I'm a bit scared to use the filters that were sent. The directions seem complicated. I like the old ones that you just push in. Now you have to turn something and do something else...I"m worried these will be difficult, although I haven't tried one yet. I had to tape the instructions to one of them for fear if I lost the directions I wouldn't know how to install them. :(

good service however did not receive my full order and had to pay Canadian tax on this order and did not pay tax on my last order. will be contacting the company about there messup.

It says same size but does not fit it in as well as old one. So not too impressed with delivery. Would want same size when I choose model or for them to look for alternates.

Ordered 3 LG water filter replacements. Premium.

I have yet to use one so the review of the filters' operation.

Ordering was made easy on the website. Shipping: received my order within five days. Sent by priority mail.

I may update the review when I replace present filter.
