I've booked a room for a friend a few days ago. First I've tried to pay with PayPal but the transaction was canceled. So I've attempted it again directly with my credit card. This time the booking was successfull.
Today I've seen that both payments are debited to my credit card :(
I've tried to contact them by phone but the only thing I get is an answering machine (also I've to pay every time high phone costs due to call in Italy or GB instead of local costs). Also the chat promised in the booking confirmation is gone one the homepage. I've send them an email but I'm afraid that there is also no response.
My first and last booking with hotelsclick.com, sorry. Very unprofessional service here.

Booked through Trip Advisor, got good rate and trip was fine. However, Hotelsclick does not provide a receipt for the transaction stating amount paid in full. Difficult to be reimbursed by employer. Communication with the company is difficult. They stated they cannot send anything with USD on it and would not send any invoice as paid. Their unusual refusal to provide a receipt for the transaction in unusual. Made a routine situation incredibly difficult.
