Made an order, and after 2 weeks, they said it was "overlooked".
They claimed a shipment was sent, but refused multiple requests for a tracking number.
Eventually they stopped responding to requests for information.
Never received my product, and they no longer respond to email.
now I know why they do not have a "customer review" process.

The worst experience lived in my life, I placed an order in November ORDER #29159, the order was fulfilled on November 12, 2019, nobody sent me any tracking, any proofs that my order was shipped, I contact them every week with not successfully answer they just said that package was shipped and that they will provide a tracking but we’re running to the 3rd month since I placed the order, they are just playing with my money, took two and three days to give an answer via customer service ( they are not polite)or instagram, at this point I don’t know who I have to contact, I sent around more that 25 emails Customersupport I contact them every week on the website, worst page in the world , this should be illegal they took the money from people and them don’t provide any information about the package or money.

I have to click a star to write a review but no stars are my opinion. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I ordered product early November. Money was charged immediate. No mention of shipping delay on their site. I received many polite emails asking for patience. They provided a fictitious tracking number and then refused to respond to my request for information. 45 days later , no product, no information. This is a SCAM COMPANY . Do not order anything. Still waiting for bank chargeback.

Placed order on 10-11-2019. Said it would be 30 days. I did a follow-up on Nov 13, Nov 29 and Dec 10. They keep saying it is on the way but cannot provide a tracking number.

Ordered some stuff - received a mail with Parcel tracking number. Something fictive, shipping was ever done. No replies on mails, money transfer was done.

I ordered an item on December 5th. Their website promises shipment in 3-5 business days. I have had numerous chats with their customer ambassadors which have said both that my order has shipped and that it will be shipped. When I requested a tracking number, I get the same response: You will get it within 24-48 hours. That was days ago... email, their “manager” has assured me it has been shipped but no tracking number will be supplied.
This company is full of sh!t. Don’t trust them.
Report them as Spam on FB and IG. Let’s shut their fraud down.

Immediately sent and email to correct item count from 2 to 1 and request a refund of 2nd item.
It was confirmed by email after 3 emails to them.
After that I sent email after email asking where my product and refund was. Called the number listed - It's disconnected.
Here we are over a month later and I have still not received the item order or my refund.
I've disputed the charge. BEWARE OF THIS "COMPANY"

Ordered item on-line on 10-11-19. PalPay charged same day to Dex Sales. Said it would be 30 days. I reach out on 11-13, 11-29 and 12-10. They keep saying it is on the way and will respond in 48 hours with a tracking number -- they never send it.

Ordered item from them but never received. Sent e-mail after e-mail but to no avail. Tracking/shipping reference number supplied did not exist!! Gave up in the end with them having taken my money & me with no goods. Shameful service all round. Recommend you avoid using this site.

- ordered 14-JUL products for shipment
- 14-JUL payment was executed immediately
- order was confirmed.
- took until 24-JUL to create shipment label with USPS
- until 1-AUG no actual handover of parcel to the logistics at USPS.
Marchant responses are not answering actual questions / deflect / and stay polite and nice.
It feels like a possible scam - as no progress on actual shipment is being made.
also escalated through PayPal which is my payment provider in this case.

Don't order from this company. 6 weeks later and still no product and no tracking number. After being told 7-10 days shipping I got an email after 6 weeks and said item shipped and expect 30 days for arrival. It also said there was a tracking number which was not in the email. When is contacted them they said I would have a tracking number within 48 hours. Why 48 hours? Needless to say still no item and still no tracking number.

One star too many! This company is everywhere on Social Media, which some suckers, like me, thought that meant some kind of vetting, or accountability. It doesn’t! I bought one of their $50 Passionate Nights, and it didn’t come for 6 months, and when it did, you could have fried an egg on it. Then I was screwed with, like they do, reaching someone that would play dumb; “oh! I’m so sorry you’ve had this experience, we don’t treat our customers that way!” Then they would take down the order number, and my address and promise it would be replaced, pronto! This happened several times, until I demanded my money refunded, like the phony guarantee says. So, they sent me another one...which was just totally dead. It didn’t charge, or didn’t, in any way, turn one. So now I back to their game of; “Oh I’m so sorry that happened to you!” And “You didn’t get your refund?” Each time they respond with this crap, ghosted for about 2 months, then start patronizing you all over. I’m pretty sure, they sit around laughing at their customers, convinced that no one will be bold enough to publicly demand a refund for adult toys. They are wrong. I’ve already filed a complaint with the FTC, and posted this on ComplaintsBoard.com, and I’m just getting started.

Made an order prior to reading any reviews about them. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
On their website they state that the orders will take between 7 and 10 working days, yet here I am, almost a month since I ordered from them and still waiting on a tracking number and clear answers to my queries.
As soon as I notified Paypal (providing loads of screenshots and emails), they "created" a fake tracking number, not even changing the status of the shipment on their website and kept saying I will receive a tracking number (even though, as I mentioned, the tracking number is already there, obviously they made it up to try and shut me and paypal up).
I continue sending daily updates to my case with paypal, and for what I managed to read about them, these people always try to let things go until you get fed up and let it go... well, good luck with me, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, YOU SCAMMERS!
AVOID AT ALL COST AND PASS THE WORD AROUND!

Ordered item, received a confirmation number and just waited. A month goes by and nothing. I wait an extra week and email and nothing I say is acknowledged other than “sorry for the inconvenience”. Another week and a half and I still have no product so the request for my $50 back. Again no acknowledgment of the request, just that “thanks for the patience”
Now a solid almost 3 months later and no product no outreach, and PayPal will no longer fight for it.
BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS. YOULL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE

Hotstuff4guys, also known as Dex sales. Shipped. Or so they say, my item to the wrong address. The PayPal transaction shows to ship to my correct address..they sent it to an address linked to my credit card which is outdated..
I sent these guys a mail to ensure they knew about the address issue. They acknowledged the change and ensured me they would update the address to the correct address.
I was sent shipping details that showed the items were about to be shipped to my wrong address. I emailed them again, explaining the address change and that the PayPal transaction had the correct address..
They again sent an email saying they would ship to my correct address..
Then the tracking number was issued. And it was sent from China to my wrong address.
I again sent them an email saying they shipped my item to the wrong address..and got no reply..
I did see that it was delivered to that wrong address. So I called my neighbor to my other address and asked them to check my porch for a package. But no was found.
I have tried to contact these guys time and time again..but the won’t return correspondence. I have an open disputes with PayPal and my bank.
There are currently 25 emails sent and received from these guys on the address issue..and they still sent it to the billing address and not the shipping address..
I would submit the emails but due to my name address and personal info being on the mails I will avoid this atm, but will send them to customer support here at RipOff.com
