HP is quality company but hp has some problems about technical services.if I suggest hp should improve technical service . Hp will the best computer brand

Junk. I'm never gonna buy HP products anymore as long as they keep building printers that keep spilling ink and are not refillable with third party ink.

Brand new HP Elie x2 within two weeks the keyboard stops working. it seems a common failure with no fix. About to trash it and buy something else so disappointing.

Urelianble printers. I only printed black but blue was the first to run out. The head clogged so it went to the garbage can. Hard and expensive to get spares or cleaning solution.

Not that impressed with an Hp stream 32Gb laptop I bought for my Pensioner parents. It comes with Windows 10, however after only 3 months and with zero photos or files on the laptop Only 4GB of memory was free. Windows then needed a critical update which needed another 8 Gb. These machines are not fit for purpose. Windows 10 is too large for the 32Gb hard drive.
Hp customer services were helpful sending an e mail stating it was faulted which allowed me to return it to argos for a full refund.
(The two stars are for customer services, I would score the laptop Zero)
However I would not recommend these 32Gb stream laptops. They do NOT work with Windows 10.
Unless you are a computer expert and know how to remove old windows files after updates best avoid this model.

HP Pavillion lasted 13 months and half the screen went white. Never abused, never dropped, always in the A/C at my desk. HP makes junk. this was not a cheaply priced computer. CRAPPY WARRANTY, CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, CRAPPY PRODUCT ! NOT SURE HOW HP HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SO LONG. THOUSANDS OF BAD REVIEWS OUT THERE. THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM MY WIFE SO I DID NOT RESEARCH THIS HP PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE OR KNOW SHE WAS GETTING A HP. HAD I SEEN ALL THE BAD REVIEWS I WOULD NOT OF LET HER PURCHASE IT.

I had a problem with my HP Office Jet pro 8610 when changing the ink cartridges. The cartridge holder was locked and couldn't move. Tried all the tips and tricks on the internet - nothing helped. Finally I called HP Service centre, Denmark, Monday afternoon, and today Wednesday afternoon I got a replacement Officejet pro 8610.
Super service, couldn't be done any better!

Would discourage anyone from buying an HP spectre computer - this is a flawed product (defective wifi card) and they seem incapable of fixing it - had my computer taken away 3 times already for repair without fixing it, all within one year of buying it, and HP refuses to replace the computer with a new one or buy it back from me. Poor product, poor customer service and poor repair processes - thumbs down!

I bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 printer some years ago.
It was pricy, but it had won in a survey of printers a key feature being that it was highly economical.
This was a lie.
Despite usually only using black ink and not using colors at all the past 2 months it is suddenly displaying all 3 color cartridges as empty at the same time.
This includes the yellow cartridge that I already replaced once.
They are of course very expensive to replace.
The display is also broken due to a software error - many people online have this issue too.
I am absolutely sure that they programmed it to waste ink somehow over time even if used rarely. If you google "planned obsolescence" you will understand why.

Bought a laptop based on specifications on the website. However received product did not match the specifications for the graphics card on the website. Customer service refused to do anything about it pointing to a fine print on the website stating that they are not responsible for misinformation on their website. This is pure deceiving; its fine that there is misinformation, the point is to correct it and find a solution with the customer. Very untrustworthy and will never buy HP again.

I brought a brand new laptop and a couple of months after my one year warranty it malfunctioned on its own. I called HP and was told that even though it seems to be a manufacturer defect; I must pay to have them analyze my laptop.
