Experience from ordering online.
I have ordered multiple things from this place and multiple times, honestly I've spent a lot of money and each time I haven't been disappointed, delivery was fast and everything was as it should be. On my last order they didn't have the OFRA Magic Roulette, but they notified me by e-mail and quickly refunded the purchase from the order.
I will definitely be spending more money in the future on their website.

I was purchasing some gifts for my girlfriend, and ordered, among other things, a Jeffree Star palette. Nothing of note was listed on the website, so when I had yet to recieve my package after 1 week, I contacted the store to inquire. Turns out, they didn't have this palette in stock. I'm sorry, but don't you feel it would be appropriate to inform your customers of this, if not on the website, at least by email that the product you ordered was delayed? I don't mind delivery being late, that happens sometimes, but at least inform your customers of this.
Aside from this, the first time I contacted them, they told me that they would send the package the next day, since they had just recieved stock. Another week passes, still nothing. I contact them again, and am once again told they had delivery issues. This leads me to believe that the previous person I spoke to was straight up lying to me when she said that they had just recieved some.
Anyways, after waiting 3 weeks, I finally got my package. Unfortunately, it was in horrible shape. It was haphazardly packaged, and looked beaten up. Thankfully, the products were ok, but considering it was an eye shadow palette and a mirror, they could very easily have taken damage.
On top of this specific experience, in general, their product descriptions on their website are extremely lackluster, and their staff seem very snobbish, and you honestly get the impression that you're not welcome in their store, that their products are above you... Is that really the impression you want to make on customers? The people who ensure you can even exist?
Unfortunately, there are several brands that House Of Stars carry that are not available elsewhere in Denmark, so my girlfriend and I will likely be shopping there again, unfortunately. But they really need to up their game.

Was a bit sceptical about this site with the recent reviews, but really wanted the Blue Blood palette so decided to order anyway.
Came 2 days later with a shining new Blue Blood palette, no shady stuff here.
Not sure what happened to others but I had a fantastic experience. Will probably order a Blood Sugar palette also soon.
10/10 would recommend IGN™

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR, I WOULD!!!
I drove 2.5 hrs only to get to Randers and find this specific store because I was eyeing for the brand Jeffree Star Cosmetics (on which I found out that the House of Stars Cult Cosmetics are only a Reseller store of different brands including Jeffree Star Cosmetics.
When I got in, the young staff greeted me politely and she lets me enjoy looking around for their makeup one by one. Then went to Jeffree Stars Cosmetics and swatched the colors of their Androgyny Palette and Glow Kit. And because I am aware that there are so many thieves in the world especially in Makeup places, I didn’t take any New product yet because my plan is after I check everything, then I will simply point what I want. This and that and then pay. Should be simple, right?
Then came Charlotte, most probably the retailer and owner of the place. Followed me everywhere I go, monitored every step I took and she was just standing at my back checking on me. I walked over to the brushes and touched some of them because I had to feel the texture before choosing one. She saw that I still have some leftover highlights for the Glow Kit I swatched and she told me that “they are all the same brushes and we have to clean all the brushes you touched”. Saying it repeatedly.
First of all, how could you be so Amateur of letting all your Tester mixed with New Brushes out there??? How will your customers know if it’s new or not? Can’t you afford buying a package for each like any other brushes so we will not touch any of it??? Maybe put a sign “DO NOT TOUCH THE BRUSHES”.
Then I asked if the black brushes are made of goat hairs and she said “goats ONLY have white hair” and she SARCASTICALLY said it TWICE. She don’t know whom she’s talking to so I pretended not to hear it because I feel so sorry for her poor knowledge. It’s the most common type of fiber and you don’t know? CHARLOTTE, DO YOUR RESEARCH AND NOT ONLY CLEANING.
I took 2 brushes for her to stop being unkind to me. I know... she don’t deserve any sales at all with that attitude but I still did. Because I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AROUND and the rest were just asking something. So most probably she is just bored.
Finally, went back to Jeffree Stars Cosmetics and did a final check of the Androgyny Palette.
I tested her by asking simple questions like “What is your best seller in this brand? Is this palette one of them?”
She answered with a raised eyebrows “Why?”
I answered, “Jeffree Stars have many palettes right?”
She answered “All sold out so you can check online and buy it there”.
I put down the palette and felt so disappointed and gave up wanting the Androgyny palette and Glow Kit. My excitement for wanting to buy more has been slowly gone by her bitchiness.
Charlotte, why do you think I was there in the first place? Shouldn’t you be explaining to me that palette even better so you have sales? That’s why you’re there right? To clean and sell? Well done keeping that place boring like you.
Oh well, I don’t think u deserve more sales on that day. But yeah, I still spent some money in your little store. Bad selling needs some help.
And yeah, you don’t accept American Express? No wonder why. SMALL BUSINESS like this should be more approachable.
And yes, there has been similar complaints to this site where you yelled to a 13 years old girl.

i ordered a few different Jeffree Star liquid lips,6.
when they got here most of them smelled really bad, and tried one on and I got a rash around my mouth and on my lips, they burned and hurt for a couple of days.
I then wrote them, because you can't always see on a lipstick that it is too old (one of mine looked dry inside, so that one I didient try and smelled really bad) , and asked them to look in there storage because I didn't want what happened to me to happen to others. some of the lipsticks were fine and I love them.
but I never got ANY responce from house of stars, and that makes me mad, if they would have told me they would look, that would have Been okay. but I feel bad about paying for 6 lipsticks were 2 wasn't bad, and I got a "burn" on my lips! they should have at least send me an apology !!! or a respones

I’ve ordered from them many times and always got what i ordered. The bad reviews of this website is not at all what i’ve experienced.

My bf was going to get me a Jeffree Star alien palette for my birthday.
He paid and got the orderconfirmation. The package came, and what i found inside was a not so nice Morphepalette. Worth less than half of the Jeffree one. I was so dissapointed, needless to say. I wrote an email to House of stars, expecting them to take this superfail serious.
Aaand they did not. A halfhearted apology that there has been a mistake in packaging, and that they would send me a returnlabel to send the Morphepalette back, and send me the right product.
First of all, I'm expected to fix their mistake and drive to the postoffice in town, and get no compensation at all. If House of stars had any interest in customer service, they would offer some discount on the order, or offer any other kind of compensation.
I opened the Jeffree pallet, and it looked tampered with. Like it had been on display. It was fingerprinted, and there was fallout around the colors.
Im not going to even write to them again about their poor handling of this, because I expect nothing. They clearly have no idea how to take responsibilty for what they do.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

Very fast delivery. The moisturizer that I ordered was beautifully wrapped (something that I didn't expect). It felt fancy and I liked it (I am simple like that).
Other than that, the site has a variety of products that I wasn't able to find elsewhere.
The service was great.

Had a great experience buy a set of Morphe Brushes and some products from The Ordinary. They arrived the next day after I ordered, which was amazing as it was a Saturday. Nice variety of products as well, especially American brands. I would love to see Drunk Elephant brand on the site.
