THERE IS a bug. I was using Amex for reservation. the code for Amex is a 4 digit code on the front of the card. a window kept popping up telling me to use the three digit code on the back of the card. I did that and it did not work. So I used the 4 digit code on the front and it did work.

Be careful when you book on this website . I actually thought I was booking on the Days Inn Website but it wasn't. This Expedia website makes it appear you are booking directly with hotel. Well when I needed to cancel the hotel would have cancelled but I was told told to call Expedia since that's who I apparently booked through. It was hell trying to cancel due to an emergency and Expedia kept blaming hotel for not wanting to cancel. Expedia was the blame. I kept the reservation because they wanted me to cancel most likely to not only keep our money but book the room for someone else! The worse part is Expedia's price was the exact same price as Days Inn for the night! I will be very cautious when making a reservation again and will NEVER booked through this website again!! Very misleading website even Days Inn admites to that! My overall rating an ABSOLUTE ZERO!!!

Absolute garbage site. It is impossible to get a hold of them once you make a reservation to make any changes. They have a European phone number which is unaccessible no matter where you're at by cellular phone. You cannot dial an 800 number when you are out of the country.
And the hotel just tells you you have to call them which is impossible. I would not use this site if they were offering free stays in hotel please run run run.

BEWARE - this website is a total FRAUD.
They use the same logos, pictures as from the original hotel websites and appears to be them!
They are definitely connected through some other booking websites to collect the availability and rate data - and manipulate the rates to attract foolish travellers online!!!

HotelsOne is garbage. They are hidding fees!!
I would recommend any other online booking or go directly with the hotel. I had so much trouble and I was never able to learn how much taxes or services fees I paid and to who I paid them...

I came to this hotel as an evacuee during Hurricane Florence. I made the reservation online the day prior. Upon checking in, I inquired about the policy for getting a refund if I didn't have to stay all of my reserved nights. The lady said that I just had to let the front desk and the website that I scheduled through (www.hotelsone.com) know by 11 am the day that I wouldn't need the reservation for. She said that, in this case of the hurricane, it shouldn't be any problem to get a refund. I stayed one night. The facility was filthy! The outdoor trash bins were overflowing and stinky. There was trash along the sidewalks and outdoor hallways. The room smelled awful and had flies in it. It smelled like rotten food. The shower had small curly hairs in it. I had no choice so stayed the first night. In the morning, I inquired about cancelling the rest of my reservation. The attendant said it was fine but I had to do this through hotelsone.com. Throughout that entire day, starting around 10 am, I attempted to phone hotelsone.com. However, every time I entered my itinerary number, the automated system hung up on me. I was willing to forfeit one of the nights of the reservation since I knew that the cancellation was now late. However, I was driving home during a natural disaster situation. The normally 2-hour drive took 7 hours, due to flooding and the aftermath of the hurricane. There were police and military vehicles directing traffic around washed out roadways. It was bad. I couldn't just pull over and constantly call this company! I got home later that day, still not being able to contact the site. The next two days were spent cleaning up a flooded and damaged neighborhood from the storm. I was finally able to access internet and cell signals again eventually and tried to call and email hotelsone.com, still to no avail! After many calls and two emails that were never responded to, I finally got an attendant, who stated that he had to put in a ticket to contact the Days Inn to see if they'd allow for my refund. This took a few days. Eventually I received an email from hotelsone.com stating that the refund was DENIED! Seriously?! I went above and beyond to communicate my needs and to be respectful of this company. In the end, I was charged over $300 for a hotel room that I didn't use, while Days Inn had the ability to rebook it!! I was victim to a natural disaster that caused major emotional and financial hardship to my family. I now feel as though hotelsone.com and Days Inn took complete advance of me during this more-than-difficult time! As I had alerted the front desk of my cancellation, they got to double charge for the room! I'm very disappointed in both companies and will not recommend either of them.

We were on vacation in September in the Maritime Provinces of Canada. We decided to cancel our Prince Edward Island portion and stay in Nova Scotia. We had made our hotel reservation thru Hotelsone.com and cancelled on line. There was no notice or warning that our prepayment was nonrefundable. So in looking for the refund and not finding it, I start closely examining our confirmation of cancelation we got AFTER we cancelled and discover to my horror that there is a hidden notice that the $549.64 payment was NONREFUNDABLE. Their business practices are tantamount to a scam. I will never use their site again.

Booked a room in Rossland, B.C. (Prestige Mountain Resort) on Hotelsone.com and within the hour noticed that the price was in American funds. For a Canadian, that means an added 25 to 30 per cent to the bill. I was charged a booking service fee of $14.99 US, plus the cost of the hotel room ($189 US), even though I cancelled within an hour of booking. The room cancellation, four days away from expected arrival, was well within the stated time frame needed to cancel without penalty. Almost a month after the booking, still pursuing the $189 US for a room I didn't use. I'll chock up the loss of the booking fee to experience: i.e. never to go through Hotelsone.com again. I would rate Hotelsone.com "no stars" -- if such an option were available on this site.

The whole family stayed at the motel for the wedding of Vincent and Sally on the 5th , we were all extremely happy with the reception, and accommodation, the rooms were lovely, clean and warm. and the breakfast the next morning at a nearby café was very good, we would recommend it at any time.
