Booked a hotel, then just one month befor the stay they sent me an email which said there is no guarantee for my paid reservation. I canceled it within the cancelation deadline and recieved the cancelation email with the promise of returning my money within two or three weeks. As I did not recieve the money, I contacted my bank and did the force back payment procedure.
They are clearly a froud organisation.

Booked a hotel a few months in advance, cancelled by hotelsclick.com with no notice or reason why. I called to find out what's going on and when I would get my refund but was out on hold for up to an hour each time. No response from emails so had to claim back through my bank after getting them to investigate. I will never use this website again. I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID!!

Hotels Click stole my money. My story is very similar to others' here. I booked a hotel room through hotelsclick.com. The booking was then cancelled without warning or explanation and no refund was given. I've had no replies to my emails and when phoning their customer support line, I am put on hold indefinitely. I'm now trying to reclaim the funds I've lost through my credit card company. Do not book with Hotels Click.

Hotelsclick.com is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Hotelsclick sent an email cancelling a booking (H2018-86760) on the 27/11/2018, they advised up to 15 days to get a refund. It is now 14/01/2019 no refund. I have rang and emailed multiple times with no response.

I booked with hotelsclick for accommodation in Perth over Christmas. Hotelsclick confirmed my 2 nights accommodation for 3 rooms and the reservation was paid in full.
A few months prior to my stay, i received an email from hotels click advising that my booking had been canceled due to an admin and technical error. I contacted the hotel directly and they confirmed my booking had been canceled by Hotelsclick. After numerous emails back and forth, Hotelclick have advised that they can't refund my money as per their policy.

Scam, scam, scam.
Paid them, got their email confirmation...
Then, 4 weeks later they "cancelled" our reservation.
Emailed & called asking about them returning our money - after several tries, finally got someone & they said that it would be returned to our bank account in "7-10 business days".
Two weeks later, nothing. More phone calls & emails - and ZERO responses.
Opened a fraud claim with our bank, providing copies of all of our emails and a statement of phone conversations.
After another month, we finally got our money back from the bank - not from HotelsClick.
Just don't do it folks, it's not worth the small amount of "savings".

We have booked 3 nights accommodation at Iguazu fall in November 2018. The booking was made in June 2018, and everything was confirmed a week after the booking, and was paid in full. 3 days before we were due to check in, this website me to say that the hotel has a system error, and they have cancelled all the bookings, and they will refund the payment made.
Guess what, I am still waiting for the refund, and they have not answered my many emails since November 2018. I believe this was a scam and they are working with the hotels to scam the users.

Full scam website. Booked and paid for hotel only to have Hotelsclick.com cancel it 1 day before we arrived.
Disputed this with CC company and now they making us pay the charge. So paid for it twice. Horrible...

NEVER USE HOTELSCLICK.com, if I could shout this from the roof tops I would. I booked a hotel through them because I really wanted this specific hotel for a special event, but every other site listed the hotel as sold out(should have seen this as a red flag). So I used them, thinking it had to be on the up and up because the payment went through my Amazon account. 3 months after I booked the room I received a cancellation notice. They cancelled the room without my authorization. They took my money, I lost the room and could not go to the event because I did not have a place to stay. HotelsClick.com will not answer the phone or any emails. I have left numerous voicemails, but no one gets back to me. I encourage everyone to NEVER use this site it is not legitimate. You will lose your money and your vacation will be ruined.

Just to confirm other peoples stories: HotelsClick.com is most likely a scam. Early June this year I booked and paid for 4 hotel rooms for 4 days in Innsbruck next February. Then mid December I got a cancellation note out of the blue, due to "technical reasons". I have without success been trying to get in touch with HotelsClick ever since. I have also spoken to the hotel and got confirmed that the rooms were booked in June and then cancelled by a local agency (which I had never heard of) late November. I then contacted the local agency, who could inform me that they had received the cancellation from another agency (which was also new to me). Between my booking and the hotels there were then at least three agencies. Neither the hotel nor the agencies higher up in this chain had seen my money with the booking. The money I paid, appr. 2500 USD, has then been with HotelsClick all the time. In the cancellation note to me HotelsClick advised that the refund would be arranged in "a few days". This is now three weeks ago.
If anybody has any information as to the status of HotelsClick.com (is it bankrupt? is it out of business?) and any contact information I will be grateful.

