They stuck, I have had to restart at least 11 times today. Streaming.......they NEVER change. I am goi g elsewhere..I have Netflix, but I like watching current TV shows. Hate hulu.

Service constantly cuts off. Other services don't. Shows and sports go dark and pop back on minutes later. My internet test well and all other streaming services work fine. My guess is Hulu is over selling capacity. Will be cancelling as I'm not getting what is promised..

Been a member for a few years and never had a problem. Till last week. I guess my expensive LG tv isnt good enough. But my older tablet and phone. Work fine for this service. I dont understand how that is. Guess ill be searching for a better service cause im not buying a new TV just to run HULU! So disappointing .

Hulu live streaming is very bad. Tried watching College football on ESPN and CBS live streaming. About 2/3 through game received a notice that streaming was cancelled. Called Customer Service received an apology and extended an extra weeks of coverage.
Their CEO Randy Freer said that watching college football with HULU would be a great experience. I have a question for him what would he do if before the 4th quarter of his favorite college football game he received the above notice? Ugh! Sent an official complaint to BBB and reported the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on a communications company.

I paid TWICE, in two different ways to have commerical free service. Yet, there still are MANY commercials interrupting my service. When asked, they only state "there are only "limited " commercials. WRONG. there needs to be ZERO if I am paying for ZERO!

The customer service the is worse. I wanted to add more to my subscription like cloud and other channels but it would not work. Tech support could not explain it and said I should get a refund. Customer service fought me tooth and nail on this and even said I was one of haters for demanding a refund even though the tech support back me up saying it was not working and they could not resolve the issue. I asked why I am a hater she said because I live in Idaho. I told her I move here two years ago from LA because of my job and people here are very nice and diverse. She called me a liar and hung up.

The content on Hulu is what I wanted . The networks and programming are generally good. And I have learned to accept that streaming frequently freezes for a few moments. However, Hulu apparently thinks it wise to raise the volume for the commercials so when they come on the tv blasts. So I carry the remote and hit the mute button as soon as possible. Hulu is cheating it’s advertisers with a flawed policy.

At least 6 days a month since I got this service a year ago, live tv locks up, fails, buffers constantly.Went up to 48.99. customer service non-existent.All other services through Firestick work fine.Will be cancelling soon.No, it is NOT better than nothing.Pluto is free on Firestick and I will get a broadcast antenna and be done.

I paid for a "live + no ads" service then found out that I couldn't watch Hunger games without ads. It's the only thing I ever tried to watch. In today's technical world if you pay for no ads, it should be NO ADS !. It's not Grays Anotomy or the 2 other shows that are described in the agreement and hunger games is also NOT on one of their "premium networks.. I was also not trying to watch it live.. It simply had ads which I was paying for " NO ADS". So if these guys at Hulu don't know how to get their networks straight. It's not worth trying. If you still want to try hulu, go for it. Hopefully you want have to deal with ads on the "No ad plan" .

I love how you get into a great show and then Hulu takes it upon themselves to ruin the experience. 1.) Forced to watch half a season of a show with dubs and the second half in only subs. 2.) Watch season 1 of a show to continue into next season, to be surprised and confused that the episode makes no sense because they start the next season halfway through. 3.) While in the middle of watching a show they discontinue or put a hold on viewing it for a few days and not because of a technical issues, just because "their licensing prohibits them". Terrible streaming model, awful to non-existent customer service and complete lack of quality/consistent content. >1/10 review from me

I don't appreciate getting ads in spite of paying for a premium subscription, but what finally did it was agreeing to an add on (Showtime) so I could watch a movie. After signing up I come to find out the movie isn't available to watch for another week and a half. I don't appreciate Hulu constantly lying about what you're supposed to be getting. The streaming quality is also one of the worst out of the different companies I've tried.

Consistently crashes. Often refuses to load the movie or show that I select. Repeated error messages. And it's not my connection because Netflix, Vudu, and Prime work just fine. Fix ya $hit, Hulu, or I walk. I'm sick of it.

Hulu has gotten worse and worse, just like Netflix. Cancelled Nextflix. Cancelling Hulu next. Hulu limits the available seasons on too many shows. Either provide every episode or nothing. If I like something I want to see it from the start. I guess now that they have a strong base of subscribers they can decide to put more cash in their pocket by reducing the paying clients options. I say "Screw Hulu".

First of all every show it cuts off the last few minutes always the last word that sometimes can be very interesting and closure.
Secondly, they discourage watching without WiFi by every few minutes it needs to be reloaded and you ultimately miss 1/4 of the show from all the reloads. But on the craftmatic beds or some paid programming magically it never cuts off.
Third I cancelled cable because the bill was always changing magically and suddenly it was $1 here and $1 dollar there and low and behold the same thing started happening with Hulu so yeah I canceled
There are much better services out there that aren't doing sneaky things to their customers

Cancelled Hulu 30 day free trial on 28th day. Hulu billed my credit card for the following month and refused to refund the charges. Hulu claimed I was one day late to cancel, so they will not refund. I'm convinced Hulu is practicing this scam and swindling people by billing their credit card. This practice is clearly fraud. Here's the details: Purchased Roku streaming device at 8:47 p.m. on April 30, 2019 (as clearly stated on my receipt). Hooked up Roku device, created an account on Hulu later that night and marked my calendar. Cancelled on May 28th and noticed Hulu was still active on May 29th at 9:15 p.m., so I immediately checked my Hulu account and found the statement "Your subscription is about to cancelCancel Date: 06/29/19" and "Billing History Last payment on: 05/29/19" and "Payment Information Payment Method MASTERCARD". I immediately contacted Hulu customer service and was informed that I opened the account on the April 27th, cancelled one day late on the 28th so they're not able to refund the charges, stating I went beyond the 30 day trial. Interesting scam to say the least! Hulu picked the wrong person to rip off.

i joined hula last year and im suppose to get shows from NBC,ABC FOX AND FREEFORM AND A NUMBER OF OTHER CHANNELS.
But they are not letting the 11.99 customers see new tv series coming out this year and cant watch blacklist either . They are trying to force people to get their tv service for 44.99 and i had it for a few months and i only use about 7 of the channels . so forget you hula for i thought disney wasnt going to be as greedy as others but i was wrong. And i dont care about the new programs and you have a lousy 44.99 service with alot of crap so no thanks

Hulu promise to stream all the new show don't go for that they show 3 or 4 time then skip 3 times again enough there customers service is a joke they never have the right answer the answer you get is Hulu could not by the whole season from the network witch is funny if the shows has been going for ages why can't they buy? They show season 11 and season 12 or but nothing before what a bunch BS I'm so done with Hulu I hope someone will take over I believe if you promise something better then NETFLIX enough is enough HULU Time to say goodbye for good

If you try to pick up on another device they make you pickup earlier in the episode than you were so you have to watch more ads all over again. They also have a lot of errors and every time it starts to play again it makes you watch another ad even though you just watched it before it froze!
