Installation was fine and timely. Service is horrible. Extremely slow and impossible to stream.

I love my internet, but I keep getting messages on my phone and computer that says you could'nt get my payment from my card. I called the number and they said I didn't have internet yet

I had a great experience with Hughes Net it was so easy and comfortable and there service was absolutely fantastic and installation was only a couple of days away and the installation took no time at all and the installer was well mannered kind and very efficient and I will always recommend Hughes Net for internet service they were amazingly fabulous!!!

Sales reps misinform about their service. I was told that the motary uses them and that 10 GB would be enough for a family of 7 with 5 TVs and 2 computers. We are lucky if the 10 last a few days. Then when that is gone you get poor speeds and bad picture quality and not enough bandwidth. I cant even get some of my ROKu programs to even open. I end up watching on my phone because i have an unlimited data plan and get better reception with only 2 bars. I am stuck with their service because I was told it would cost me $400 to cancel. I am not happy about paying for a service I cant even use.

I have trouble with putting the network on my smart t.v. and when streaming videos there is a lot of buffing. It is fast with just working on my computers, I love that it's great.

I like it alright. It also gives me a home phone. However, you do not have the speed that is advertised on TV. All the things that they say that you can do on there is not happening. Satelite is the only way we can get internet or TV where I live so it works for me.

Service is very slow. Telephone does not work. Data runs out in 3 days despite having the highest package available. Can't wait for the contract to end.

I THINK THE WI-FI THEY ARE USING AT MY HOUSE IS TERRIBLE.
HE IT WOULD OF WORKED PROPER I WOULD STILL BE WITH THEM. THE ANSWERING OF THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE ALSO.THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES. AT THE SAME TIME IF YOU CALL THEM AND TELL THEM YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE A NEW CUSTOMER. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY. I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN . THE WIFI SUCKS.

Ref. 123724289 My son was offered a free upgrade or a discount because our internet is so slow. I had to call for authorization because my name is on the account. The man who took my call changed the deal; no discount and upgrade for “only” $15.00 a month more. This is NOT customer service.

Quality of internet is not good. When I called, the technician said it will never be a guarantee to have a good signal. I never experienced that with direct tv or dish