Very very poor experience.

Absolutely shocking. Hotel booking cancelled a week before we flew out.
Crap customer service, no signs of refund, and no reply from them via any means.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LITERALLY SCAMMERS.
I can't give one star and they are too far away to slap someone.
Worst customer experience I've ever had.

BEWARE! This company is a total scam. We made hotel reservations for Puerto Vallarta in June 2018 for Feb. 2019. They took our credit card payment and in November sent a poorly written email saying they couldn't honor our reservations and would let us know how to get a refund. They won't answer their phones or email and I'm out $2100.

In February 2018 I paid HotelsClick.com in full for our hotel Newport Bay Club & park passes, Disney Paris, we were travelling 2nd December 2018, 3 adults & 1 child. They confirmed and sent vouchers. An email came through 30th November letting me know they had cancelled. I called them using 2 phones all day 1st December, sent email but had no reply. Called Newport Bay hotel direct to be informed HotelsClick.com had never reserved or paid for our accommodation, or park passes. This company should be closed down they do not answer emails and have not refunded a penny of the money I paid them in February 2018.

If you have refund issue, and you paid with your credit card, or via paypal, then try raising a disputed transaction with them. If you live in the UK then you have 180 days from purchase to dispute the transaction where you have not received value for the payment made. Might be the same for other countries, I don't know.

Hotelsclick is a scam company which they take your money and after they cancel your booking without your advice.they took 5000 euros from my family which is so sad and bad .i kept phoning them and no answer kept e mail them and says this address cannot be found and before they told me by e.mail that i have my refund within 15 days .i kept going to the bank to check if any refund came in but nothing.this is not fare at all with all these people who is suffering from this scam.authorities do something

After many emails and remaining on hold for 2 hours with no success at contacting this company, I requested to cancel my booking. That was successful! The rate charged for my room that had not been confirmed was inflated and as the area is a high frequency destination, I checked with the hotel and I did not have a reservation. I have no idea if I will receive any refund from this company. I will never book with them again. Not recommended.

Seems I am not the only one here venting frustration with what feels like the biggest con-artist bait and switch company I've ever dealt with.
1. I booked a 1-week vacation with Hotelsclick
2. 5 days later: "we're sorry, you'll have to contact the hotel directly"
3. I contact hotel: "We have plenty of rooms available" at TRIPLE the price.
4. I attempt to contact Hotelsclick: Their phones are busy ALL DAY & NIGHT. Can't get through. I send 3 e-mails. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
5. I am now calling AMX to file a complaint and get my $$ back.
Bottom Line: HOTELCLICKS ARE BAIT & SWITCH. AVOID!!!!

Paid them in full in April 2018 for a holiday in Cuba. Arrived at the hotel to find HotelsClick.com had cancelled a month before without telling us and we have had no refund.

I booked an refundable booking with this Agency and payed up front, after one month I recieve an e-mail from them that they can not confirm my booking although I have payed and recieved a voucher for the hotel and the hotel confirms that I have an reservation also. So I cancell my booking with the Agency and they confirm the cancellation, I have still not recieved my refund for 1530 Euros and it is now one month ago that I received a written cancellation from them! They do not answer my e-mails and the phonenumber I have to them is not in use anymore! I am so sad and frustrated, do not book with this Agency!

We booked a hotel a few weeks ago in London, and our reservation was confirmed.
However, 2-3 weeks later we received an email from hotelsclick that they are not able to guarantee our reservation. We contacted the hotel and they also couldn't find our reservation. We called hotelsclick but we were on hold for hours.
I want a full refund. I've never had such a terrible experience before!!!

I have used this company 4 times in the past over the space of 4 years.
They have just CANCELLED my hotel without any reason and I see that their site is no longer accepting any bookings.
My guess is the company has gone under. Luckily I paid on my credit card so will claim a refund via them.
Hopefully you have all done the same if so, your credit card company has to pick up that tab, like it or not.
