They charged me £650 for a booking I have not made, I have tried emailing and calling them without any answer, the customer service is awful, I've had to stop my credit card and suspended the payment but without being able to contact them I may loose all my money.
Please don't use this website !!!!!

Hotelsclick is not to be trusted! Almost identical experience to a review written by Robert on May 17:
* I started by looking for hotels in Milan on TripAdvisor. Found a hotel I liked -- Hotel Galles. TripAdvisor offered a deal at the hotel through a booking partner, which turned out to be Hotelsclick. I was stupid enough to think that because the booking partner was affiliated with TripAdvisor, they must be legit. I booked a room at Hotel Galles for myself, my husband, and two children.
* I received "instant confirmation" that my reservation was confirmed, and my credit card was charged immediately. Hotelsclick issued me a hotel voucher.
* Then, I contacted Hotel Galles to double-check my reservation and request early check in, and the fun started.
* Hotel Galles said they have no record of my reservation, and that my voucher and confirmation number from Hotelsclick are invalid.
* I called Hotelsclick to found out what was wrong. They gave me a new confirmation number. But I contacted Hotel Galles again, who said that confirmation number is also invalid.
* The hotel's very polite, helpful general manager asked to see a copy of my Hotelsclick voucher. After he had seen it, he said the voucher looked suspicious, was inconsistent with the stated terms of my reservation, and was not linked to any reservation in the hotel's system. Furthermore, he said that his hotel has no relationship or business arrangement with either Hotelsclick or Hotelsclick's hotel supplier, Olympia Europe.
* Hotelsclick, after another phone call, promised to follow up. That was two weeks ago. Not a word since. Nothing. Total silence. I have called multiple times, but get only a recorded greeting. My email to Customer Service has also not been answered.
Today, I called TripAdvisor to file a complaint and have started a conversation with their booking partners division, so that they understand that Hotelsclick is bad news. I have also requested a full refund from Hotelsclick, as the hotel won't be able to accept my voucher and has no record of my reservation.
**Don't make the same mistake that I did. Do not book a room through Hotelsclick. Don't assume that their presence on TripAdvisor means that they are trustworthy.**

We recently used HotelsClick for a weekend away in Melbourne. We found the site very easy to follow, with prompt follow up and confirmation of accommodation reservation. Extremely happy with accommodation and the site was exact with their information. Will definitely use this site again and recommend to others.

Got to hotel to find room not booked. It was only the hotel staff who were most helpful and finding us another room for £55 cheaper! After several phone calls and emails to hotel click trying to sort, they decided to confirm our booking at 9.30pm. Not good enough, this should have been booked when we paid our money in January.
Need I say more, we will never use this company again!

We were directed to Hotelsclicks.com through tripadvisor last month when looking for a hotel room in Reno. Everything looked fine, the price was attractive (although we had to pay hotelclicks on the spot) and we received a voucher to give to the hotel. Once at the hotel, we hear that there is no room available, that there can't be any because the hotel has been full for a few days, and that the voucher simply does not look like something they would use (it's a fake). Hotelcllcks was simply unreachable. We had to desperately find another hotel after hours of driving at a prohibitive price I'm now struggling with these guys to be reimbursed. Trip adivsor should ban them from their database.

I was a little worried using this site because I have never heard about it but I took a chance and booked it I called 3-4hrs later after booking with this site directly to the hotel , and they confirmed my reservation :D

The hotel rate is comparatively lower than other hotel websites which is excellent. I had made amendment request and the response is prompt and efficient.

Had a great time at this hotel. It was modern, comfortable and ideally located near the Westminster Pier and Big Ben. More expensive than usual, but still a good price for Central London. The staff were very helpful, check in was not too long, and the room was a good size. The TV was at a 180 degree angle to the bed which was irritating, and there was a massive picture of a woman on the wardrobe door facing the bed which was a bit offputting. However, the cleanliness was to standard, and the shower and bathroom were nice. Didn't find the way the light worked very practical - off when you came in to the room, and had to try and find it! Also, went off after a while if you didn't move! Good breakfast. Continental was included for us, and full breakfast only £4 extra - well worth it. Would recommend staying here.

I made a reservation, paid for it (all my money was deducted!) and it doesn,t appear on my profile! Keeps saying that I dont have any bookings.
I want to cancel the reservation, but how am I supposed to do that if I dont see it, and no one answers on customer service???
I'm a frequent customer that books online and never happened something like this to me in the other booking providers. I do not recommend this page to anyone, trust the comments you read!!

I booked the hotel from this website. When I made the reservation there's no Remarks stated that this rate is not for Thai residents so I made the booking. However, customer service contacted me and told me that this rate is not for Thai people and I need to cancel (with 25 EUR cancellation fee) or pay addiional 100 EUR in order to keep this booking!! It's ridiculous!! I tried to explained that there's nothing saying that this is not for Thai resident but the customer service insists and couldn't help me at all. So I decided to visit the website and tried to booking another one and I found that sometimes it showed the Remark sometimes not. I told customer service and send her the screenshot for both condition but she still insist that there's always Remarks !! Is she blind?? So I told her that I'm willing to pay more and change to another room rate that Thai resident can purchase because I saw other room rates that don't have any Remark. Couple days later, she told me that I can't do anything except cancel the booking because all the rates are not for Thai!! What wrong with you guys! If it's not for Thai, why don't you put Remarks on every rates that you sell!! Finally, I have to cancel with 25 Eur fee without any booking and really waste my time and energy. I book hotels via online websites many time and I never experience anything like this before. This is Horrible!! You are really bad service! I won't come back anymore and I don't recommend anyone to use your website never again.

By all means book with Hotels Click if the hotels are nice. However, these are not their hotels.
They are an intermediary who, when an issue arises or they see huge price increases possible (we got a fairly good price in the circumstances but it still wasn’t cheap for Glasgow but the prices are now substantially higher), they eventually ignore you. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent.
I have previously posted about Hotels Click cancelling my booking 5 months after I booked a central Glasgow hotel for the Commonwealth Games. This happened 2 weeks ago.
By way of an update, I am no longer receiving responses to my reasonable e-mails seeking updates nor are my voicemails being returned. Do they ever pick up their phones?
What am I do to Hotels Click? The cost of hotels is continuing to increase yet they feel that their can drag this issue out. I have told them their terms and conditions does not give them the right, in any known circumstances to cancel on this basis.
Perhaps they think I will go away yet they have our money?
Offers of a refund are unsatisfactory bearing in mind the even higher cost of hotels in Glasgow. It is for Hotels Click to arrange alternative GLASGOW accommodation, not the insulting offer of a hotel 40 miles away. Would you go on a City break to London but “commute” each day from Brighton? What a great way to experience the nightlife!
What a bunch of jokers!
Hotels Click is essentially punishing us for being prudent in booking at the the very first opportunity.

Stumbled on this site by accident really so glad I did booking was simple, because I hadn't used this site before I phone my chooses hotel the next day to see if my booking had been made to my dismay it hadn't so I emailed click straight away with my concerns and they got back to me right away to sort it out and they reassured me that my booking had been mad with my hotel and that I would not have any problems booking in thank you click I would definitely use this site again :)
