They sent the wrong product & they take your money they don't return your calls so now I'm out 100+ dollars!

NEVER buy from this company!! They're scammers! I bought the wrong filters online on accident & when i called to return them they didn't want to pay for the shipping. So i paid for it & returned it about 2 weeks ago & they still havent given my money back!!! SCAMMERS STOLE $80 FROM ME!!! They dont return my calls or answer when i call. IM GOING TO SUE YOU GUYS!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

First I bought a filter for my frig it was ok. So I bought a 12 pack of same filters, I thought...
$185.00. They sent me different designed filters that didn't fit correctly. Hard to put in and leaked badly. They said they would replace it with same badly designed filter. NO REFUND!!. And to top it off they blocked my number so I couldn't call them back again.
A WORD TO THE WISE..

The filters didn't fit. I was informed the were re-designed due to patent issues. Now, I'm waiting on a refund. The phone just rings now and messages left aren't being followed up on. As well I work hard for my money. Beware!

I purchased a three pack filters from this Company in September 24, 2018. Via Amazon. Nowhere did they publish the filter was not the same size, or would you have to forcefully install it. Not that it would even work at that! At the end of last month I finished my Factory Frigidaire filters and wanted to start using the filters I bought from House of Filters. ALL THEY SAY IS THEY FIT AND TO USE A PLIERS. I will not be using a pliers to forcefully screw in the filter.They provide a half-assed instructions that
I just received from Clatterans.com, amazing they fit, they are the correct size, and no pliers required. I have a photo. Not until I received the filters di I know they were not the same size. They are refusing to refund me. I don't take kindly to being ripped off, I work hard for my money.

I have left a phone message abe sent email asking for return authorization and have not had a response.

DO NOT BUY off market water filters for your refrigerator - at least not one for a Frigidaire. House of Filters claimed their cheaper filters provide the same filtering for half the price. And they will fit just fine. Well - NOT. You may get the filter in, but you may not get it out. And then you will need to call for a repair guy to wrestle with it, hoping not to break some plastic part. There is a major manufacturing difference in the filters from the name brand ones and this little difference can get hung up once in place in the unit. And our warranty policy will not cover having the repair guy come out to your house. And if the cheaper brand damaged your fridge, Frigidaire will not cover the damage. So, did you really save money? Nope. And House of Filters will NOT stand by their product, take back product you purchased, refund any money you spent to repair your fridge. So, if a deal sounds too good to be true...it's a scam. Pay the extra money for the real thing.

I ordered 3 water filters and an odor filter for my Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator based on a previous positive experience. However, when I received my order, I discovered that the water filters were a new design, but guaranteed to fit. The new design included a small plastic hook which was apparently supposed to engage the filter mount on the fridge. This hook was broken on one of the filters, possibly due to the shrink wrap being too tight. I carefully followed the included instructions to try to install one of the remaining filters, but no amount of tilting and rocking would get the filter to lock in place. I gave up due to concern that the fridge could be damaged. I sent the company a message using the contact button on the website, with no response yet after more than a week. I returned the filters 7 days ago at my expense, along with a written letter of explanation. They received the returned filters 4 days ago, but have not responded or issued a refund. Finally, I called almost an hour ago, and got an automated system with all operators busy and was directed to leave a message. I did so, leaving two contact numbers, but they have not yet called back. Be wary of doing business with this company. It looks like I will have to dispute the charges with the credit card company. After all of this, I purchased a brand name filter at a home improvement store. It was much more expensive, but slid right in with minimal effort.
