interest but then again there won’t be if you can’t be bothered
There are quizzes in other Hungry Horses so this tells me they just can’t be bothered
This by the way is the Sword Dancer at Handsworth, Sheffield

We have been loyal visitors to the farmhouse since 2005. this is our last visit. it has gradually deteriorated over the year or so due in my opinion to poor management rather than poor working staff! it is pretty dirty - every table was dirty and the bar was shocking with very few available staff and glasses stacked up at least three deep. there were no vegetarian options apart from the burger which my son did not enjoy. everything felt dirty. our arms stuck to the tables which by the way we had cleared and cleaned ourselves After moving tables as our original was broken/too wobbly. the chicken sizzler was microwaved and not very special. A real disappointment for my mother's 77th birthday. this is our last visit. how sad.

Have been to the Quays in Basildon quite a few times. I've always had really good service and the food has always been nice. Staff are very helpful and any issues dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Extremely good value for money. Really made to feel welcome,
Went again on Saturday 9th June and had exceptional service from Joe.
