just like everyone else listed here, they changed the dates on me. Of course, I was not able to correct their mistake, not get a credit/refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Never ever use them. They charge more than going directly through hotel. They lie to you. Also they can not get a date correct if their life depended on it.

I am completely dissatisfied and disgusted by your service. I will NEVER use your product again. It has taken 2 weeks for any response and I have waited on hold for several hours each time to receive to assistance. EVERY SERVICE IN AMERICA has issued refunds due to the COVID-19 Pandemic but apparently your service is above such consideration. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB. Your company and service is a disgrace. I was traveling from NY and was unable to travel due to the pandemic. I live in New Rochelle, NY the community hardest hit by the pandemic and did not even mind only receiving a credit instead of a refund as I planned on traveling once this situation was over. But you do not have the courtesy to even offer that. You should view your company and your policy as a disgrace and one I firmly believe I will never use again. And please do not blame the hotel, because after contacting them they assured me that the refund must be issued through your company.
This is one extremely dissatisfied customer.

Somehow during the booking process the dates changed on my booking. I thought that I would have an opportunity to check everything when I clicked the button I clicked, instead it completed the reservation. I called immediately to see if they could cancel or fix this, the lady "Nina" was not helpful, kept making excuses as to why this couldn't be fixed. They said they would contact the property, etc. and that it could take up to 3 weeks. I will not be using them again. I don't even know how or why the dates changed. The last 3 times I've used hotelstorm, it kept the same dates from the previous booking site I was on (I get lower rates through wikibuy that pop up while I'm on those sites). I can definitely say, the site is not user friendly and neither is the customer service. I never have issues booking with hotels.com and it lets me verify everything is correct before booking. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to avoid hotelstorm like the plague.

On hold so far, for 1 hour and 46 minutes, no answer. Just trying to get a refund for my hotel. Event was cancelled due to concern for coronavirus. I'm guessing no one will ever pick up, I'll be charged and have no recourse. Welcome to the new way American Business gets away with whatever they want and not pay taxes! YAY!!
