The Front Desk staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. There are no hooks to hang clothing in the bathroom, there is no shelf for toiletries or wet personal care items in the bathroom, there is no full length mirror in the room, there is no night light. The maintenance staff was very good. The housekeeping staff needs much better training and better supervision. The value fell short for the room rate.

I thought I was dealing with the hotel I was trying to book, directly. I made my reservation and shortly afterward realized the dates were not going to work. I cancelled the reservation and was immediately told I would not receive a refund of my 1990.00.
I asked to reinstate the reservation and they told me no. I would have to make a nw reservation and pay the amount in full again. NO WAY TO RECOVER almost 2000.00.
Please don't use this company or website. I have lodged complaints everywhere online that I can, including the BBB (which this company is not endorsed by).
Bad business practices. Rude customer service.

They showed and misrepresented the class and size of room for the actual room class. When contacted them about issue was unsupportive.
I reserved a room for the Seton Hotel in NYC a full size bed room. The picture on Hotelsone.com was for a king size room. So to my chagrin and surprise when entered the room. I spoke with the Seton Hotel ad the advised me that Hotelsone posted a pic and they would contact them to change it. Additionally, they stated this issue was the fault of Hotels.one and so they were no corrective action on their part.
The customer service team at Hotelsone.com was unapologetic and rude. They stated nothing could be done compensate me for their misleading info.

Tried to cancel a hotel reservation, took several tries to explain what and why.
Never recieved any refund. Called hotel direct. Was told that there was nothing they could do,except tell me never to deal with hotelone.com again and you pass that onto everyone that I know

I received my hotel bill from hotel where i stayed as i need it for reimbursement for business. Then i check credit statement to find out I payed an extra $29 through hotels one for that room which does not show up on my room charges, so not able to claim for reimbursement. Last time I use this method of booking hotel rooms.

I paid 49.00 for the room and was charged over a hundred. Thought the price was for the hotel fee that they charge. Nope I was also charged at the hotel. Unreal. I will Not come to this sight again.

I live in Billings, Mt. Recently I sold my house, and had 30 days to move out. After a whirlwind 30 days I needed a clean, quiet place to be free of the chaos. I treated myself to a whole week at My Place. The room was quite large, the little kitchenette was perfect. I got the much needed rest and relation and after a lovely week was able to tackle the chore of unpacking and organizing my new place. I found the staff very pleasant and always proffesional.

I want to the main hotel site to book a reservation for 2 nights..After traveling to get to the hotel to check in..No reservations..We found out we were falsely led to HotelsOne.com...They stole our money..Phone contact with these morons is just that...Scamming bunch of thieves.

Person I spoke with said there were no rooms available at the hotel I was interested in and offered a couple of others. I called the hotel direct and was able to book exactly the room I wanted.

Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with someone in the Philippines, over a reservation at a hotel 5 miles from my home. Just wanted to change the checkin day, and I wasn't even asking for a refund. Ended up being threatened with paying double and losing the whole reservation. "Do you want to pay an extra $580? Well do you??" And this was the SUPERVISOR. Run from this company!
