A few days ago I had a serious issue that made me have to get in contact with Humble Bundle.
Even if it was a day away from Christmas, and being in the holiday season in general, they replied quickly and helped right away solving the issue.
I couldn't be happier with the customer service, it was fast, straightforward and the issue was resolved within a few days.

I dont get why this site gets bad reviews, it sells consistently cheap games and cool bundles. I know its not as good as it used to be before it was taken over but its still better than the alternatives.

Loved them until now. New system but not enough info to decide. They don't tell you what platform the games are on so you might choose a game then find out it's on a platform you don't like or use but it's too late so you may have missed out on a game you could have used. No idea if you can choose a game then gift it to someone. They claimed that I was being rewarded for my loyalty but if I try to change my payment currency to avoid fees they will take my reward away. Not fair, Humble Bundle really have changed, and not for the good.

so hopefully your looking at reviews before you buy from them unlike me do not and i repeat DO NOT buy from this garbage site it is a waste of time and a waste of money they have you spend your money then force you to wait ti get your game to "review your purchase" and then your sitting there waiting for your purchase to go through there $#*!ty system and then you have there horrible support just dont even try to contact them its a waste of time

Paid and got a couple good games such as KCD. Played these games and got invested in them for a year. Suddenly lose my steam key. Contact Humble Bundle Help. Told I committed fraud and that none of my future emails will be responded to. Spoilers, no fraud was committed and I lost all of my game progress. Cool service when I had the games though and the charities are decent.

Once great, but now...not so much....they keep getting their subscribers gifts or bonuses that they cannot fulfill....like giving steam keys on products from previous humble monthlies without taking into account the number of subscribers connected to those humble monthlies. Now they up the price of the main bundles, while lowering the quality and number of the products.
To quote their robot-trained semi-incompetent support and every support like it in the world - "We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience that this has caused."
Well I am not sorry for this review. Have a nice day. Thank you, come again.

When you happy to buy Monthly bundle on this website, after you finish paid and get games. You need check your game library everyday, because the website will take back your games with no reason and no compensation for the revoked.
This November bundle they just revoked '11-11: Memories Retold' from many user, who already finish paid. And removed the Soulcalibur VI in next monthly from some region, those region was mark can get this game, but now they rewrite the bundle information.

I bought several games (steam keys) over the span of almost a year now, and in all honousty I can say that I have had no problems with Humble Bundle at any time. Latest purchase, 25 november 2019, install and play as usual. I wonder if all these late negative reactions are spam?

I really shouldn't complain because, for $18 (Australian), you get a few games each month that surely make up for the cost. The problem is that the games that you offer in some months are just plain boring. I realise that you guys cannot please everyone every month, but it would be smarter for you to offer one (or two if you can squeeze it in) really great well-known game/s (there are literally hundreds of them), and then the rest of the games that come with the monthly package, those games can be random (boring) games or unique small games from up and coming developers, which some may like. At least this way, the majority of your subscribers would feel like they are getting one good game for their moneys worth every month. Maybe you need better salespeople to talk with the bigger developers? Maybe you just don't give a "%&*!! because you make so much money every month from us that one subscriber's review won't really matter to you. I see more and more negative feedback on your FB page and trust pilot from subscribers not feeling happy about the current months' games, or in this latest instance how you simply removed some games from their account without any reasoning or notification. I also see that you never respond back to your negative reviews. I am sure thing will change for you as you continue to lose more subscribers. Once you build up enough of a bad rap (you're currently at 26% and climbing), maybe then you will listen to the suggestions that we are asking for now. It may take some time for this number to supersede the positive reviews, but maybe when that time comes around, it will be too late. Either way, you won't be having my money this month and I will be sure to share my feelings with my fellow subscriber colleagues. There is no reason to support you when you don't support us.

Humble bundle has a great subscription offer. Most of the time, you receive great games that you will certainly play and rarely you get something plain boring or outdated

Humble Bundle can be agonizing to deal with, especially if you have any need for customer service or help.
First, their site is so overaggressive with its security measures that you can literally log in, getting past the mandatory dual-factor authentication, then log out, and then when you log in again it will still say you're on an "unfamiliar computer" and require dual-factor authentication again.
Second, their e-mail support turnaround time is over a week, and when you get an answer, it will be an onerous string of authentication documentation required to prove it's you, even for a minor issue where your identity is clear (remember, they log IP addresses and can tell you're on the same computer). Then you can wait another week, hoping they actually do something.
Here is what I waited 8 days to receive for a refund and account status request:
I’m happy to look into that for you. Before we get started, I just need to verify that you are the account owner. Please reply with at least one of the following:
Humble Transaction ID (13 digit code beginning with A, U, G, or X)
Third party order ID (Stripe Order IDs, PayPal Transaction ID, or Amazon P01 values)
Stripe billing information (Last four of card + ZIP/postal code)
A screenshot of an email receipt
A redeemed key along with the item name, the Bundle name, and the date of the order
You want to do that every time you ask for minor support? I'd rather call Comcast for internet support.

I don't know what to say. I am a player from Taiwan and bought bundle
Dec n' Oct. This morning, I tried to get my key from Humble Bundle, and found out they took 11-11 Memories Retold and Soulcalibur VI back. The most unacceptable thing is they even didn't inform you ahead of time. What I tried to say is I bought bundle Oct more than ten days ago, I didn't get my key then, and they just took it away this morning when I wanted to get it. Can I call it a fraud?

Can't purchase game. Customer service somewhere between slow and non-existent.
I tried to purchase a game on sale but they wouldn't proceed without a verification code. The verification code was never sent so I contacted support. They got in touch with me about 30 hours later and sent the code but in the meantime the sale had expired.
I'm done with them.

Accused of Unauthorized secondary distribution of games purchased and i didn't do this.
No proof about this accuse, i ask investigate but waiting 1 week, they refused me, said will not reply any answer in my email in the future, and closed the support directly.
Lost the steam key about 200 usd in this website 1 years humble subscription and more, they disable account and removed our all games already bought, under the name of we doing some charity work, i will never trust them.
