The staff seem to have no idea what they are doing nor any concept of customer service.
It took over 2 weeks to receive my order because they sent the wrong item TWICE.
I ordered a left side mirror for a 2000 vehicle.
When I contacted them by phone after the second wrong order they tried to pass the error off to the supplier stating they were using a different supplier because thier usual supplier did not have the item in stock.
However the items were shipped to them first and then shipped on to me, clearly written on the outside of the box was exactly what was in the box.
First box clearly said it was for the right hand side and the second box that it was for 2004 and up.
All it would have taken was for someone to actually read the box or open it up and look and check it against the order instead of just sticking my address on it and sending it out.
The staff are rude and incompetent avoid this company at all costs.
I would rather pay more for good customer service to a company that accepts responsibility for it's mistakes than pay less to a company that is rude, lies and is incompetent.
Even the trustpilot image on thier website lies, they are using a static grab so it always shows a rating higher than it's actual rating.
