Clean close to hospital good meals

Booked it, recieved the hotel confirmation within minutes!
Other online hotel bookings sometimes takes a few hours for the hotel to confirm the room. Plus, the hotel told me at check in, that Hotelsone gave me the best rate. Had I called the hotel direct, it would have been the exact same price! (Other last minute bookings I have found calling the hotel is usually cheaper)

Clean, clean and beautiful rooms

I booked this accommodation for family members. The family rooms were large and spacious with good amenities. There was even a separate bedroom for mum and dad.
The rooms were clean and comfortable as was the rest of the property.
I would happily recommend this accommodation to other family and friends.

Staff is friendly and efficient, Location of hotel is GREAT

Supposedly room confirmed with great wolf lodge only to see it wasnt after 1.5 hour drive for my daughters birthday party. Beyond angry! Had to pay out more money for a room we did not want.

They AGREEDED to refund money after I was hospitalized due to life threatening illness. Never received refund. Called again, spent waiting 20 minutes before hanging up. They said I had no record of calling before and tried keeping my 320 bucks.
Stay far far away from them. SCAMMERS!

You will find HotelsOne lurking at the top of search engines and if you click their site it will appear to be the hotel site. They will advertise special prices but may change the currency to USD and have extra taxes over and above normal.
Stay clear, customer service is non existant!

Yes, stay away!!! Its a scam as you cant automatically cancel on their website. I thought I was using Hotels.com.

At the completion of booking a 2 night stay in a hotel through Hotelsone, I was informed my request could not be processed at this time. I immediately completed another request. You guessed it, I received two emails confirming my bookings. I immediately called Hotelsone service center. They put me on hold, then told me the hotel would not cancel the booking or refund my money. I was not looking for reciprocity from the hotel...it was not their fault. My request was made two days prior to my visit. There is no reason Hotelsone could not have canceled my second reservation. They have agreed to refund me half of the $279.00 fee. I will contest this charge with my bank. But I will never use Hotelsone again and I will be sure to share this experience over and over. I don't appreciate their customer service or lack thereof. This could have been handled with my first call to customer service.

Hotelsone.com website function in error... CHANGING the date of arrival/departure from Jan2/Jan3 to arrive Jan3 & depart Jan4 after initiating and filling out the details of a booking request DID NOT PROPERLY REGISTER THE CHANGES TO THE DATES on the website's system and as a result we arrived at the hotel being informed were had been booked for Jan2/3. Looking at the screenshot of the information of this transaction on our computer at home after the fact, we see that the date indicated is the one that was in place before it was changed to Jan 3/4. CHANGING THE DATES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCESS RESULTED IN AN UNWANTED ERROR. We also use a Mac computer with the most current browser available. Even though there is a message on the website at the end of the booking process that indicates an email will be sent (our correct email was provided in the request information fields in the booking), NO AUTOMATIC CONFIRMATION email received by this site (not in email junk folder either) the two times I've made reservations through it in the last two weeks... A confirmation email would have allowed me to recheck the information and more than likely catch the error before standing at the hotel's front desk and then having to re-book and re-pay for an additional booking. Although the payment according to my Mastercard statement is processed somewhere in Ontario, Canada (postal code M5V 3C9) the customer service phone number is an international and not a toll free within North America number which can incur significant additional surcharges while waiting for a customer service representative to address the call.

I have only used HotelsOne once but found it Day to use and I was able to find something I wanted.

This company has no idea what customer service is. FRANK helped me out first leading me to believe I was giving my payment information for a deposit and then charged me the whole amount in US currency. I cancelled my reservation only to get half of my Money back. I just got off the phone with a rude little girl that had no idea what she was doing or talking about named DACKESAE I asked her repeatedly if there was a supervisor because she wasn't listening and trying to understand my frustration. WHAT kind of service is that!!??? and why is there no supervisor??? Very shady reservation agency. DONT EVEN TRY TO USE THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL END UP REGRETING IT. Thank you for the lesson.

Book directly with the hotel. Cancelation required because the airport was 45 minutes away, but the hotel was advertised as serving the airport. Different booking was required for travel.

Great hotel location for exploring Berlin
Comfy beds n clean rooms , strong shower and lovely huge breakfast.

Everything was as expected and I had a good stay.

Good clean room. Helpful staff. Did not use WiFi - so can not comment.
The only weak point was noise from car park next door-better noise barrier should fix that.
Great location for business at the University of NSW and the Prince of Wales Hospital.

Excellent service, excellent food, comfortable accommodations, and super friendly staff with great musical entertainment.

We stayed at the Radstone and were thoroughly delighted with the - Staff, the suite, the on site restaurant and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to others
