Terrible quality... if it werent for a yearly gift, I would have been cancelled. It's getting to the point that I have to question even donating through them. I may try Omaze over this and that's saying much..

Not a great site for games. They had good bundles, but those are gone now. If you don't get some game in bundles, they will not resend it - their customer service is bad as hell.
When you gift games, they mark you as a "trader" & then you go to their "red zone". Customer service become uncooperative at all, even when you obey all the rules for gifting games (using gift-links etc.).
All in all, I used to buy games there, but now I keep out of that site. & so should you also! ;)

Getting worse over the years, ever since they introduced the humble bundle, the site has been aggressively pushing the customers using their monthly subscription services.
If you have been using the site long enough, back then they still give you wallet rewards for every purchase you made on their store, now they have taken away that. So instead of the wallet rewards, you now only receive 20% off if you subscribed to their monthly subscription. Will not recommend, unless the game in their store is 66% or 75% off. Not to mention, at least in US, they will still charge tax to every purchase you make.

Only lost money. Games never downloaded. They don't exist. Customer support circular and they aggressively block your credit card company from refunding your money. They won't delete your account. Getting tons of spam from this account. Probably from a fake news farm and being used as fundraising for more misdeeds.

They send you a email saying "claim your free game" when you click the link it takes you to £12 per month subscription. Be careful with this scammer company its not all it seems.

Absolutely shambolic scam of a company. Will not cancel my membership no matter how many times I try. Replied to one email ages ago requesting more details. Replied with said details and that email was ignored.
Sent another less polite one today demanding that they cancel it and refund me for the last few months.
Will have to block payments through the bank, but because it's paypal, they'll just try a different funding source so I'll have to call them too at my expense.
Absolutely disgusting practices. The sooner they go bust the better. I'll be glad when they do.

Read the 'GOOD reviews' very carefully its pretty clear to anyone with a brain that they are all fake reviews. There are some reviews that are clearly written by the same person using bad english and they spell the same word wrong in multiple reviews so its obviously the same person writing them!! It doesnt take 2 minutes to write a review and link it to a fake facebook profiel of google account you setup just to write the review in the first place! AVOID!

I warned them for humble monthly not to offer games for ubi only. To only offer games that included Steam. They didn't so after 500$ + spent I told them to refund me for this month of a uni game and I'll stay on. They lied and said I used the keys which I didn't. After arguing and showing proof they refunded and said they removed me from the Montly charge. Now months later they tried to charge me again. They are commiting theft and fraud. I warned them to cease and desist or else I would turn up in person at their offices and eliminate the threats. They are liars scammers fraudsters etc. Do not do business with them. You may be able to get your games but when your done with their service they still try to secretly charge you.

Terrible customer service. Beware, their service and mode of operations is immoral and they will hide behind their protocol.

An amazing website with awesome game deals. I have only good experiences with Humble Bundle

Some good deals have been had, but also some weird policies, particularly around gifting.
For example, they acknowledge that steam don't provide giftable copies of games already owned....and yet, they want people to only gift via this method. DoH!!! What else are we going to do with stuff with already own? Also, the limits they put on buying keys is a bit unreasonable. I wanted to buy a game for myself and two friends, but I could only buy two copies due to their restrictions.
I understand they don't want people buying bulk keys for reselling, but surely there is some middle ground. For example, say having a list of 5 friends who you can send keys to. Their response is that if we want to gift to more than one person, we should ask them to buy their own....Um...then it isn't a gift.
Also, the trove, which is a "perk" of being a subscriber is a bit dodgy. There are around 60 games that we are supposed to have free access to, but so far most of the games I've downloaded to my pc don't run. If it's included as a part of a package that is paid for, it should work. I did a test download of a game in the trove that I already own on steam, that runs fine on my pc through steam. But the humble bundle version didn't work.

Humble bundle is just a great website. They give away free games and sometimes they have good bundles.

To be honest, after IGN acquired the site, it became rather lackluster. Regular bundles because weaker and less common, while the monthly subscription started to fill up with more 'filler' games and started including fewer of them. Nowadays I'd only recommend buying the Monthly bundle if you want one of the revealed games, as the rest of the bundle will be likely disappointing.

Worst experience buying games, lousy system. They need to fix that.

I base my review mostly on pricing of games. 90% of the time, the prices are way too high. Deals can be found, but it's always at random times of the year and not very frequent at all. If the pricing process changes, I would definitely give 4 stars. It would be 5 stars if there was a refund process. It doesn't exist. And that's not a good thing. I mean, buyers remorse is one thing, but a game not working is another. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because Humble does provide free games throughout the year. While the quality of the games are not the greatest, it's tough to go wrong with free. Where Humble goes wrong the most is running out of keys very quickly. When you offer something for free, and I go in and accept my key and it is no longer available to use, that's a big no no. You don't do that to people. And when I got in touch with the help provided at the site, I was offered some garbage game as compensation. Completely ruined the experience with Humble. They could do a much better job to make their customers happy. And the whole Humble monthly thing is corrupted. Many people just buy the service and sell off the keys they buy on eBay to make up for the price they paid for all the free games they get so they can keep the good ones and sell off the rest.

Been using it for some years and so far it's pretty good.
usually good value for money and the charity makes it absolutely worth it. Bit sad they sold out to IGN but hey guess how the world turns these days and i haven't seen a major decline. Keep up the good work.

I made a few mistakes sometimes by not pausing monthly on time, overpaying by mistake etc.
After contacting them I got a great service and that solved whatever the problem was
Bundle wise.. it does feel less WOW than it used to be but it still is one of the best bundles out there.

I've been getting cheap games bundles for years and always ensure a good split between charity, creators and a doller or two for site admin.
I wish I could pay in GBP (to avoid conversion charges) and pick my own charities all the time but overall I like the site.

They have gone down hill when they started humble monthly, then they got even worse when they got bought out.
But even so they still have, Steal deal's every now and then.

Used to be better. Nonetheless, you still can choose to give all of what you're paying to your favourite organisation.
