Easy to obtain vouchers; not so easy to spend. Any company whose t&c's contain the words"we aim to offer rates that are equivalent to the hotel’s highest direct website booking price" should be avoided. In many cases the prices we were being quoted meant topping up the voucher by the same amount of money than we could get a local hotel deal for negating the money spent on the voucher. Also found the range of hotels being "found" via the search utility very limited. Thankfully it wasn't me that bought the voucher, it was a gift but one that we struggled to use.

We had a terrible time trying to redeem pour vouchers, which were a gift to us and difficulty in finding a hotel anywhere we wanted to go.
We ended up going to a place near creatives to meet with them.
The hotel had no experience of dealing with tokens so that caused further problems when we checked out and a queue formed behind us - Very embarrassing!
It would have been far cheaper to book rooms ourselves.
I would not recommend this voucher method to anyone. Very poor business practises.

My dad got me a £160 voucher. Choose accomodation. When it came to book website did nothing. Tried again and again nothing. One more time and it recognised the code. Went to pay the difference between the voucher amount and the accomodation and it said bank had declined card although was a credit card. Tried different credit card. Same result. What a load of rubbish. Easy to use what a joke. Still not been able to do and accommodation has probably gone now. They take £160 easy enough but then make it impossible to get what has been paid for. Avoid dealing with them would be my advice. Use hotel gift instead.

These vouchers have to be used in advance and can’t be used like a standard gift voucher at the point of payment, which is disappointing.

redeeming vouchers through your site is a minefield as the site is poorly created. It took me 15 minutes to identify the issue on your website, from looking at the feedback on the site this is a long lasting issue affecting many of your customers and i have no idea why you havent fixed this.

If you enter any children (i used 1,1) then you get 0 results returned, remove the child and all is good. This is your issue - FIX IT!!!

Charge for my time is £100 a minute (half my usual cost!) - so you owe me £1500 :D +1% royalties paid monthly against any cash flow increase due to the uplift in bookings and customer satisfaction!

Speedy service was let down by the voucher being intended for someone else. Message content not as stripy lasted with message sign off from someone who obviously wasn't me. If I had opted for delivery to my intended recipient they would never have known it was from me and worse still think I had forgotten to send a present. Reported issue to customer services who did respond quickly but have yet to resolve matter - had to improvise to salvage the situation

Hotel voucher shop is not value for money. Received voucher as a gift. Lack of supply of hotels in chosen area....actually only one hotel in the whole of Brighton, surprising as there are many in the area. Spent £150 on standard double so assumed would be comparable to rooms as advertised in that price range direct from hotel. Turns out the true cost of the room was only £110 for the same room. You would be better giving cash as a present or book it direct as a present.
Room was a tiny double. ?Cost of direct booking for 150 for two nights would have secured sea view double.... and for a few pounds more ....the four poster bed lol
